About the Fall Collection template
This fall catalog template reads like a fashion masthead. The brand name runs across the top of the front cover in heavy black capitals, over a street photo of a camel coat and wide-brim hat, with AW27 in rust inside a dark caption box. Rozha One headlines and Montserrat text sit on warm stone pages, a rust spine edges the band cover, and leaf shapes mark section headings. The leather divider splits a deep espresso panel from a photo of cognac boots.
The sample copy belongs to a fictional label whose AW story is built around the coat, from camel wool to a rust leather trench. Import your fall styles and the outerwear, knitwear and boots fill white product pages with photo, SKU and price, or switch a section to one-column line-sheet rows. Share the wholesale flipbook during market week so buyers order online, and export a CMYK PDF with crop marks for printed copies to leave after a showroom visit.

Pages worth a closer look

Masthead cover with the season code
A magazine-style nameplate sits above a city street photo of a camel coat and black hat. A dark box in the corner carries AW27 in rust with a one-line pitch about 62 styles built around the coat, and a small tag says the line sheet is inside.

Split divider for the leather story
Half the page is espresso brown with a large rust 03 and the Leather heading, the other half a photo of cognac ankle boots on pale denim. One line names the trench, the belted jacket and the ankle boot, cut from vegetable-tanned hides.

Market-week offer on solid rust
Falling leaf shapes drift across a rust page with 10% off outerwear in large white type. The text ties the saving and free freight to orders written during market week, and the deadline and conditions run along the bottom.

Size guide with US numbers and runs
A size table converts XS to XL into US sizes 0 to 16 with bust and waist measurements, and shows how a run of five breaks down. A note explains that coats are cut oversized and most customers take their usual size, above a photo of a rust leather coat.

City lookbook in camel and rust
Under the heading City, in camel and rust, four photos mix a belted camel coat in a doorway, cognac boots with jeans and a patterned knit, folded sweaters with dried orange and a wide street shot of a camel coat, giving buyers ready-made styling for their own windows.
What to put in an AW line sheet before market week
Lead with the coat and build around it
Outerwear carries the highest ticket in a fall order, so give your hero coats the cover, the feature page and the top of the best sellers. Then show the knits, boots and bags that complete each look, with SKUs and prices, so a buyer adds the supporting pieces to the same order.
State fabric, lining and construction
Coat buyers ask what it is made of before what it costs. List the shell fabric and blend, the lining, the closures and any detail that justifies the price, such as hand-finished seams or a storm flap. For leather, name the tanning and finish and say how it ages, so shop staff can explain it.
Explain fit, especially for oversized cuts
Oversized and dropped-shoulder coats confuse sizing. Add a size guide with body measurements and a plain note on fit, for example that customers take their usual size, and convert to US numbers. Fewer fit questions mean fewer returns and fewer odd sizes left at the end of the season.
Time the order with market week
Fall and winter lines are usually bought at market weeks in late winter and early spring, for deliveries from July to September. Send the line sheet before market, book appointments, and keep any market-week saving short and specific, such as 10% on outerwear for orders written that week.
Ship coats ready for the floor
Say how outerwear arrives: on hangers, in garment bags, with tags and barcodes attached. Boutiques with small stockrooms value floor-ready delivery, and it deserves a line on both the welcome page and the terms page. Knitwear that arrives folded, tissued and bar-coded saves them another hour of prep.

Questions about this template
Can I add a market-week discount to the Fall Collection catalog?
Yes. The promo page is plain editable text, so change the percentage, wording and dates to suit your market. If you also want reduced trade prices on the product pages, the Discount & Tax tool applies a percentage or fixed discount across the catalog, and the wholesale flipbook's order form can require a minimum order value.
Does the Fall Collection template work for menswear or unisex lines?
It does. The camel, rust and espresso palette and the coat-led photos suit any outerwear story, and every photo can be replaced with your own or with free stock images. Rename the five sections, rewrite the size table for chest and sleeve measurements, and the layout holds together.
When do boutique buyers place fall and winter orders?
Most fall and winter buying happens at market weeks and showroom appointments between February and April, with deliveries from July to September. Some boutiques keep budget for in-season reorders in October. A line sheet that arrives before market, with an April deadline and a July delivery window, matches that calendar.
How many sizes should a coat run include?
Many outerwear labels sell a run of five: one XS, one S, two M and one L, written 1-1-2-1, with XL offered as an add-on. Smaller boutiques may only take three sizes, so state whether runs can be split and whether single sizes can be reordered in season.
