About the Home Decor Premium template
This home decor catalog template takes its art direction from a paneled room. Panel-moulding frames border warm ivory pages and photos hang from picture wires, with deep teal blocks and a soft heather accent, while Prata headlines pair with Montserrat for prices and SKUs. Seven covers include a poster that names a wall color of the season, a split cover with page numbers and a magazine-style issue. Real interior photography fills most of the twenty designed pages, from an in-situ lookbook to a featured lamp with a scale drawing.
Boutique buyers want to see a piece styled, then check the numbers, and this layout gives them both. Products imported from Shopify, a CSV upload or a product feed flow onto white product pages in teal-framed cards with photo, SKU, name, a short size and case-pack line and the wholesale price. Share a wholesale flipbook where stores must order in case-pack multiples, or export a PDF for your market booth and showroom table.

- Ceramic studios wholesaling vases and tabletop pieces in case packs
- Mirror and lamp lines that need sizes drawn to scale

Pages worth a closer look

Size and finish guide drawn to scale
A shelf elevation on a two-inch grid lines up vases, a lidded basket and a round mirror by height, and a table gives finishes, height by width, case pack and wholesale price for each style, above material swatches and hanging tips. Buyers can plan a display shelf before the cartons arrive.

Poster cover with a wall color of the season
A bold poster cover names one wall color of the season and counts the new pieces inside. It works as the first page of a market-week mailing or as a printed handout at your booth.

In-situ lookbook
Six framed photos, three hung from picture wires and three standing on a ledge, show lamps, prints, cushions and vases styled in real rooms, with most captions giving a SKU. Retailers see how pieces group together, which helps them order a whole vignette instead of a single vase.

Care notes by material
Short care rules cover ceramics and glaze, linen and cotton and more, including which vases are watertight. Shop staff repeat them to customers, which heads off returns of cracked or faded pieces.

Most-reordered styles with MSRP
Four top styles appear with SKU, case pack, wholesale price and MSRP side by side. A new account can build a safe opening order from this one page.
What boutique buyers look for in a home decor catalog
Show case packs next to every price
Home decor ships in fixed case packs of two, four, six or twelve. Put the pack size beside the wholesale price on every product, so a buyer knows that a $9.50 bud vase sold by twelve is really a $114 line. Surprises at checkout lose first orders.
Give real dimensions and finish names
Shoppers ask whether a vase fits a mantel or a lamp suits a console. List height, width or diameter in inches, the glaze or finish name, and whether ceramic pieces hold water. Hand-thrown variation deserves a one-line note so nobody is surprised.
Style products in groups
Retailers buy looks, not single items. Pair a lamp with a mirror, cushions and two vases in your lookbook and caption every piece with its SKU. Grouped photos make it easy to order the whole vignette and show stores how to display it.
Time it to the market calendar
Many home decor buyers write orders at winter and summer markets. Send the catalog two to four weeks before a show with your booth or showroom details and a show-only offer, then follow up afterward with the flipbook link for reorders.
Keep the opening minimum modest
A low opening minimum lets a gift shop test your line with a few styles. Use a free-freight threshold to reward bigger orders instead, so small stores can still say yes and larger ones have a reason to add more.

Questions about this template
Is this home decor template meant for wholesale or retail?
It is written for wholesale: trade terms, case packs, MSRP and an opening-order offer are already on the pages. Every line is editable for retail use too, and the retail flipbook can send shoppers to checkout on your Shopify store.
Can I replace the sample photos with my own room shots?
Yes. Every template picture has Replace photo, so you can drop in your own styled shots, pick free stock photos or search product photos by product name. The sample brand, prices and addresses are fictional placeholders that you overwrite with your own.
How many products should a home decor wholesale catalog include?
Enough to show depth in each category without burying the hero pieces. A season edition of 40 to 200 styles in five or six collections is easy for a buyer to work through. Use a 3×3 or 3×4 grid for small vases and candles and larger layouts for mirrors and lamps.
Should a home decor catalog list MSRP?
Yes, for most wholesale lines. Boutique owners price their shelves from your suggested retail price, and seeing MSRP beside the wholesale price shows the margin they will earn. In this template, keep MSRP as the product price and show the wholesale price as a discount price with the Discount & Tax tool, or print an MSRP stored in a Shopify metafield.
