About this template

About the Packaging Premium template

This packaging catalog template is drawn like a dieline. Cut lines, dashed crease marks, tuck-flap labels and dimension callouts in inches frame the covers, while Work Sans headlines and IBM Plex Mono spec labels keep everything crisp. Kraft and white boxes, tissue and fill stand out in real photography against warm off-white pages, charcoal type and a clear blue accent. Seven covers lead into twenty designed pages for mailer boxes, shipping cartons, rigid and gift boxes, bags and tubes, and tape and fill.

Sample copy for a fictional box maker covers what packaging buyers check first: per-unit prices by the bundle, pallet tiers, board grades, a 500-unit print minimum and 48-hour dispatch. Import your SKUs and they fill white product pages as dieline-style cards with photo, size, price and description, and board colors can show as a variant table. Share it as a wholesale flipbook with order multiples set to your bundle size, or print copies to send out with sample packs.

Best for

  • Box makers and distributors selling mailers and shipping cartons by the bundle
  • Custom-print packaging suppliers explaining minimum runs, proofs and lead times
  • Rigid and gift box workshops selling to candle, apparel and coffee brands
  • Shipping supply wholesalers with tape, fill, paper bags and tubes
  • Sales teams preparing a fall stock-up offer for online brands
Highlights

Pages worth a closer look

Packaging Premium — Size / Spec Guide page

Size and spec guide in inches

Every stock size sits in one table: SKU, style, inside length × width × height, board grade, pack quantity and unit price, plus the rule for measuring (add a quarter inch each way for fill). Buyers can pick the right box without calling the trade desk.

Packaging Premium — Featured Product page

Featured mailer with board colors

The lead mailer gets a full page: per-unit price at 500 units and up, bundle and pallet counts, style, board, strength rating and kraft, white or black board swatches. Use it for any SKU that comes in several colors or finishes.

Packaging Premium — How to Order page

How to order, in four folds

The ordering steps sit on the panels of an unfolded carton, from picking a style and choosing size and board through to the reorder. It explains stock and custom lead times in a way buyers remember.

Packaging Premium — Promo / Sale page

Q4 stock-up offer

A pallet discount runs from October 1 to November 15 on mixed stock sizes, timed before the holiday shipping peak. Change the percentage, dates, threshold and code to fit your own seasonal push.

Tips

What packaging buyers need to see in a box catalog

Always give inside dimensions

Box sizes cause more wrong orders than anything else. State inside length × width × height in the same order on every line, explain how to measure, and tell buyers how much clearance to leave for tissue or fill. If you quote outside dimensions anywhere, label them clearly.

Explain board grades in plain words

Buyers know their product, not flute codes. Show what each board is for: E-flute for light retail mailers, B-flute for heavier items, single wall for most parcels and double wall for heavy or fragile goods, with the edge crush rating and a weight guide beside each.

Price per unit at every quantity break

Packaging is bought by the bundle and by the pallet, so show per-unit prices at each break and say whether sizes can be mixed to reach a tier. EasyCatalog's three volume price tiers and order multiples can mirror this in the flipbook order form.

Set out custom print step by step

List the minimum run, print methods, number of colors, proof stages, artwork requirements (vector files placed on your dieline, with bleed) and the lead time from proof approval. Brands ordering their first printed box want to know exactly when it arrives and what they must supply.

Publish the stock-up offer before peak season

Online brands ship the most in November and December, so most of them stock up in September and October. Send your catalog with a pallet offer early in the fall, and remind accounts of the last order date for delivery before the peak.

FAQ

Questions about this template

What is inside the packaging premium template?

Twenty-seven pages with real photography: seven covers in a dieline style, welcome, contents, section divider, unboxing lookbook, featured mailer, story, team, how to order, best sellers, Q4 promo, stats, open press day, testimonials, FAQ, size and spec guide, handling and storage, contact, trade terms, a notes page and the back cover. Your SKUs fill white product pages.

How do I show box sizes and board colors for each SKU?

Put the dimensions in the product title, as the sample does with 9 × 6 × 3 in, and add board color as a variant so the product page shows a variant table. The size and spec guide page can hold the full table for all stock sizes. In the order form, set order multiples equal to your bundle quantity.

What should a packaging price list include?

For every SKU: style, inside dimensions, board grade and strength, color, pack quantity, per-unit price at each quantity break and whether it ships flat. Add lead times for stock and custom print, the minimum order, freight terms and how to request samples. Buyers comparing suppliers look for all of this on one page.

How do I help buyers choose the right box size?

Ask them to measure the product's length, width and height, add clearance for tissue or fill, then match the result to your inside dimensions. A size table sorted by volume, a measuring diagram and a sample pack of the most common sizes all reduce returns and remakes.
