About the Valentine’s Day template
This Valentine's Day catalog template mixes blush pink, deep wine and bright rose red, with Arapey headlines, Quicksand text and the words be mine in Allura script. The front cover crops a photo of red roses into a heart, scattered with small outline hearts. The band cover shows a heart made of roses, the poster cover writes Love across a wine page, and the promo offer sits inside a blush heart. Even the framed blank page has hearts in its corners.
Its placeholder text speaks for a fictional chocolatier with truffle boxes, chocolate hearts and roses, so delivery cut-offs, gift wrap and handwritten cards are already covered. Import your products and they appear on wine-colored product pages, where a compare-at price shows the was price beside the offer. For a Shopify store, the retail flipbook sends shoppers to checkout at Shopify, and the print-ready PDF doubles as a counter brochure or parcel insert.

Pages worth a closer look

Gift of the season with a was price
A heart-shaped box of roses sits in a round photo with a small red heart. The Sweetheart Box shows $38 against a was price of $46, with 16 hand-filled hearts, a red velvet box and a free handwritten card, plus a scan-to-shop code and Shop now button.

15% offer inside a heart
Deep red roses and a hot-pink backdrop surround a blush heart that holds 15% off truffle boxes until February 14. The wine strip at the foot adds the code and the February 10 order date for delivery by the 14th.

How to shop in four steps
Kraft gift boxes tied with red ribbon head the page, followed by four pink cards: find the one, add a gift note, choose delivery and arrives perfect. Three tiles below show free shipping over $75, free gift wrap and the February 10 order date.

Delivery countdown to the 14th
Three tiles count down to the day: February 10 is the last day for standard delivery, February 12 the last for express, and February 14 offers in-store pick-up until 6 pm. A photo of a rose heart fills the lower half.
What to put in a Valentine's Day chocolate catalog
Show cut-offs on every page that sells
Valentine's orders bunch into the final week, and a late gift is a failed gift. Put the standard and express cut-offs on the cover, the how-to-shop page and the delivery calendar, and offer in-store pick-up on the day for latecomers, as the sample does until 6 pm on the 14th.
List fillings and allergens on each box
Chocolate buyers check fillings and allergens before they check out. Name every filling, mark milk, nuts, soy and gluten clearly, add a may-contain note if your kitchen handles nuts, and flag vegan or alcohol-free choices. The description field on each product card is the right place for it.
Protect chocolate on the way
Chocolate blooms and melts in warm vans and heated depots, even in February. Ship early in the week so parcels do not sit over a weekend, use insulated packaging or cool packs for warm regions, and say so in your delivery notes. Customers trust a shop that explains how its chocolate travels.
Bundle flowers, chocolate and a card
Valentine's shoppers often want one finished gift rather than three separate purchases. Bundles such as truffles with a single rose, or a heart tin with a card, raise the order value and save the buyer time. Give each bundle its own product, photo and price so it can be added in one tap.
Offer small treats as well as showpieces
Not every Valentine's gift is for a partner: friends, colleagues and children get small treats too. Include a few lines under about $15, like a heart trio or a candy bag, next to the boxed showpieces. A best-sellers page that mixes price points lets every shopper find a fit.

Questions about this template
What pages are in the Valentine's Day template?
Fifteen. You get three covers (a heart-cropped rose photo, a rose-heart band cover and a Love poster), then a welcome note, a chocolate hearts divider, a featured gift box, best sellers, a 15% offer, how to shop, before-you-order notes, a visit and shop page with a QR code, a framed blank, a back cover, a Valentine edit lookbook and a delivery dates page. This template is on the Free plan too, though a free catalog without Shopify stops at five pages.
Can customers buy straight from the Valentine's catalog?
If you sell on Shopify, yes: share it as a retail flipbook and shoppers check out in your Shopify store. Product cards can show the price, a compare-at price for offers and a QR code. Without Shopify, share a showcase flipbook or PDF, and print the flipbook link's QR code on bags, cards and counter signs.
When should a Valentine's Day catalog go out?
Send it in the last week of January, then remind customers a few days before your standard delivery cut-off. Many Valentine's orders come in the final ten days, so an early send catches planners and a second one catches everyone else. Keep pick-up or local delivery for last-minute buyers on the 13th and 14th.
How many products should a Valentine's catalog show?
Keep it to a tight edit. One hero gift, four best sellers and two or three product pages per section, such as hearts, truffle boxes and roses, are enough for most shops. Nine products per page in a 3×3 grid lets shoppers compare quickly, and a clear range of prices matters more than the number of lines.
