About the HVAC Supplies Premium template
This HVAC catalog template is drawn from air distribution. Louver lines cross the cover photo, the contents page carries a ceiling-diffuser photo in a mint frame, and a mint edition badge and a vertical wordmark band give the covers a cold-climate, technical feel. Chakra Petch headings, Barlow text and monospaced spec labels sit on cool gray-blue pages and deep navy, with photography of spiral duct, condensers, mini-splits and flex duct.
It serves both seasons of an HVAC counter. The sizing guide maps room area to BTU and mini-split size and lists filter sizes and MERV ratings, the featured page reads like an equipment data plate, and the maintenance page gives spring and fall checklists. Import equipment and parts from Shopify or a CSV, show specs from Shopify metafields, then print a counter copy and share a wholesale flipbook for early-buy orders.

- HVAC distributors selling equipment, duct and filters to contractors on account
- Heat pump and mini-split suppliers serving cold-climate markets
- Early-buy and pre-season booking programs for cooling equipment
- Filter and indoor air quality suppliers with recurring monthly orders
- Will-call counters and sheet-metal shops offering same-day pickup
Pages worth a closer look

BTU and filter sizing guide
Cooling capacity by room area for 8 ft ceilings with matching mini-split sizes, adjustments for sun, shade, occupants and kitchens, filter sizes, MERV ratings and typical airflow by round duct size. Contractors can use it to sanity-check a quote.

Spec-plate featured product
The mini-split page lists cooling and heating capacity, SEER2 and HSPF2 efficiency, low-ambient heating, refrigerant, power, line set size and maximum line length below a large product photo, beside a front-view drawing.

Early-buy program
Book cooling equipment from January to March and pay in July: the page shows a condenser at list and early-buy price, the order deadline, the invoice date and a code. Edit the dates to run your own pre-season program.

Seasonal maintenance checklist
Spring cooling start-up and fall heating checks with tick boxes, from filter changes and coil cleaning to flame sensors and ignition, plus a tip about clogged filters. It is laid out to be printed and kept in the van.

Comfort chart by the numbers
A comfort-zone chart of temperature and humidity sits above stock figures: lines on the shelf, contractor accounts, hot-shot delivery time, fill rate, trucks on route and a winter no-heat line. Replace the figures with your own.
What HVAC contractors need from a supply catalog
Print the specs that size a system
Contractors size equipment from capacity in BTU per hour or tons, efficiency ratings, voltage and phase, refrigerant type and line set sizes. Show them in the same order on every equipment page, so two condensers can be compared side by side without opening a spec sheet.
Run an early-buy program
Distributors book cooling equipment in late winter and heating equipment in late summer, often with delayed invoicing. Put the program dates, the price difference and the invoice date on one page, and send the catalog six to eight weeks before the order deadline.
Flag the refrigerant transition
As new equipment moves to lower-GWP refrigerants such as R-454B and R-32, contractors need matching recovery cylinders, tools and leak detectors. Label which parts and tools are rated for A2L refrigerants and group them on one page.
Sell filters by the case
Filters are a monthly reorder for maintenance contracts. List nominal and actual sizes, MERV rating and case quantity, and set order multiples in the wholesale flipbook so contractors order full cases. A standing filter page also makes repeat orders quick to place.
Plan for the no-heat season
When temperatures drop, contractors need igniters, flame sensors, inducer motors and control boards the same day. From December to February, put an emergency parts line and after-hours pickup details on the contact page and the back cover.

Questions about this template
What is included in the HVAC catalog template?
Seven covers, including a duct photo cover, a vertical-band cover headlined Rated for real winters, a framed cover, a heat-and-cool poster, a split cover, a trade quarterly and a thermostat sticker cover. Twenty pages follow, from welcome and contents to the sizing guide, seasonal checklist, early-buy promo, heat pump clinic, contact, terms and back cover.
Can contractors order equipment and parts online from it?
Yes. Share it as a wholesale flipbook with the built-in order form, set a minimum order value and per-product minimums or multiples, and offer up to three volume tiers for filters and parts. Orders land in your email and in the app; add a password if trade prices should stay private.
How should an HVAC parts catalog be organized?
By system: equipment, air distribution, filtration and indoor air quality, refrigerant and line sets, then controls and tools. Inside each section sort by capacity or size. Put a cross-reference tip near the parts sections, because many service calls start with a technician reading an old unit's data plate.
Should an HVAC catalog include equipment prices?
Yes for parts, filters, controls and air distribution, which change little during a season. For equipment, many distributors print a trade price with a quote validity, because manufacturer price increases often land once or twice a year. Note what the price includes, such as line sets, pads or warranty registration.
