About the Plumbing Supplies Premium template
This plumbing catalog template follows the pipe. A brass-gold line runs down the dark cover and bends under the photo like a pipe run, and the contents page hangs its five ranges off a vertical pipe with gold numbered discs. Overpass headings and Inconsolata data sit on warm off-white or ink-dark pages, with copper tube, brass elbows, ball valves and manifolds photographed close up. A pressure gauge dial heads the install page.
Installers get the facts they need at the van door: which elbow, which thread, what pressure. The size chart lists copper OD, steel OD and threads per inch for each nominal size with pressure ratings, and the featured fitting page prints its spec beside a dimensioned drawing. Load products from Shopify or a CSV, switch currency from the sample pounds, show ex-VAT prices and share a trade flipbook with box-quantity ordering.
Best for
- Plumbing merchants selling copper, press and brass fittings to installers on account
- Heating suppliers listing manifolds, pumps and underfloor kits
- Valve and fitting distributors that print pressure and thread specs
- Trade counters running a press-fitting promotion for the spring rush
- Merchants pricing in pounds or euros with ex-VAT trade prices
Pages worth a closer look

Pipe and fitting size chart
Each nominal size from ½ to 2 inches with DN, copper OD in millimeters and inches, steel OD, BSP and NPT threads per inch and full-bore valve rating, plus copper ODs drawn actual size and a pressure scale by fitting family.

Featured fitting with spec table
A threaded 90° elbow photographed large, with its trade unit price, pressure class, material, thread form, temperature range and box and case packs beside a dimensioned line drawing. Reuse it for a valve or manifold you want installers to try.

Fit it once, fit it right
Four photo-led steps, prepare, join, test and maintain, including holding 1.5 times working pressure for 30 minutes, plus a counter tip on green crust at joints. Installers keep pages like this, and it shows your counter knows the trade.

Ordering with box quantities
Four steps from account to delivery, with box and case quantities for brass, copper and valves, a 4 pm cut-off and four ways to send an order. A dark band repeats the first-order minimum, pack sizes, payment terms and the free-delivery threshold.

Press-tool open morning
An invitation to breakfast at the counter with a live 54 mm press demo, a crimper trade-in and a valve clinic. Change the date and program for your own supplier day or product launch.
What to put in a plumbing supply catalog installers keep
Never leave the thread standard implied
BSP and NPT threads look alike but do not seal together, and parallel and tapered threads behave differently. State the thread form on every threaded fitting and valve, and add a conversion table so installers working on older systems can match what is already in the wall.
Print pressure and temperature ratings
Installers need to know a fitting will hold on a heating circuit or a mains supply. List the pressure class, the maximum temperature and the intended uses, such as potable water, heating or gas, and keep the units consistent across the whole catalog.
Say where lead-free brass applies
Drinking-water jobs must use fittings that meet local lead limits. Mark which ranges suit potable water and what material they use, such as dezincification-resistant brass, and keep that wording identical in the catalog, on the box and on the invoice.
Stock up for the heating season
Boiler and heating work peaks from autumn into winter, and frozen-pipe repairs follow the first hard frost. Send the catalog before October with heating spares, isolation valves and repair couplings up front, then lead with bathroom and renovation lines in spring.
Quote box quantities with unit prices
Brass fittings usually ship in boxes of 10 and copper tube in set lengths. Show the unit price, box price and box quantity together, and set order multiples in the flipbook so nobody orders seven of a box-of-10 line.

Questions about this template
What pages does the plumbing catalog template include?
Seven covers, from a pipe-run front cover and a band price list to a pressure poster, a split cover and a trade quarterly. The twenty inner pages cover welcome, contents, divider, installed gallery, featured fitting, story, counter crew, how to order, best sellers, press week, numbers, open morning, installer quotes, FAQ, size and pressure guide, install and maintain, contact, trade terms, notes and back cover.
Can I use it outside the UK, with dollars and inch sizes?
Yes. The sample copy uses British pounds and VAT, but every word, price and table is editable. Pick any of 28 catalog currencies, use the Discount & Tax tool for prices with or without tax, and rewrite the size chart for inch sizes, NPT threads and your local pressure units.
How should a plumbing catalog list fittings so installers find them?
Group by system first, such as copper and press, valves, brass, heating and tools, then by size within each group. Give every line its type, size, end connections, material, pressure rating and pack quantity. Installers search by size and end type, so put those first in the product title.
Do plumbing merchants still need a printed catalog?
Many installers keep a printed price list in the van and order at the counter, while office staff prefer an online catalog. A print-ready PDF for the van and a wholesale flipbook with an order form for the office cover both, from the same pages and prices.
