About this template

About the Safety Equipment template

This safety equipment catalog template uses tall Fjalla One headings with Archivo Narrow and PT Sans for the reading text. The colors are blackout charcoal on a near-white page, with a short hi-vis yellow rule on the back page. A wide charcoal side band runs down the cover, divider and back page, and thin charcoal rules edge the other pages. Its photo version gives the cover a site-photo collage and the divider a band of photos, and turns the back page into a full-bleed photo.

Sample sections cover head protection, hi-vis workwear, safety footwear, gloves and hand care, and respiratory, a sensible order for most safety ranges. Hard hats, vests and boots come in from Shopify or a CSV upload and fill the product grids between the divider and the order form, where sizes can show as variant tables. Recolor with 12 palettes, print it, or share it online with ordering switched on.

Best for

  • PPE distributors that need a straightforward trade catalog with an order form
  • Workwear suppliers selling hi-vis vests, jackets and rainwear to contractors
  • Safety footwear and glove wholesalers with many sizes per style
  • Industrial suppliers adding a safety section to a dealer catalog
  • Trade-show handouts where buyers write orders on a printed form

Pages worth a closer look

Safety Equipment — Cover page

Two-line condensed cover

SAFETY EQUIPMENT in tall condensed capitals beside a charcoal side band that carries a vertical product catalog line, plus your web and email details. It reads from across a trade-show aisle, and the photo-collage version sets the same title below three site photos.

Safety Equipment — Order form page

Order form with a PO number field

Company, contact, PO number and ship-to fields, then rows for SKU, description, quantity, unit price and total. Procurement teams expect a purchase order number on every order, and this form has room for one.

Safety Equipment — Contents page

Contents by protection category

Five numbered categories with page references: head protection, hi-vis workwear, safety footwear, gloves and hand care, and respiratory. Buyers can jump straight to the gear their crews need this month.

Safety Equipment — Divider page

A divider for each category

Each category opens with its number, name and a short introduction. Use the space to state the protection levels the section covers, the sizes in stock or a minimum quantity per case.

Tips

How to organize a safety equipment catalog that sells

State class and color for hi-vis

Hi-vis buyers check the garment's visibility class, background color and reflective tape layout before price. Put them in the product title or first line, and note which garments suit night work or roadside traffic zones.

Plan seasonal pages ahead

Insulated gloves, liners and winter hi-vis sell from early fall; cooling towels, sun protection and hydration from late spring. Publish a seasonal section a month or two before demand so buyers can budget and order in time.

Show what fits with what

Earmuffs that clip to a hard hat, face shields that need a bracket, filters that match one mask body: compatibility questions slow orders down. List the compatible parts on the same page as the main item.

Note service life and replacement

Respirator filters, hard hat suspensions and many gloves have a service life. Printing it next to the product helps safety managers schedule replacements, and it tells them your team knows the gear as well as they do.

FAQ

Questions about this template

Is the Safety Equipment template free to use?

Yes. All templates are included on every plan, including the Free plan. Shopify stores get one grid-editor catalog and one Basic-editor catalog with a small watermark; accounts without Shopify get one catalog of up to 5 pages with a small watermark. Paid plans start at $19.99 a month.

Can buyers order safety gear online instead of on the printed form?

Yes. Publish the catalog as a wholesale flipbook and the order form is built in. You can require a minimum order value, set quantity multiples for boxed gloves and earplugs, and offer three volume price tiers; each order lands in your inbox and in the app.

What details should each safety product listing include?

SKU, product name, protection level, sizes or fit range, material, pack quantity and price. For gloves add cut, puncture or chemical ratings; for eyewear the lens tint and coating; for footwear the toe cap and sole type. Variant tables keep all sizes on one card.

Should a safety catalog include product photos or only specs?

Both. Photos confirm style and color, which matters for hi-vis and branded workwear, while specs decide whether an item meets the job's requirements. A 3 × 3 grid with photo, title, SKU and rating suits most ranges; use a one-column line sheet for earplugs, filters and other consumables.
