About the Eco Collection template
This zero waste catalog template reads like kraft paper: warm beige pages, olive green accents, a sprout motif and rounded Comfortaa headings paired with plain Hind text. The front cover hangs a kraft tag beside a mesh-bag photo and stacks three promises as pill labels (plastic-free, compostable, refillable), the band cover lists five numbered sections, and the poster cover says “Refill. Reuse.” Inside, a materials-led feature page, a refill guide table and a refill program offer are built for selling by the refill, not just by the piece.
The sample copy sells a whole zero-waste wall in one order, then keeps shops coming back for refills. Bring in your range from Shopify, WooCommerce or a CSV file, group it into everyday swaps, kitchen, refills, travel and gifts, and the products flow onto clean white pages. Share the flipbook so shops can order online, or print an A4 or Letter PDF for makers’ markets and buying days.
Best for
- Makers of solid soap, shampoo bars and wooden brushes selling to shops
- Bulk refill suppliers running a refill station program for stockists
- Eco brands pitching a full zero-waste wall to grocers and gift stores
- Wholesalers that collect returnable containers and need clear refill terms
- Spring catalogs timed for Earth Month buying in April
Pages worth a closer look

Materials-first feature page
The featured dish brush is broken down by material: an oiled beech handle, a replaceable sisal head and a stone stand that drains dry, each with a one-line note. It suits any product whose selling point is a refill or spare part rather than a new purchase.

Refill guide with sizes and refills per case
A table lists each bulk refill by size, case, wholesale price and the number of refills a case yields, from 5-liter hand soap to 120-piece tooth tabs. A footnote explains returnable containers and how empties are collected, so terms are clear before the first order.

Refill program in place of a discount
Rather than a percentage off, the promo page offers free refill station fixtures to shops that commit to two cases of bulk refills a month for a year. Reuse the layout for any loyalty deal, such as display stands or free freight.

Brand story with an end-of-life promise
The story page opens with “Two makers, one workshop, no bin,” explains that every product is composted, recycled or refilled, and adds a pull quote and a short timeline. Replace it with your own founding year, workshop and sourcing.
How to present a zero-waste range to wholesale buyers
Give every product an end-of-life line
Refill shop staff hear the same question all day: what do I do with this when it wears out. Answer it on the page with one short line per product, such as compost the head, recycle the tin or return the bottle, and print the same line on the pack.
Price refills per use as well as per case
A five-liter jug means little to a shopper until it becomes refills. Show how many refills a case yields and the cost per refill, so the shop can set its price per bottle, per 100 ml or per gram and see the margin before it orders.
Sell the starter wall, then the reorder
Zero-waste shelves sell in sets: a brush, a stand, a bar and a bag look better together than alone. Offer a starter wall with a fixed list of items and quantities, then make reorders easy with smaller case packs of fast movers like soap bars and bottle brushes.
Spell out the container return loop
If bulk refills arrive in returnable containers, say exactly how empties come back: collected with the next delivery, a deposit per container or a prepaid label. Clear rules prevent disputes, and they show buyers that the system really closes the loop.
Use April to open new accounts
Interest in low-waste goods peaks around Earth Day on April 22, so April is the month to open new accounts with a starter wall. Save the refill program pitch for the follow-up call, once the first order has sold through and the shop trusts your range.

Questions about this template
Does the Eco Collection template include a refill price table?
Yes. The refill guide page is a ready table with columns for refill, size, case, wholesale price and refills per case, plus a note on returnable containers. Edit the rows like any text, or show refills as products instead, with each size as a variant in a variant table.
Can I use this zero waste catalog for retail shoppers as well?
Yes. Remove the trade pages and share a retail flipbook that sends shoppers to your Shopify checkout, or a showcase flipbook with no ordering at all. The refill guide can become a size and price chart for shoppers, and the end-of-life notes work just as well in retail.
What should a zero-waste product listing include for wholesale buyers?
Material, size or weight, case pack, wholesale price and suggested retail, plus how the item is disposed of or refilled. Add the packaging type (paper, glass, tin or none) and any refill sizes. Shops copy these facts onto shelf cards, so a complete listing saves them time.
How many products should a zero-waste starter order include?
Enough to fill one shelf bay without tying up a small shop’s cash: often 15 to 30 items across bathroom, kitchen and travel, plus two or three refill liquids. A short, well-chosen range with clear reorder packs is easier to sell than a long list.
