About the Agricultural Supplies template
This agriculture catalog template is plain-spoken by design. A field-green band runs down the cover with the catalog year set vertically, Bree Serif headlines in green and near-black sit on a warm off-white page, and Cabin and PT Sans handle the text. Its seven pages run from cover and welcome through contents, ordering terms and a divider to the order form and back page. A photo twin adds farm machinery: three photos on the cover, a band of two on the divider and one full-page tractor behind the back page.
Let the editor build the product pages around this frame: grids from 2×2 to 4×5, or one-column rows for long lists of parts and feed, where each item can show SKU, price, barcode and a short description. Sync prices and stock from Shopify before each season's print run, or upload a fresh CSV. Recolor with any of 12 palettes, export a PDF for the store counter, or share the wholesale flipbook with its built-in order form.

Pages worth a closer look

Contents for five farm departments
Seeds and fertilizer, animal health, irrigation, tools and machinery, and fencing and storage are laid out with page numbers. Rename the sections to fit your store, for example adding poultry, hay or workwear, and retitle the matching dividers.

Order form that works on paper
Built for stores that still order on paper: a header for company, contact, date and PO number, a ruled table for each item's SKU, quantity and price, and subtotal and shipping lines. Print it, fill it in by hand and email or fax it back.

Green side-band cover
A vertical field-green band carries the catalog year while the title is set large in Bree Serif on an off-white page. The photo-collage cover drops the band and puts three machinery photos above the title, a green tractor, a tractor with a field sprayer and a yellow harvester, ready to replace with your own.

Section divider for each department
A large pale number, the collection name and a short introduction, edged by the same green band as the cover. Use one before each department to tell buyers what the section holds and when its products are in season.
How to organize a farm supply catalog by season
Follow the farm calendar
Growers shop by season: seed and fertilizer before planting, irrigation parts in early summer, baling and fencing supplies before harvest, and livestock care through winter. Ordering sections in that sequence, or naming the season on each divider, helps buyers find what they need now and reminds them what to book next.
Print label details for animal health products
For animal health lines, list species, pack size, concentration, storage temperature and any withdrawal period exactly as the product label states. Producers selling milk, eggs or meat must respect withdrawal times, so missing or rounded figures cost trust. Note which items need a veterinary prescription where your local rules require one.
Give fencing and wire the full spec
Fence buyers compare wire gauge, roll length, tensile strength and zinc coating class, plus post length and diameter. A spec line such as '12.5 ga high-tensile, Class 3, 4,000 ft' answers most questions at once. Add a rough per-mile estimate for the fence styles you sell most.
List parts by the machines they fit
For tools and machinery parts, give your part number, the equipment types and models each part fits, and any dimension that matters for fit. A farmer standing beside a broken implement needs a quick match, and a fit list with a clear photo prevents wrong orders and returns.
Make reorders easy
Much of a farm store's buying is repeat orders. Keep SKUs on every product and the same numbering between editions, and print the flipbook's QR code on the back page so a store manager can reorder from a phone in the aisle.

Questions about this template
Is the agriculture catalog template free to use?
Yes, at no cost: this set comes with the Free plan, as every template does. A farm store selling on Shopify gets two Free catalogs, one built in the grid editor and one in the Basic editor. Without Shopify, Free covers a single catalog of five pages at most. Every Free catalog shows a small watermark; paid plans begin with Basic at $19.99 a month.
Can I print this farm catalog for the store counter?
Yes. Save it as a PDF sized for Letter, A4 or A5, in portrait or landscape, with quality up to 300 DPI for a crisp counter copy. When a commercial printer runs the job, switch on CMYK Print professional and choose 3 mm or 5 mm bleed with crop marks. Then publish the same catalog as a flipbook and print its QR code on the back page so customers can browse it online too.
What should a feed and seed store catalog list for each product?
Name, SKU, pack size or weight, price per unit and per case or pallet, and a one-line use such as 'layer pellets, 16% protein, 50 lb'. Seed listings need variety and germination; chemicals and animal health products need their label details. Mark seasonal items and lead times, since growers often order for a specific job.
Should a farm supply catalog be printed or online?
Usually both. Plenty of growers keep a printed catalog in the truck or farm office, while buyers ordering between field jobs prefer a link on their phone. Print a PDF for the counter and mailings, share the same catalog as a flipbook, and put its QR code on the printed back page to connect the two.
