About the Vacation & Travel Collection template
This luggage line sheet template is styled like old airmail. Red and blue envelope stripes edge the front cover, where a tilted postcard photo of stacked vintage suitcases carries a stamp and postmark, the words greetings from appear in red Pacifico script, and Vacation & Travel sits in a navy Arvo slab beside a red luggage tag. Paper planes mark the pages, a dotted flight path crosses the cover, and navy panels hold the band cover, dividers and trade portal.
Its stand-in brand is a fictional luggage house with hard cases, trunks, weekenders, travel kits and tags. Import your travel goods and they fill a 3×3 grid on white product pages under a navy header, with photo, name, SKU and price, and a variant table can list sizes such as cabin, medium and large. Buyers can order from the wholesale flipbook before the February deadline, and a printed PDF suits a January showroom.

Pages worth a closer look

Airmail postcard cover
Envelope stripes run around the edge, and a tilted postcard of stacked red and tweed suitcases carries a stamp and a wavy postmark. Greetings from in red script leads into Vacation & Travel, with a red SS27 trade tag and a paper plane on a dotted flight path.

Vintage Trunks divider
A navy panel with a red 02 introduces vintage trunks, next to a photo of stacked, well-traveled cases. The caption mentions brass latches, leather corners and linen-lined interiors, trunks that look like heirlooms and roll like new.

Getaway deal on nested sets
A postbox-red page with white paper planes offers 15% off any three-piece nested set, cabin, medium and large, ordered before February 15, with freight included. A white pill holds the code, and the conditions sit in a line at the foot.

Luggage size chart with volume and weight
Five sizes, cabin, medium, large, trunk and weekender, are listed with outside dimensions, volume in liters, weight in pounds and whether each fits a typical cabin limit. The note says dimensions include wheels and handles, and that nested sets ship as one carton.

Contact page with a luggage tag
A kraft luggage tag on an old map heads the contact page, with order email, showroom address, phone and online ordering, and a navy trade portal band for live stock, pre-orders, reorders and invoices.
How to sell luggage and travel goods to stores
Measure the way travelers do
Give outside dimensions including wheels and handles, interior volume in liters, and empty weight. Shoppers check those three numbers against airline limits, and store staff need them to answer questions. Note that carry-on rules differ by airline and route, and avoid promising a fit everywhere.
Sell nested sets and single cases side by side
Many buyers want a three-piece set for display and single sizes for most sales. Price both clearly, say whether sets nest inside each other for shipping, and give each size its own SKU. A modest saving on sets encourages the larger order without discounting the cases customers buy one at a time.
Time the range for the getaway rush
Summer travel shopping peaks from May to July, so stores want luggage on the floor by late spring. Take pre-orders in January and early February, ship from April, and offer in-season reorders on colors that sell through. Holiday travel later in the year is a second, smaller window.
Explain build quality and warranty
Luggage is a considered purchase, and buyers ask about shell material, wheels, handles, locks and lining. List them plainly, mention spare keys or repair parts if you supply them, and state your warranty terms. Shops sell premium cases more easily when they can repeat these details to customers.

Questions about this template
Can I show luggage sizes, volume and weight in this line sheet?
Yes. The template includes a luggage size chart that compares cabin, medium, large, trunk and weekender by dimensions, liters, pounds and cabin fit. Change the numbers or add shapes as needed. On product pages, a variant table can set out each case's sizes by color.
Can buyers order nested sets and single cases from the flipbook?
Yes. List each nested set and each single case as a separate product, and buyers pick what they want in the order form of the wholesale flipbook. A minimum order value can match your $500 opening order, and up to three volume price tiers reward bigger orders. Orders come in by email and appear in the app.
When do stores buy luggage for summer travel?
Most travel and gift retailers commit to summer luggage between December and February, so stock arrives from April before the peak travel months. A January showroom and a mid-February deadline fit that timing. Smaller reorders follow in May and June on the sizes and colors that sell fastest.
Why do luggage brands sell nested sets?
Nested sets let one carton hold a cabin, medium and large case, which saves freight and storage, and they give stores a full display from one product. Shoppers often buy a set for a family or a long trip. Many brands price a set slightly below the three single cases to encourage it.
