About the Wholesale & B2B template
This B2B order form template sits in a disciplined seven-page set. A wide steel-navy band runs down the left of the cover with the words product catalog turned on their side, and WHOLESALE & B2B stands in tall, condensed Oswald capitals. Libre Franklin and Source Sans Pro keep the text plain and readable. Contents are pre-filled with general merchandise, food and beverage, cleaning and hygiene, packaging supplies, and seasonal and promo. Its photo-collage version brings warehouse photography to the cover, divider and back page.
Distributors, importers and trade suppliers can send it to retailers, restaurants and facility buyers who order on purchase orders. Your products are added from the editor's grids or as one-column line-sheet rows with SKU and price. Buyers can return the printed form by email, or order in the wholesale flipbook with minimum order values, case-pack multiples and three volume tiers. Recolor the set with one of 12 palettes to match your brand.

- Distributors and importers that take orders on purchase orders

Pages worth a closer look

PO-ready wholesale order form
The minimum-order note sits right beside subtotal, shipping and total, so buyers check the rule before they send. Above it are company, contact, date, PO number, ship-to and a table for SKU, description, quantity, unit price and line total.

Side-band cover in steel navy
A navy band carries the words product catalog and the year down the left edge, while WHOLESALE & B2B stands in condensed capitals on white. In the photo-collage version, stacked pallets, a forklift and a warehouse aisle fill the top of the cover.

Contents for a multi-department distributor
General merchandise, food and beverage, cleaning and hygiene, packaging supplies, and seasonal and promo each get a numbered line with a page reference. It suits suppliers who carry several departments and want one catalog for every account.

Ordering steps you can extend
Numbered steps on email ordering, minimums, and delivery and returns give you a frame for trade terms. Add payment terms and how new accounts are approved, the first two things a trade buyer asks about.
What a B2B order form needs to work for trade buyers
Keep the PO number and both addresses
Many businesses cannot pay without a purchase order number on the invoice, and bill-to and ship-to often differ, for example head office and store. Keep the PO field, add a bill-to line if you invoice a different address, and repeat the PO number on your confirmation.
Print payment terms on the form
State whether new accounts pay by card or transfer before shipment and when Net 30 starts, usually after a credit check or a first paid order. Put early-payment discounts or late fees in one line under the totals so they are agreed when the order is signed.
Quote in selling units, not pieces
If you sell by the case, the quantity column should mean cases, with the pack size printed in the description, such as 12 × 1 qt. Mixed units, some lines in pieces and some in cases, are a frequent cause of short shipments and credit notes.
Say how freight is charged
Trade buyers compare landed cost. Note whether prices include delivery or are quoted from your warehouse, the free-freight threshold if you have one, and how pallet deliveries are booked. One line on the form keeps the shipping total from surprising the buyer later.

Questions about this template
What does the Wholesale & B2B set include?
You get a side-band cover, a welcome letter, a contents page, how-to-order terms, a collection divider, the wholesale order form and a thank-you back page. Only the cover, divider and back page change in the photo-collage version. Your product pages are added from the editor's grids in the same fonts and colors.
Can I use it with Shopify B2B price lists?
Yes, on the Unlimited plan you can build a catalog from Shopify B2B catalogs with their price lists, so the trade prices come straight from Shopify. In the wholesale flipbook you can also set a minimum order value, case multiples and three volume tiers, and the Discount & Tax tool can show ex-VAT prices.
What information should a B2B order form include?
Buyer company and contact, PO number, bill-to and ship-to addresses, requested delivery date, and per line the SKU, description, selling unit, quantity, unit price and total. Close with subtotal, freight, tax and the payment terms, plus a signature or approval line if the buyer's purchasing policy requires one.
What are typical wholesale payment terms?
New accounts often pay by card or bank transfer before the first shipment. After a credit check or a few paid orders, suppliers commonly offer Net 30, meaning the invoice is due 30 days after its date, sometimes with a small early-payment discount such as 2/10 net 30.
