About this template

About the New Season template

This new season line sheet has a bold, graphic look. NEW SEASON fills the lower half of the front cover in tall black Oswald capitals, below a three-photo grid of camel coats and loafers on white steps, next to a vermilion tag reading AW27 Drop 01. Red plus signs repeat as the motif, black bands and panels frame the band cover and dividers, and a monospaced font adds small technical labels beside clean Inter body text.

Its placeholder brand is a fictional contemporary label with four coat shapes, three knit stories, a suit, shoes and bags across two drops. Add your own styles and they appear on white product pages with uppercase names, SKUs and red prices, or as one-column line-sheet rows. Send the wholesale flipbook when the order window opens so buyers can order online, and print a PDF for showroom days in February.

Best for

  • Contemporary womenswear labels launching a new season to boutiques
  • Brands that ship a season in two or more drops with fixed dates
  • Coat, tailoring and shoe labels with EU and US size runs
  • Sales teams running a timed order window with an early-order incentive
  • Designers who want a bold, graphic line sheet rather than a soft lookbook
Highlights

Pages worth a closer look

New Season — Front cover page

Poster-style NEW SEASON cover

Tall black capitals spell NEW SEASON across the bottom half of the page, under three photos of coats and loafers. A vermilion square marks AW27 Drop 01, and a thin rule at the foot gives the drop dates and the date the order window closes.

New Season — Welcome / About page

Welcome page with drops and terms in numbers

A close photo of a hand adjusting a tailored jacket opens a short founder's letter under the heading New season, same standard. The stat strip gives 38 styles, two drops and Net 30 for approved accounts, and a side note offers sell-through support for first-time stockists.

New Season — Best Sellers page

Buyers' picks with numbered tiles

Four square photos with red N° badges show the belted wool trench, the rib crew knit, the penny loafer and a Chelsea boot with pouch, each with SKU, run size and wholesale price. Calling them buyers' picks gives new stockists an easy starting point for a first order.

New Season — Promo / Sale page

Week-one launch offer

A bright vermilion page with white plus signs carries 8% off orders placed in the first week of the order window, across both drops. It is a clean way to pull orders forward without discounting the season itself.

New Season — Size / Spec Guide page

Size guide with EU and US columns

A black-headed table converts XS to XL into EU 34 to 42 and US 2 to 10 with bust measurements and the run for each size. The note under it covers garments in runs of four, shoes in runs of six from EU 36 to 41 and bags per unit.

Tips

How to launch a new season to wholesale buyers

Split the season into drops with fixed dates

Two or three drops keep a boutique's floor fresh and spread its spending across the season. Give each drop a ship date, not a vague month, and say which styles belong to which drop. Buyers plan open-to-buy budgets by month, so firm dates make it easier for them to say yes to both.

Run a short order window

An order window with a clear close date turns interest into commitments and lets you book production with real numbers. Keep it to four to six weeks, open it with showroom days, and remind buyers a week before it closes. A small saving for week-one orders rewards the decisive ones.

Edit hard before you show

A tight line sells better than a long one. Cut styles that only exist to fill a rail, keep one hero piece per story, and show how the pieces work together on the lookbook and complete-the-look panels. Buyers trust a focused range and tend to order it deeper.

Print sizes for every market you sell to

If you sell across borders, print EU, US and UK sizes together, with body measurements in inches and centimeters. State how runs break, for example one each from S to L, and whether XS and XL can be added. Clear conversions cut fit questions and returns from new stockists.

Support first-time stockists

New accounts worry about sell-through. Offer a suggested starter order, explain Net 30 terms for approved accounts and share reorder lead times. A line on the welcome page about sell-through support, like the one in the sample, makes a cautious buyer more willing to try a new label.

FAQ

Questions about this template

How do I show two delivery drops in the New Season line sheet?

The cover, band cover and terms page already carry two drop dates, and every date is editable text. Group products into drops by section, for example Drop 01 outerwear and Drop 02 shoes, or note the drop in each product's description or tags. Buyers then see at a glance what arrives when.

Can I use the New Season template on the Free plan?

Yes, Free accounts get this template like every other one. If you sell on Shopify, the Free plan lets you build a single grid-editor catalog plus a single Basic-editor catalog. Without Shopify it allows one catalog capped at five pages, which is too short for all 16 designed pages, so a full launch line sheet needs a paid plan, from $19.99 a month. A small watermark appears on Free catalogs.

What is an order window in wholesale fashion?

It is the period when a brand accepts orders for a season, usually opening with market or showroom days and closing a few weeks later. After it closes, the brand books production from the orders received, so late orders may only be filled from any extra stock. Stating the close date on the cover avoids disappointment.

How many styles should a new-season line sheet include?

For a small or mid-size label, 30 to 60 styles is a common range, grouped into four or five stories so buyers can scan it quickly. Much more than that and key pieces get lost. Show each style once with its colorways, and use a lookbook page to show how the stories combine into outfits.
