About this template

About the Autumn Collection template

This autumn decor catalog template looks like a vintage farm-stand label. The front cover sits inside a double rule on wheat-colored paper, with a hand-lettered line in Amatic SC, a framed photo of pumpkins and gourds in straw, a round N° 27 harvest seal and AUTUMN in a heavy olive slab serif above a rust ribbon. Rokkitt and Lora carry the rest, wheat sprigs flank the tagline, and olive panels hold the section list and trade portal.

Its sample text is for a fictional family farm selling willow baskets, pine crates, faux heirloom pumpkins, wool throws and pantry gifts in mixed cases of six. Add your own autumn range and the pieces fill 3×3 grids on white product pages, each card with photo, vendor, name, SKU and price, grouped by section. In the wholesale flipbook you can set a minimum order value and per-item minimum or multiple quantities, and the printed PDF doubles as a handout at spring gift fairs.

Best for

  • Farmhouse décor makers selling baskets, crates and faux pumpkins to gift shops
  • Garden centers and farm stores planning a September harvest display
  • Pantry gift producers with jars and preserves for fall gift tables
  • Home textile brands selling wool throws for the autumn season
  • Wholesalers who pack mixed cases and need a nesting and weight guide
Highlights

Pages worth a closer look

Autumn Collection — Front cover page

Farm-stand label cover

A double-ruled frame, a hand-lettered made for the farm stand line and a round N° 27 seal give the cover the feel of a printed produce label. Under the pumpkin photo, AUTUMN sits above a rust ribbon, followed by line sheet, ship date and pre-order columns.

Autumn Collection — Welcome / About page

Welcome letter with a family-farm feel

A photo of a hand reaching into a basket of red orchard fruit opens the letter, signed by the farm's owners. The figures below, 120 autumn items, six per mixed case and family-run since 1998, tell buyers how the range is packed and who makes it.

Autumn Collection — Promo / Sale page

Harvest deal for complete displays

Red maple leaves and fruit on a white cloth surround a framed card offering 12% off full autumn tables. The condition is easy to follow: order baskets, crates and décor from at least three sections, which nudges buyers toward a whole display.

Autumn Collection — Size / Spec Guide page

Case guide with weights and nesting

Instead of clothing sizes, this page lists each item's dimensions, case quantity, weight and whether it nests: the willow basket, pine crate, faux pumpkin trio, wool throw and a 9 oz jar of fruit butter. A note on nesting to save freight closes the table.

Showroom days in the barn

Two fixed March days and private slots from March 11 to 27 invite buyers to see the full autumn table set up in a barn, handle every basket and write a pre-order. Under a photo of gourds and squash in a wooden crate, an olive tile marks day one.

Tips

How to sell autumn décor to gift shops and garden centers

Sell the table, not just the item

Seasonal décor sells as a display. Group baskets, crates, faux pumpkins and throws so a buyer can order a finished table in one go, and offer a small reward for buying across sections. Photos of a full display help smaller shops copy the look on their own floor.

Give dimensions, weight and nesting

Bulky décor eats freight and storeroom space. List outside dimensions, weight and case quantity for every item, and say which pieces nest inside each other. Nested baskets and crates cost less to ship, and buyers who see that on the line sheet are more relaxed about ordering a full case.

Set dates around the display calendar

Harvest tables go up in late August and September, so stock must land in August. Work back from that: ship from the start of August, close pre-orders in mid-June, and stop reorders around mid-October, when shops switch to holiday stock. The sample already follows that calendar, so you only adjust the dates.

Label food gifts clearly

If the range includes preserves or other pantry gifts, give the net weight, the shelf life from dispatch and the case count, and keep them on their own pages so shops that do not sell food can skip them. Buyers also want to know whether jars ship separately from fragile décor.

Name the real materials

Say what each basket or crate is made of, willow, reclaimed pine or galvanized steel, and whether faux pumpkins are foam, resin or ceramic. Customers handle seasonal décor before buying, and a buyer who knows the material can price it correctly against mass-market alternatives.

FAQ

Questions about this template

Can I list case packs and nesting sizes in the Autumn Collection template?

Yes. Instead of a clothing size chart, this template has a case guide with size, case quantity, weight and a nesting column, ready to edit or extend. Each product page can add the SKU, price and a short description with dimensions, while the wholesale flipbook enforces a minimum order value and per-product minimum or multiple quantities.

Is this template only for pumpkins and harvest décor?

No. The sample range is farmhouse décor, but the five sections and all photos can be changed. Candle makers, textile brands, florists selling dried stems or food producers with fall gift boxes can use the same pages, and the wheat, rust and olive palette can be recolored to match any brand.

When do gift shops buy autumn and harvest décor?

Independent gift shops, farm stores and garden centers usually place autumn décor orders in the first half of the year, often at winter or spring trade shows, for delivery in July or August ahead of September displays. Halloween and Thanksgiving items often travel on the same order, and reorders slow sharply after mid-October.

How should seasonal décor be packed for wholesale?

Pack in case quantities a small shop can display in one go, often four or six, and nest baskets and crates to save space. Wrap faux produce and ceramics so they arrive unmarked, label each case with SKUs and counts, and mention any mixed-case option. Clear packing details reduce damage claims and freight surprises.
