About this template

About the Wholesale & B2B Premium template

In this bulk pricing catalog template, the price list is the design. The cover is a bar chart made of photographs, rising from a pair of enamel mugs to stacked cartons and pallets, each bar labeled with its tier price. Tractor-feed holes, green-bar stripes and dotted leaders recall a printed stock list, set in Fira Sans and Roboto Mono on pale sage paper with a deep green accent. Seven covers and 20 pages follow, including a tier table and a receiving checklist.

Wholesalers selling homeware, pantry and everyday goods to independent shops can use it to make tier pricing obvious before a buyer builds the order. Import your lines from Shopify or a CSV and they flow onto white product pages with SKU, price and description. In the wholesale flipbook, set up to three volume price tiers, case-pack multiples and a minimum order value, so online orders follow the same rules as the printed list.

Best for

  • General-merchandise wholesalers selling homeware and pantry goods by the case
  • Distributors whose unit price drops at set case counts or full pallets
  • Suppliers to independent gift shops, grocers and home stores
  • Trade sellers running a seasonal tier-up offer or buying day
  • Warehouses that publish case and pallet specs for receiving teams

Wholesale & B2B Premium — Size / Spec Guide page

Price breaks and Ti × Hi pallet specs

A tier table lists SKU, line, pack and unit prices for 1 to 4 cases, 5 to 19, 20 plus and a full pallet. Below, a Ti × Hi diagram shows cases per layer and layers per pallet, with height, weight and case size for receiving.

Wholesale & B2B Premium — Featured Product page

Featured line with a price-per-tier chart

An enamel camp mug fills the page with a bar chart of unit prices by cases per order, plus a ledger of case pack, case size, weight, Ti × Hi and suggested retail. Showing retail beside cost lets buyers see their margin at a glance.

Wholesale & B2B Premium — Lookbook / Photos page

How it sells: a merchandising lookbook

A photo mosaic, one stockist shelf plus close-ups of a mug, candles, a jar and soap, tags each line with its SKU and case size and adds one merchandising rule: face three units, keep one case in backstock. It gives buyers a reason to order and a plan for the shelf.

Receiving checklist: count, sign, store

A dock checklist tells buyers to count cases against the packing slip before signing, mark the receipt subject to inspection and note any damage. It helps avoid disputed freight claims and shows you know how small shops receive deliveries.

Wholesale & B2B Premium — Promo / Sale page

Tier-up week promotion

A two-week offer lowers the case count needed for Tier 3 pricing, drawn as a ladder from one case to twenty, with a code to quote. It is a ready format for moving buyers up a tier before a slow season.

Tips

How to present tiered pricing in a wholesale catalog

Set tiers by total cases per order

Buyers understand tiers that count every case on the order, so a shop can mix mugs, jars and towels and still reach the next price. State the thresholds in one line, such as 1 to 4, 5 to 19 and 20 plus cases, and repeat them on every tier table.

Show case pack, case size and Ti × Hi

Small shops need to know whether 24 mugs fit their stockroom, and warehouses need Ti × Hi, cases per layer times layers, to plan pallets. List units per case, case dimensions and weight beside every SKU, and add pallet height and weight limits for full-pallet buyers.

Print suggested retail beside the unit price

Independent retailers buy on margin. A suggested retail price next to each tier price shows the markup at once; keystone, double the wholesale cost, is the usual benchmark for gift and home goods, so lines that beat it deserve a callout.

Explain broken cases and minimums up front

Say whether cases can be split, at what surcharge, and what the first-order and reorder minimums are. A shop that discovers a 24-unit case pack at checkout may abandon the order, so put these rules on the how-to-order page and in the terms of trade.

Use buying days and short tier offers

Schedule a fall buying day before holiday stocking and a short tier-up window in late winter, when shops plan spring resets. Temporary access to a higher tier encourages larger first orders without changing your permanent price list.

FAQ

Questions about this template

What pages does the Wholesale & B2B Premium template include?

Seven covers, led by the tier-chart front, and 20 designed pages: welcome, contents, a pick-ticket divider, a merchandising lookbook, featured line, story, trade desk team, how to order, best sellers by reorders, a tier-up promo, stats, a buying-day invitation, testimonials, FAQ, a price-break and pallet spec page, a receiving checklist, contact, terms of trade, a notes sheet and a back cover.

Can buyers get tier prices when they order online?

Yes. The wholesale flipbook's order form supports tiered volume pricing with up to three tiers, along with minimum, multiple and maximum quantities and a minimum order value. The Discount & Tax tool adds percentage or fixed discounts and ex-VAT prices, and on the Unlimited plan you can work from Shopify B2B catalogs with price lists.

What is a case pack in wholesale?

A case pack is the number of units in one shipping case, for example 24 mugs or 12 jars. Wholesalers usually sell in full cases, so buyers order in multiples of that number. Listing the case pack, case size and weight beside each SKU prevents short orders and helps shops plan shelf and stockroom space.

How should tiered wholesale prices be structured?

Keep it to three or four steps with round thresholds, such as 1 to 5, 6 to 24 and 25 or more cases, plus an optional pallet price. Each step should save enough, often a few percent, to change behavior. State whether mixed lines count toward the tier, and print the unit price at every step.
