About the Cozy Season template
This cozy home catalog template glows like a room lit by candles. The front cover is deep cocoa brown, with an arched window photo of white candles, pumpkins and maple leaves on knitted throws, the words cozy season in a copper script and a zigzag stitch border along the foot. Vollkorn serif headings, small flame-drop icons and a dark poster cover patterned with flames keep the mood warm, while oat-colored inside pages stay light and readable.
A fictional candle maker supplies the sample copy, with chunky throws, mugs and lanterns alongside the candles. Your products land on tinted product pages: cream-framed photos on dark brown, with names, SKUs and copper prices, so the catalog keeps its evening feel all the way through. Share the wholesale flipbook for pre-orders and restocks, and print a PDF for a summer showroom where buyers can smell every scent.

Pages worth a closer look

Arched window cover on cocoa brown
An arched window frames white candles, small pumpkins and orange maple leaves on cream knits. Beneath it, cozy season runs in copper script over a short line about soy candles, chunky throws and stoneware, with a zigzag stitch border and the ship dates at the foot.

Throws & Knits divider by candlelight
A dark panel with a large copper 02 introduces the throws and knits, beside a photo of hands knitting chunky olive yarn next to a lit candle. One line calls the throw the second thing customers pick up after the candle.

Hygge week restock offer
A jar candle among pine sprigs sits behind a framed card offering 15% off every candle case restocked during hygge week, October 12 to 19. It gives shops a reason to reorder scents in the middle of the season, not only before it.

Candle burn guide
A burn guide lists the travel tin, classic jar, large jar, pillar and lantern set with size, burn hours, case quantity and whether a tester comes with the case. A note covers the soy wax blend, cotton wicks, unscented pillars and trimming wicks to 1/4 inch.

Showroom days with the candles lit
Under a photo of a lantern jar on a knit, the showroom page invites buyers to smell every scent and see the range lit, with a tester bar on June 2, a scent talk on June 3 and private slots until the August 15 deadline.
What to include in a cozy season wholesale catalog
List burn time and wax for every candle
Buyers compare candles by size, burn time and wax. Give net weight in ounces or grams, an honest burn time range, the wax blend and wick type, and whether the candle is scented. Burn times should come from your own tests, since shops repeat them to customers.
Send testers with scented cases
Shoppers choose candles by smell, and a sealed jar sells slowly. A tester per scented case lets shops put an open candle on display without sacrificing stock, which is why many candle suppliers include one. Say on the size guide which sizes come with a tester.
Merchandise candles with textiles and mugs
A cozy table sells as a scene: a candle, a throw folded on a chair, a mug and a lantern. Offer pieces that work together in one palette, such as oat, rust and forest, and photograph them together so the buyer can copy the display and sell more than one item per customer.
Plan for the busiest months
Cozy season runs from September to the end of the year, and candles are often among the first items to sell out before the holidays. Take pre-orders by mid-August, ship from mid-September, and keep a restock offer in October so shops do not run dry in November.
Pack fragile items for the journey
Glass jars, stoneware mugs and lanterns break in transit unless packed properly. Use dividers or molded inserts, mark cases as fragile, and state your damage policy on the terms page, such as reporting within seven days with a photo. Buyers order more confidently when breakage is covered.

Questions about this template
Why does the Cozy Season template use dark product pages?
The product pages are tinted to match the cocoa covers, with cream frames around each photo and copper prices, so candlelit photos glow against the background. If you prefer white pages for print, change the page and card colors in the editor; product styling can be applied to one page or the whole catalog at once.
Can I list candle sizes, burn times and testers in this catalog?
Yes. A burn guide page comes built in, covering five candle formats from a 4 oz travel tin to a lantern set, and every row can be rewritten for your own sizes. For individual products, write the wax, wick and burn time into the description, or pull them from metafields for products imported from Shopify, and lay out scents and sizes as a variant table.
When do gift shops stock up on candles and throws?
Many gift shops place their main fall and holiday candle orders in early to mid-summer, take deliveries from September, and reorder fast sellers in October and early November. Seasonal scents can sell out before December, so suppliers that offer quick restocks and a mid-season incentive often win the reorder.
What sells well next to candles in a cozy season display?
Throws, knitted cushions, mugs, lanterns and small gift sets all sit naturally beside candles, because they share the same occasion: a long evening at home. Grouping them in one color story lets a shop build a single table that raises the average sale, and gift-boxed sets help with holiday shopping.
