About the Flash Sale template
This flash sale catalog template is built for urgency. A red lightning bolt splits the black front cover, with FLASH in white and SALE in yellow, set in tall condensed Teko over Rubik text. Starburst stickers carry the discounts, and three calendar cards mark early access, the opening hour and last orders. The 14 pages run from three cover designs and a welcome note to a collection divider, deal of the day, best sellers, an early-bird promo, how-to-shop steps, terms, contact and a back cover.
Use it to turn a one-day markdown into something shoppers can browse on a phone. The sample copy, written for a fictional fashion boutique, lists coats, bags and knitwear with was and now prices. Import a Shopify collection, upload a CSV or add products by hand, and they land on white product pages, each card with a Shop now button. Shopify stores can share it as a retail flipbook that checks out at Shopify, or print a PDF for the counter.
Best for
- Fashion boutiques running a 24-hour sale online and in store
- Shopify stores that want a shoppable sale flipbook for email and social posts
- Members' early-access evenings and early-bird morning codes
- Seasonal markdowns on coats, knitwear, bags and shoes
- Shoe and accessory shops clearing a few hero lines quickly
Pages worth a closer look

Poster cover with a giant starburst
A black poster cover sets UP TO 60% inside a red starburst, with a bonus-code pill underneath. Print it for the shop window or use it as the opening page of the flipbook, then change the figure and code to match your own sale.

Deal of the day with was and now prices
One hero product gets a full page: a large photo, a red band with the sale dates, the new price in a black box with the old price and the saving, then fabric, sizes and color, plus an also-on-sale row of four more pieces.

Three-date calendar for a one-day sale
Three calendar cards mark members' early access the evening before, the opening hour and the last orders, above a red photo of shopping bags with an only-one-day sticker. Shoppers know exactly when to come back, which matters when the whole sale lasts a single day.

How-to-shop steps for first-time buyers
Four numbered steps (find your deals, tap or click, check out, delivered fast) sit under a clothing-rail photo, with a black strip for free shipping, free returns and gift wrap. It answers checkout questions before they reach your inbox.
How to run a 24-hour flash sale catalog
Announce the window before it opens
A flash sale works because the window is short, so customers need warning. Share the catalog link a day or two ahead with the start time, the time zone and the last-order time. An early-access evening for members rewards your best customers and spreads the first rush of orders.
Lead with two or three hero deals
Put the deepest, most recognizable discounts on the cover and the deal-of-the-day page, not on page nine. A few hero products with a large photo and a clear was-and-now price do more work than a long list of small markdowns, and they give social posts an obvious image.
Make the saving real and visible
Show the original price beside the sale price and state the saving as a percentage or dollar amount. Use a reference price you genuinely charged recently, since advertising rules in many countries regulate was prices. When discounts vary by item, put 'up to' on the cover.
Check stock and sizes right before launch
Nothing hurts a flash sale like a hero item that sells out in ten minutes. Count stock per size, drop lines with broken size runs, and if you sell on Shopify, run Sync just before you share the link so prices, stock and photos match the store.
Put the rules where fast shoppers look
People buying quickly want the free-shipping threshold, dispatch cut-off, return policy for sale items and the exact end time. Gather them on one terms page and repeat the end date on the back cover, so a screenshot of a single page still carries it.

Questions about this template
Which pages are in the Flash Sale template?
Fourteen: a lightning-bolt front cover, a photo band cover and a starburst poster cover, then a welcome note with a contents strip, a collection divider, deal of the day, best sellers, an early-bird promo, a three-date calendar, how-to-shop steps, before-you-shop terms, customer care contact, a framed notes page and a back cover. Your products fill white product pages, and any page can be removed or moved.
Can shoppers buy straight from the flash sale catalog?
If your store runs on Shopify, share it as a retail flipbook and shoppers check out at Shopify. Without Shopify, share it as a showcase flipbook or a PDF. Every flipbook link comes with its own QR code, which is handy for window posters, receipts and stories announcing the start time.
How long should a flash sale last?
Most flash sales run from a few hours to 48 hours, and 24 hours is a common choice: short enough to feel urgent, long enough for customers in other time zones or on night shifts to see it. Announce the end time clearly and keep to it, because extending a flash sale teaches shoppers to wait for the extension.
How big should a flash sale discount be?
Big enough to stand out from your everyday promotions, or the short window feels like pressure without a reward. Rather than a small cut across everything, many shops take a deeper discount on selected lines. Check the margin on each product first and save the steepest cuts for stock you want gone or items that bring in new customers.
