About the Office Supplies Premium template
This office supplies catalog template is built like a well-kept filing cabinet. Folder tabs carry the edition and terms, punch holes line the margin, and a yellow sticky note dates the price list over a flat-lay of highlighters, gel pens and page flags. Libre Franklin sets bold headlines and text, with IBM Plex Mono for item numbers, in charcoal on cool gray-white with an indigo accent and highlighter yellow. Seven covers lead into 20 pages, from a memo-style welcome to a packing-slip back cover.
Independent stationers, campus stores and office resellers buy by item number and pack size, and this catalog is organized for exactly that. Import products from Shopify or a CSV and the item number, price and description flow onto white product pages, with 4 × 5 grids or line-sheet rows for long ranges. In the wholesale flipbook you can require multiples of 6, 12 or 24 to match case packs and set a minimum order value, then print a PDF for the counter.
Best for
- Office and stationery wholesalers selling case packs to independent stockists
- Campus stores and school suppliers planning back-to-school orders
- Office resellers who take reorders by item number and PO
- Private-label notebook, pad and envelope programs with set minimums
- Ink and toner dealers comparing cartridge yield and cost per page
Pages worth a closer look

Paper and ink guide
Letter, A4 and Legal are drawn to scale above a weight table in pounds and gsm, from 20 lb copy paper to 110 lb index. A toner and ink table shows yield, price and cost per page, so buyers see when a high-yield cartridge is the better deal.

Featured line with case-price breaks
A 24 lb laser paper fills the page with its item number, a price per case of ten reams, breaks at 10 cases and a 40-case pallet, and a spec panel for weight, brightness, opacity and finish. A side note lists the same sheet in other weights.

Four steps, no phone tag
Checkbox steps take a stockist from finding the item number to sending the order, getting confirmation and same-day shipping, with a keep-by-the-phone card for the opening minimum, case packs of 6, 12 and 24, and Net 30 terms.

Back-to-school stock-up offer
A seasonal page takes a percentage off wholesale orders over a set value from early June to mid-July, with a code to quote on the order form or PO and clear exclusions. Swap the dates and terms for your own buying season.
What to include in an office supplies catalog
Give every line an item number and a selling unit
Office buyers reorder by number, so print the SKU large and state the unit you sell by: each, box, pack, ream or case. Add the inner pack and case quantity, for example 12 pads per pack, and keep numbers stable from one edition to the next.
List paper weight in bond pounds and gsm
20 lb bond, about 75 gsm, is everyday copy paper; 24 lb, about 90 gsm, suits double-sided reports and laser printing; 28 to 32 lb suits presentations. Add brightness and size, Letter, Legal or A4, so buyers comparing quotes are comparing the same sheet.
Show cost per page for ink and toner
Cartridge prices mislead without yield. Divide the price by the rated page yield and print the cost per page beside it; high-yield cartridges often cost less per page even when the sticker price is higher, which gives your stockists an easy upsell.
Time your catalog for back-to-school and January
School and campus buyers place stationery orders in spring for summer delivery, and many offices restock when the new year's budgets open. Send the catalog by early spring, preview new lines at a buying day, and put stock-up dates and cut-offs on the promo page.
Explain cut-off times and minimums plainly
Stockists choose suppliers on speed. State the daily order cut-off with its time zone, typical transit times, the opening-order and reorder minimums, and whether you break cases and at what surcharge. A quick-reference box on the ordering page answers these before anyone calls.

Questions about this template
What pages are in the Office Supplies Premium template?
It has seven covers and 20 designed pages: a memo-style welcome, contents, section divider, desk lookbook, featured product, brand story, team, how to order, best sellers, a back-to-school promo, stats, a spring buying day invitation, testimonials, FAQ, a paper and ink guide, storage and handling tips, contact, trade terms, a notes page and a packing-slip back cover.
Can stockists order in case packs through the online catalog?
Yes. In the wholesale flipbook you can set a minimum, a multiple and a maximum quantity, so a pad sold in packs of 12 can only be ordered in twelves. Add a minimum order value and up to three volume price tiers; orders arrive by email and in the app.
How many products should an office supplies catalog show per page?
It depends on the line. Commodity items such as pens, clips and sticky notes read well 16 to 20 to a page, or as one-column rows with SKU, pack and price, while featured lines like paper or desk tools deserve two to four per page with specs. Most wholesale catalogs mix both.
Which paper sizes should an office supplies catalog list?
In the US list Letter, 8.5 × 11 in, and Legal, 8.5 × 14 in, plus Tabloid at 11 × 17 in if you stock it; for international buyers add A4, 210 × 297 mm. Pair each size with weight, brightness and the number of sheets per ream and per case.
