About the Summer Collection template
This summer catalog template looks like a day at the shore. The front cover pairs a straw hat, a woven tote and sunglasses on sand with a scalloped orange awning edge and a big navy Summer headline in Abril Fatface beside a sun motif. Aerial photos of beach parasols top the band cover and showroom page and fill the whole promo. The poster cover and back cover set a round photo on solid teal, and Karla keeps prices and terms easy to read.
The placeholder brand is a fictional maker of hats, totes and towels with display-ready case packs. Bring in your own summer range and the items fill a 3×3 grid on white product pages under a teal section header, each with photo, name, SKU and price. Buyers can order from the wholesale flipbook, where multiples of six for hats and four for bags can be enforced, or you can print a PDF to hand out at a January showroom.
Best for
- Hat and bag brands selling straw accessories to boutiques and gift shops
- Beach, pool and resort shops buying hats, totes and towels by the case
- Accessory labels adding sunglasses, wraps and sandals to a summer line
- Makers who want hat sizes and display fixtures on one page
- Seasonal sellers taking January pre-orders for spring deliveries
Pages worth a closer look

Aerial parasol band cover
Rows of orange parasols beside a teal sea fill the top of the page, and a teal band names the collection and its sections: straw hats, beach bags, sun shades, towels and wraps. Delivery dates and the pre-order deadline sit underneath.

Best sellers led by a tall basket photo
The knotted beach basket takes a tall photo with its price on a teal label, and three smaller tiles show the scarf-trim sun hat, the lemon wide brim and the crochet market bag with SKUs and wholesale prices.

Stock-up offer over thatched parasols
An aerial photo of thatched parasols frames a cream card with minus 20% on beach bags. The small print explains the deal: wholesale orders over $500 confirmed by January 31 get the discount, which pushes buyers to commit well before spring.

Hat size chart with display fixtures
A teal-headed chart gives head size, brim width and case pack for S/M, M/L, wide-brim, bucket and kids' hats, plus the fixture each one suits: hat stand, wall hook or counter bin. A note covers drawstrings, bag cases and towel bundles.
How to sell summer hats and beach bags to stockists
Size hats properly and say how they fit
Hat buyers need head circumference in inches or centimeters, not just S, M and L, plus brim width so they can judge shade and packing. Mention any inner drawstring or sweatband that adjusts the fit, and offer a kids' size if you make one, because family beach shops sell them together.
Sell the display, not just the unit
Small resort and beach shops buy what they can show. Pair case packs with a fixture, such as six hats for a stand or eight bucket hats for a counter bin, and say what ships with them: hang tags, barcodes, header cards. A buyer who can picture the display tends to order a full one.
Pre-sell before the first heatwave
Summer accessories sell from the first sunny weekend, so most stockists want them in store by late spring. Take pre-orders in winter, ship from mid-March to the end of May, and keep in-season reorders quick for colors that sell out, which is where a five-day reorder promise earns its place.
Show straw and weave up close
Buyers judge straw goods by the weave, the edge finish and the handles. Include at least one close photo per style that shows the material, state the fiber, such as seagrass, raffia or paper straw, and give bag dimensions, ideally with what fits inside: a towel, a book, a bottle.

Questions about this template
Can the Summer Collection template show hat sizes and case packs?
Yes. Its size chart page already lists head size, brim width, case pack and display fixture for five hat types, and every cell is editable. On product pages each hat or bag can carry its SKU, wholesale price, barcode and a variant table, and the order form in the wholesale flipbook can insist on multiples of six or four.
Is the Summer Collection template only for hats and bags?
No. The sample uses straw hats, beach bags, sunglasses, towels and sandals, but every text, color and photo can be changed. Swimwear, beach toys, picnic goods or summer homeware fit the same pages, and the navy, orange and teal palette can be swapped for your brand colors.
When do beach and resort shops order summer accessories?
Most place opening orders between December and February for deliveries from March to May, so stock is on the floor before the first warm weekends. They top up fast sellers in June and July with smaller in-season reorders. A January showroom and a January 31 pre-order deadline, as in the sample, fit that rhythm.
How should straw hats be packed for wholesale shipping?
Ship structured straw hats nested crown in crown or in their own crown boxes so brims keep their shape, and pack packable or bucket hats flat. Mark how many units are in each case and whether colors are mixed, and say so in the catalog, because buyers plan storeroom space and displays from the case count.
