About the Cyber Week template
This Cyber Week B2B catalog reads like a control panel: green-black pages, mint-white text and a neon mint accent on deadlines, tiers and progress bars. Exo headlines with a wide, technical stance pair with Titillium Web text and an Inconsolata monospace for SKUs. The front cover is split in two, with the program terms stacked like a dashboard on the left (event window, minimum per PO, payment terms and a mint Nov 16 deadline) and neon light lines on the right.
Use it to collect allocation orders in early November, while holiday electronics stock is still being divided between stores. Import your range and each item lands on a dark product page with photo, SKU and trade price; add the barcode, an MSRP from a Shopify metafield, or the case pack in the description when buyers need them. Share the wholesale flipbook so buyers order on the page, with a minimum order value, case-pack multiples and three volume tiers. Orders arrive by email and in the app.

Pages worth a closer look

Program cover that reads like a dashboard
Event window, allocation deadline, minimum per PO and payment terms are stacked in panels under a two-word headline, with the program promise in one sentence and 1,200+ SKUs in a glowing box. A buyer who reads nothing else still sees the date that matters.

Volume tiers that unlock services
"Volume unlocks more" lists 5%, 8% and 12% off trade at $500, $2,000 and $5,000, adding priority allocation on the top 50 SKUs and drop-shipping for online orders at the higher tiers. The rules fit in one line: per PO, booking window, confirmation within 24 hours.

Best sellers ranked by allocation booked
Instead of a plain top list, each line shows how much of its allocation is already booked, from 96% down, with a mint progress bar beside the SKU, key spec, event price and MSRP. Buyers see which lines will not wait.

Program timeline from opening to dispatch
Four dates walk through the program: pricing visible in trade accounts on Nov 1, the allocation deadline on Nov 16, final dispatch on Nov 24 and the event week itself, when reorders ship the same day until Dec 6.
How to run a Cyber Week wholesale program
Set a firm allocation deadline
When top sellers are limited, retailers need a date to commit by and you need firm numbers for your own purchasing. Leave at least a week between the deadline and your final dispatch. Confirm each allocation in writing within a day or two, and say what happens to unbooked stock after the cut-off.
Print MSRP and advertised price rules
Retailers want to know how low they may advertise during the event. If your brands set minimum advertised prices, print them beside MSRP for each product and note any approved Cyber Week exceptions. It protects margins across your accounts and avoids a race to the bottom on the most wanted lines.
Give attach items their own section
Chargers, cables and cases carry small price tags but healthy margins, and they sell alongside every headphone or phone accessory. Put them in their own section with large case packs and suggest a mix per store, so a retailer adds a case to every PO without needing more shelf space.
List the specs that cause returns
Many electronics returns come from mismatched expectations about battery life, water resistance, compatibility or the charger needed. Show those facts in the same spec row on every product page so store staff can answer customers correctly. Fewer surprises at home means fewer boxes coming back in January.
Reward bigger orders with service
Higher tiers do not have to mean deeper discounts. Priority allocation, drop-shipping for the retailer's online orders and free freight often cost less than extra margin and solve real problems during peak week. List what each tier unlocks in one line so buyers know where to aim.

Questions about this template
Can buyers book Cyber Week allocations through this catalog?
Yes. Share it as a wholesale flipbook and buyers order with the built-in order form while they browse. Set a minimum order value, quantity multiples that match case packs and up to three volume price tiers, and cap the maximum quantity on scarce lines. Orders reach you by email and in the app, so allocations can be confirmed quickly.
Does the Cyber Week template work with Shopify B2B price lists?
Yes, on the Unlimited plan, which imports Shopify B2B catalogs with their price lists, so the catalog carries the trade prices you set in Shopify. Without B2B catalogs, use the Discount & Tax tool to apply a percentage or fixed discount, show prices without tax or convert prices with a currency multiplier for buyers abroad.
When should electronics wholesalers open a Cyber Week program?
By the start of November at the latest. Retailers plan holiday electronics months ahead, but event top-ups and promotional buys are usually settled four to six weeks out. A program that opens on November 1, closes allocations mid-month and ships before Thanksgiving gives stores time to receive and display stock before Cyber Monday.
What should an electronics trade price sheet list?
At minimum: SKU, barcode, case pack, MSRP, trade or event price and the two or three specs customers compare, such as battery life, driver size or charger wattage. Add price validity dates and whether prices include tax. Grouping accessories next to the products they support makes it easier for a buyer to build a balanced order.
