About the Christmas template
Forest green, antique gold and warm parchment set the tone of this Christmas catalog template. On the front cover, a decorated tree and a gold bauble fill an arched window inside a fine gold frame, with the words a very merry in Allura script above the Playfair Display title. The band cover shows kraft parcels tied with twine, and the poster cover scatters gold baubles across emerald. Inside, arched photo frames, Lato text and small sparkle marks carry 13 designed pages.
The sample copy belongs to a fictional paper-goods studio selling letterpress cards, kraft and foil wrap, cloth-bound notebooks and wax-seal kits, so trade prices, case packs and order-by dates already sit where buyers expect them. Import your own range from a Shopify collection, a CSV file or a product feed, and it fills dark green product pages with photos, SKUs and prices. Send the wholesale flipbook in early fall, then print the same pages for showroom appointments and gift fairs.

- Gift-wrap and ribbon suppliers taking early Christmas pre-orders
- Card publishers who send trade buyers an order-by calendar each fall
- Paper-goods brands selling in case packs with a first-order minimum
- Holiday showroom visits and gift fairs where buyers want a printed copy
Pages worth a closer look

Early-order bonus on deep green
A large gold 10% sits on a forest green page above a photo of two textured green baubles. The copy offers an extra 10% off orders placed by October 15 and free freight over $750, with the code on a gold tab. It gives buyers a reason to commit before the November rush.

Christmas order calendar
Three date tiles map the season: the early-order bonus ends October 15, November 14 is the cut-off for delivery by December 1, and in-stock reorders ship within 48 hours until December 12. A photo of gold baubles in a wire basket heads the page, and a green strip repeats both dates.

Trade pricing and case packs on one page
Four order-value bands run from $300 to $3,000 and up, with trade discounts from 5% to 15%, free freight from $750 and terms that move from card payment to Net 45. Below the table, case packs are listed for cards, gift wrap, notebooks and wax kits.

Featured wrap set with trade and retail price
The Kraft & Berry Gift Wrap Set gets a full page: a close photo of a kraft parcel tied with twine and red berries, the $8.40 trade price with the $18 recommended retail price and a case of 12 sets beneath it, and three product details. Use it for the line every shop should carry.
What to include in a Christmas wholesale catalog
Put the cut-off date on the cover
Shops plan Christmas buying months ahead, and the one date every buyer needs is the last order day for delivery before the season. Show it on the cover, the welcome page and the calendar, as the sample does with November 14, and add the reorder window so late sellers know how long they can top up.
Give stationery specs, not just photos
Card buyers check size, paper weight, print method and whether the inside is blank or carries a greeting. For gift wrap, list roll length and width, and say how many designs are in a mixed pack. Put these in the product description field so every card on the product pages answers the same questions.
Tell shops which wraps can be recycled
More shoppers ask whether wrapping paper can go in the recycling bin. Plain kraft and uncoated papers usually can; foil, glitter and plastic-laminated papers usually cannot. Mark each wrap clearly, perhaps with a tag, so shop staff can answer the question at the counter and sign recyclable lines on the shelf.
Show the margin next to every trade price
Independent gift and stationery shops often price at about twice the trade cost, so a buyer reads trade price and recommended retail price together. Print both on every product, as the sample does with $8.40 trade and $18 retail, and keep retail prices on familiar points that work as gifts and stocking stuffers.
Make the first order easy for small shops
A low first-order minimum, mixed case packs and no minimum on reorders let a small shop try a new range without a big commitment. The sample asks $300 for a first order and nothing for reorders. Small display-ready packs of wrap and tags also help, because they go straight onto the counter.

Questions about this template
What pages are in the Christmas catalog template?
Sixteen. Three covers (a gold-framed arch, a band cover with kraft parcels and an emerald poster), then a welcome letter, a collection divider, a featured wrap set, best sellers, the early-order bonus, how to order, trade terms, a contact page with a QR code, a framed blank page, a back cover, a festive lookbook, an order calendar and a trade pricing page. Without Shopify, the Free plan covers one catalog of up to five pages.
Can shops order Christmas stock straight from the catalog?
Yes. Publish it as a wholesale flipbook: buyers type quantities into the built-in order form, and every order lands in your inbox and in the app. Set a minimum order value, use multiple quantities so cards are ordered in packs of six, and add a password if trade prices should stay private.
When should a Christmas wholesale catalog reach retailers?
Independent shops usually place their main Christmas orders between midsummer and early fall, then reorder bestsellers in October and November. Send the catalog by late summer with an early-order incentive, and keep the cut-off for pre-Christmas delivery in plain view. A second send in October, with in-stock lines marked, catches reorders.
How many Christmas products should a wholesale catalog show per page?
It depends on how buyers choose. Cards and tags are compared by design, so a 3×3 or 3×4 grid lets a buyer scan a whole collection at once. Gift sets and kits need room for contents and case packs, so give them a 2×2 grid or a full feature page. Long assortments read faster as one-column line-sheet rows.
