Yes. All paid plans — Basic, Professional, and Unlimited — include a 7-day free trial, so you can build a real catalog before you pay anything. Your card is only charged when the 7 days are up, and you can cancel before then from Manage subscription.
Yes. You can switch between plans at any time through your account dashboard. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
Yes. On the Unlimited plan you can invite up to 20 team members from your Account page. Each signs in with their own email and password and works in the same catalogs, inventory and orders. Free, Basic and Professional are single-user plans. Shopify stores manage access through Shopify staff accounts.
You retain access to the free plan features. Previously generated PDFs remain accessible. No data is lost when you downgrade.
Both. Billing is monthly by default, and you can save 50% by paying yearly: Basic $119/year, Professional $179/year, Unlimited $359/year. All prices are in USD. Shopify users are billed through their Shopify account. Non-Shopify users can pay directly through the app.
