About the Garden Equipment Premium template
This garden equipment catalog template takes its look from a freshly striped lawn. Mowing-stripe bands run across several covers and dark panels, condensed Teko headlines sit over field photography of clipped hedges, chainsaws and roadside crews, and IBM Plex Mono labels the model codes and specs. The palette pairs charcoal and pale stone with a bright blue accent. Seven covers and twenty designed pages follow five sections: walk-behind mowers, riders and zero-turns, trimmers and brushcutters, saws and hedge, parts and service.
The sample copy is written for a fictional manufacturer that sells only through dealers, so every page talks to them: dealer net prices with MSRP alongside, case packs, an early order program with spring dating, a service-care page for the shop and territory reps on the contact page. Bring in your models from Shopify or a CSV and they fill white product pages with photo, model code, specs and price. Print it for dealer meetings or share an order flipbook.
Best for
- Outdoor power equipment brands that sell through independent dealers
- Distributors publishing a spring dealer price list with early order discounts
- Lawn and garden wholesalers listing mowers, trimmers, saws and service parts
- Battery tool ranges that need to show which tools share one battery
- Territory reps who bring a printed catalog to dealer visits and demo days
Pages worth a closer look

Deck and power guide drawn to scale
Deck widths are drawn to scale against lawn size, from a 21 in walk-behind for a quarter acre to a 54 in zero-turn for two to four acres, with typical mowing times and a gas-or-battery comparison. Dealers use it to steer each customer to the right machine.

Early order program page
A bold minus-8% panel announces the September to November booking window, spring dating, a freight-free threshold and a promo code. It gives dealers a reason to commit to spring stock in the fall, and every date and number is yours to change.

Featured mower with dealer net and MSRP
The lead walk-behind gets a full page: dealer net beside MSRP, margin at MSRP, units per pallet, warranty and a spec table for deck, engine and drive. It tells dealers the profit story, not just the machine story.

Service and season care for the shop
Service points at 0, 50 and 100 hours sit above fuel, chain, trimmer line and engine advice, laid out to be printed for a service bay. Dealers can pin it up for their techs or copy it for customers, since these four jobs prevent most spring repairs.
What lawn and garden dealers look for in a supplier catalog
Publish the early order calendar up front
Dealers commit to spring stock in the fall, often on dating terms that push payment past their first selling weeks. Put the booking deadline, the ship window and the payment due date on the cover or first spread, so buyers can plan floor space and cash flow before the season rush.
List the specs dealers compare
For mowers, give deck width, cutting height range, engine displacement or battery voltage and capacity, drive type and grass handling (bag, mulch, side discharge). For saws and trimmers, give bar length, engine size, weight and handle style. Identical spec lines let a dealer compare models in seconds.
Show margin, not only net price
Independent dealers decide on what they earn per unit. Print MSRP next to dealer net, and the margin at MSRP if you can. In EasyCatalog, keep MSRP as the price and show dealer net as a discount price with the Discount & Tax tool, or print an MSRP stored in a Shopify metafield.
Give service parts their own section
Blades, air filters, spark plugs, carburetor kits, trimmer line and saw chain bring dealers back all season. List them with pack quantities and the models they fit, and set order multiples to match your packs so the order form only accepts full packs.
Present battery tools as one system
Customers who buy into a cordless platform come back for more tools. Group battery tools together, show which batteries and chargers they share, and offer tool-only and kit versions as variants so dealers can stock the combinations their customers ask for.

Questions about this template
Which pages are in the garden equipment premium template?
Twenty-seven in total: seven cover designs plus welcome, contents, section divider, field lookbook, featured mower, brand story, dealer support team, how to order, best sellers, early order promo, stats, demo day invitation, testimonials, FAQ, deck and power guide, service care, territory contacts, dealer terms, a notes page and back cover. Your products appear on white product pages.
Can dealers place orders from the garden equipment catalog online?
Yes. Share it as a wholesale flipbook and dealers order from the built-in form. You can set a minimum order value for opening orders, three volume price tiers for pallet buys and order multiples for handhelds sold in cases. A percentage discount from the Discount & Tax tool can mirror an early order program.
When should an outdoor power equipment catalog go out to dealers?
Dealer programs follow the season. Spring catalogs usually reach dealers in late summer or fall, so early orders can ship in late winter and sit on the floor before the first cut. A smaller edition for leaf blowers, chainsaws and fall cleanup tools often follows in midsummer.
How do I show mower sizes so customers pick the right one?
Match deck width to lawn area: a 21 in walk-behind suits up to about a quarter acre, a 30 in wide-area mower up to half an acre, and a 42 in rider or wider for half an acre and up. A to-scale chart, like this template's deck and power guide, makes the choice obvious on the shop floor.
