About this template

About the B2B Catalog template

Big type and fine vertical column lines on the navy cover give this B2B catalog template a confident, technical feel. The cover sets an oversized white B2B on dark navy, with an aerial photo of a container ship at port and three headline figures below it. DM Sans handles headings and text, a plain monospace sets SKU ranges, and a bright signal blue marks prices, buttons and section numbers. Each divider counts the lines in its section and gives the lowest wholesale price.

It suits suppliers whose buyers are purchasing teams, not shoppers. On the Unlimited plan you can import Shopify B2B catalogs with their price lists; on any plan, products can come in by collection, CSV or product feed. The wholesale flipbook's order form can require carton multiples and a minimum order, while the Discount & Tax tool shows ex-VAT prices or converts them with a currency multiplier. Print an A4 or Letter PDF for buyer meetings and quarterly reviews.

Best for

  • Electronics and accessory distributors selling to retailers and resellers
  • Suppliers serving corporate purchasing teams on net payment terms
  • Brands that sell by master carton and reward full-pallet orders
  • Shopify stores using B2B catalogs and price lists for trade accounts
  • Account managers sending a half-year catalog to key accounts
Highlights

Pages worth a closer look

B2B Catalog — Collection Divider page

Section openers with the numbers buyers scan

Each section opens on a numbered divider with its SKU range, the count of lines inside, the lowest wholesale price and the master-carton range. Purchasing teams can judge the depth of a category before reading a single product.

B2B Catalog — Promo / Sale page

Pallet program with stepped discounts

A volume page explains how mixed pallets earn an extra discount on top of tiered pricing, with steps for one, three and six or more pallets, a booking deadline, a code and the small print. It suits any supplier that wants larger, less frequent orders.

B2B Catalog — By the Numbers page

Six service levels in one view

An at-a-glance page sets out six figures: SKUs in stock, order accuracy, dispatch cut-off, payment terms, quote turnaround and warranty. Procurement teams often compare suppliers on exactly these points, so swap in the numbers you can stand behind.

B2B Catalog — Contact / Info page

A named account team by channel

The contact page lists head office and phone, then four account managers with initials, roles and email addresses, covering key accounts, retail chains, resellers, and corporate and gifting buyers. Buyers know whom to call, which matters when one order can run to thousands of units.

Tips

What procurement teams expect from a B2B catalog

Publish service levels, not slogans

Purchasing teams compare suppliers on fill rate, order accuracy, dispatch cut-off and quote turnaround. If you measure them, print them, and explain how warranty returns are handled. Concrete numbers shorten a supplier approval far more than descriptive copy does.

Quote everything per carton

If you sell in master cartons, show the carton quantity on every product and price the unit inside it. Note whether cartons can be mixed on a pallet and how many fit, and set order quantities to carton multiples so purchase orders arrive ready to pick.

Keep part numbers stable

Corporate buyers load your SKUs into their own purchasing systems. Keep codes unchanged between editions, group them in clear ranges by section, and list discontinued SKUs with their replacements so standing orders and saved baskets do not fail.

Separate list price from account price

Many B2B suppliers publish a list price and give each account its own discount. If terms vary by customer, keep the printed catalog on list or base-tier prices, and give each price tier its own password-protected catalog, for example one imported from a Shopify B2B price list, rather than one catalog for everyone.

Date every edition

Electronics prices and stock move quickly. Put the edition and validity period on the cover, such as a quarter or half year, and tell buyers how much notice you give before prices change, so they can plan budgets and promotions around it.

FAQ

Questions about this template

Can I import Shopify B2B catalogs and price lists into this template?

Yes, on the Unlimited plan. Import a Shopify B2B catalog with its price list and products fill the template's white product pages at those prices. On other plans, import by collection with filters, or bring products in from a CSV, a WooCommerce connection or a Google Shopping or Meta product feed.

Which pages come with the B2B Catalog template?

Seventeen designed pages: three covers in full, band and poster styles, a welcome note, contents, a numbered section divider, a featured product with price breaks, best sellers, a pallet promotion, how to order, trade terms, the account team, notes, a carton price table, service stats, a trade FAQ and a back cover.

How is a B2B catalog different from a retail catalog?

A retail catalog sells to consumers with shelf prices, lifestyle copy and gift ideas. A B2B catalog sells to businesses, so it adds pack sizes, wholesale and list prices, minimums, payment terms, lead times and named contacts. Buyers treat it as a working document for purchase orders rather than inspiration.

Should a B2B catalog show prices?

Usually yes, because buyers shortlist suppliers on price. If prices vary by account, publish list or base-tier prices and explain how account discounts work, or share separate password-protected versions per tier. Hiding prices completely tends to add a round of emails before any order is placed.
