About the Dealer Catalog template
Navy, warm gold and a round seal give this dealer catalog template the air of an official program document. The cover sets a sunset photo of a dome tent over a navy panel with a gold-ringed Authorized Dealer seal, the catalog title and a ruled box listing the Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers with their annual thresholds. Barlow runs through headlines and text, Anonymous Pro sets SKUs and dates, and gold labels and figures recur throughout, from the pre-season offer to the program stats.
It is written for brands that protect their channel: specialist shops get pricing, tier benefits, pre-season dating and support contacts in one place. Your range arrives from Shopify, a CSV or a product feed and fills white product pages with SKU and dealer price, while boot sizes can print as variant tables. Keep dealer prices private with a password-protected wholesale flipbook, and print a PDF for dealer meetings and the pre-season sales tour.

Pages worth a closer look

Program tiers on the front cover
Below the seal and the title, a ruled three-column box shows the dealer tiers and the annual purchase each one requires. Prospective dealers see the shape of the program immediately, and existing dealers can see what it takes to reach the next level.

Pre-season dating offer
A discount ladder rewards early booking, with three order-by dates, a minimum dealer order and payment due on a later dating date. A note explains that demo units count toward the dealer's tier. Edit the dates to match your own booking season.

Reasons dealers stay
Six figures sum up the program: dealer count, dispatch time, payment terms by tier, warranty length, co-op marketing fund and demo discounts. It is a recruiting page as much as a reference page, so lead with your strongest benefits.

A back cover about support
The back cover points dealers to warranty claims, staff clinics and demo days, with order email, phone, dealer portal address and a scan-to-order code. Support is a large part of why stores sign up, so it earns the last word.
What to put in a dealer program catalog
Explain tiers in one table
Dealers want to know what each level requires and what it returns. Show annual purchase thresholds, discounts or payment terms, territory protection, co-op marketing and demo benefits side by side, so a store can see what moving up a tier is worth.
Offer pre-season dating
In seasonal categories, dealers book stock months before they can sell it. Dating terms, such as shipping in February with payment due at the end of April, ease the cash squeeze, and early-booking discounts help you plan production and freight.
Publish your advertised price policy
If you set a minimum advertised price, publish the policy and how it is enforced, alongside MSRP on every product. Specialist dealers invest in fitting, demos and advice, and a clear pricing policy protects that investment from online undercutting.
Support the sales floor
Staff training, demo units, warranty handling and point-of-sale material can matter as much as margin. List what you provide, how to request it and who to contact. A dealer whose staff can explain your product well keeps reordering it.
Keep dealer prices private
Dealer pricing is usually confidential. Share it through a password-protected link, mark printed copies for authorized dealers only, and publish a separate consumer-facing catalog. Update both when MSRP changes so stores are never caught out by a price they did not know about.

Questions about this template
Can I keep dealer prices private when I share this catalog?
Yes. Any flipbook link can be protected with a password, so only approved dealers see the prices and the order form. For prospective dealers, you could share a separate showcase flipbook and send the full wholesale version once a store is approved.
What pages are in the Dealer Catalog template?
Three cover options, one with the dealer seal and a tier box, plus a welcome letter, contents, a section divider, a featured product, best sellers, a pre-season promotion, how to order, terms, dealer support contacts, a notes page, a price-break table, program stats, a trade FAQ and a back cover. Product pages are added in the same navy and gold.
What is the difference between a dealer and a distributor?
A distributor buys in bulk from manufacturers and resells to stores or other businesses, often across many brands. A dealer is usually a retailer authorized to sell a brand to end customers, often with training, territory or warranty duties. Many brands use both, with distributors in some regions and direct dealers in others.
What are dating terms in wholesale?
Dating lets a store receive goods now and pay later than the usual terms, for example taking spring stock in February with payment due on April 30. Suppliers offer it to secure pre-season orders and smooth production, often only to approved accounts or above an order value.
