About this template

About the Electronics Premium template

Built like a component datasheet, this consumer electronics catalog template runs thin circuit traces from a product photo to five numbered section labels, with signal red marking the active one. Questrial headlines sit on light gray pages with dark bands, and a monospaced face handles figure captions, SKUs and revision numbers. The contents page is titled Pin assignments, each section has a pin number, and the trade terms read as an Absolute maximum ratings table. Seven covers run from a datasheet band to a sticker-style earbud pack.

Sample copy for a fictional Austin distributor already speaks to dealers: trade price beside MSRP and MAP, case packs, a 3 pm order cut-off, Net 30 and a dead-on-arrival swap window. Import products from Shopify by collection, or upload a CSV, and each lands as a white card with photo, SKU, name, a spec line and price; barcodes and colorway variant tables are options. Print the PDF for a spring line preview, or share a wholesale flipbook whose order form applies your minimum order value and case-pack multiples.

Best for

  • Consumer electronics distributors sending a yearly line card to independent dealers
  • Audio brands selling earbuds, headphones and speakers in case packs
  • Wearables suppliers with several case sizes, straps and one charger standard
  • Cable, charger and power bank wholesalers working with MAP and Net 30 terms
  • Gaming accessory suppliers pitching keyboards and controllers to stores
  • Spring line previews and dealer days that need a printed spec table
Highlights

Pages worth a closer look

Electronics Premium — Size / Spec Guide page

Spec comparison across the whole line

One page compares every audio model by battery life, wireless version, driver size, water rating, port and weight, with the test conditions printed in the header. Power banks, chargers and hubs get their own table, and smartwatch screens are drawn at relative size beside a legend of charge ports.

Electronics Premium — Notes / Terms page

Trade terms laid out as a ratings table

Opening order, reorder minimum, payment terms, dispatch, order cut-off, free freight, DOA window, warranty and price validity sit in min, typical and max columns, the way engineers read a datasheet. Numbered notes underneath cover MAP, sales tax and drop-ship fees, and every value is editable.

Electronics Premium — Featured Product page

Featured headphones with callouts and margin math

A large product photo carries callout labels for the band, drivers, microphones and fast charging, while the header shows trade price per unit, MSRP, case quantity and MAP. Colorway swatches list the SKU suffix for each finish, and a spec table ends with the master carton count.

Electronics Premium — Care Instructions page

Shelf and battery care for the stockroom

Six habits keep lithium stock sell-ready: store boxes at half charge, keep cartons cool and dry, run demos on rated cables, dry water-resistant units before charging, update demo firmware and log dead-on-arrival units quickly. A closing banner explains why half full is the healthy storage level.

Tips

What to include in a consumer electronics wholesale catalog

Print trade price, MSRP and MAP on one line

Dealers decide quickly whether a line earns shelf space, so show the trade price per unit, the suggested retail price and the minimum advertised price side by side, then the case pack. If you enforce MAP, say what happens when an account advertises below it. Clear margin math saves a round of emails before the first order.

State the test conditions behind every spec

Battery life means little without context. Note the volume level, whether noise canceling was on, and whether case charges are counted, as in 8 hours plus 30 in the case. Give water resistance as an IP rating, weight in grams and charge time in minutes. Store staff repeat these numbers to shoppers, so consistent methods prevent returns.

List what is in the box

Shoppers return devices when a cable, adapter or ear tip they expected is missing. Print the box contents for each SKU, say whether a wall charger is included, and give cable type and length. For counter displays and bulk orders, add the master carton count and size so dealers can plan stockroom space.

Flag lithium battery shipping rules

Power banks and spare batteries are regulated as dangerous goods in transport, and air freight limits how they can ship. Tell dealers which SKUs travel by ground only, how long transit takes, and the charge level you recommend for boxed stock. A short care page also helps stores keep demo units healthy between restocks.

Send the line card before holiday buying

Independent electronics stores plan fourth-quarter shelves over the summer, when holiday orders are placed. Issue the main catalog early in the year with new models, then send a revision with updated stock, prices and promotions by midsummer. A revision number on the cover, such as Rev 26.1, tells buyers which edition they hold.

FAQ

Questions about this template

What pages come with the Electronics Premium template?

Twenty-seven pages: seven cover designs and 20 inside pages. The ones dealers lean on are the spec comparison, trade terms, best sellers, how to order and battery care; the rest set the scene and handle service, from the dealer welcome, the Pin assignments contents page and featured headphones to the Charge Week promotion, spring preview invitation, dealer notes, troubleshooting FAQ and a framed blank. Every page is optional, and products go on matching tinted pages.

Can dealers place wholesale orders from this catalog?

Yes. Share it as a wholesale flipbook and dealers order through its built-in order form. You can set a minimum order value, minimum, multiple and maximum quantities to match case packs, and up to three volume price tiers. Orders arrive by email and in the app. If your dealer pricing already lives in Shopify B2B catalogs, the Unlimited plan imports them with their price lists.

Which specs should a consumer electronics catalog list for each product?

List the numbers buyers compare across models: battery life with its test conditions, charge time, connection type and range, driver size for audio, screen size for wearables, water rating, ports, weight and what is in the box. Add SKU, barcode and warranty length. In EasyCatalog, extra specs can come from the description or Shopify metafields and print on every product page.

What is MAP, and should a dealer catalog print it?

MAP, the minimum advertised price, is the lowest price a reseller may advertise for a product; stores can still set their own price at the register. Printing MAP next to the trade price and MSRP shows dealers their margin and the advertising floor together. Add a short policy line explaining what happens when an account advertises below it.
