A wholesale catalog template that puts your trade terms on page one

About the Wholesale Catalog template
This wholesale catalog template reads like a well-kept trade document. The front cover pairs a full-width photo of stacked stoneware with a data panel for edition, validity dates, minimum order, payment terms and dispatch time, plus a Trade Only badge. Libre Franklin carries headlines, text and prices, Roboto Mono sets SKUs, dates and data labels, and deep forest green accents an off-white page. Inside, numbered sections with SKU ranges, a featured-product spec page and price-break tables keep every figure easy to find.
Use it to open new stockists and make reorders quick. Import a Shopify collection or upload a CSV, and products fill white grid pages with SKU, wholesale price and case pack. Shared as a wholesale flipbook, the catalog takes orders through a built-in form with a minimum order value and up to three volume tiers, and each order reaches you by email and in the app. Print the same design as a Letter or A4 PDF for trade shows.

Pages worth a closer look

Trade terms right below the cover photo
Below the stoneware photo, beside the title, a compact table lists edition number, validity dates, opening minimum, payment terms and dispatch time, with the sections in this edition underneath. Buyers learn whether you suit their store before they turn a page.

Featured product with a price-break table
One hero product gets a large photo, wholesale price against MSRP, material, size, case pack, lead time and a unit barcode. Below it, a four-column table shows how the unit price falls as quantities rise and what the buyer saves at each step.

Early-order program with booking dates
A dated discount ladder rewards buyers who book holiday stock early, with the order threshold, a choice of ship dates and a code to quote on the purchase order. Change the dates and percentages to fit your own pre-season calendar.

Case packs and price breaks for every line
A spec table gives each SKU its case pack and unit prices at one, five and ten cases, and notes that cases cannot be split while mixed cases are available on request. The three price columns line up with the three volume tiers the flipbook order form can apply.
What to include in a wholesale catalog for stockists
State minimums and terms early
Independent buyers decide quickly whether an account is worth opening. Put the opening minimum, reorder minimum, payment terms, freight threshold and dispatch time on the cover or first spread. If Net 30 depends on a credit check, say so, and explain how new accounts pay until they are approved.
Show MSRP beside every wholesale price
Store buyers work backward from the shelf price. Printing MSRP next to the wholesale price shows the margin at a glance, and many gift and home shops look for keystone, about double the wholesale cost, or better. If MSRP lives in a Shopify metafield, it can print on each product.
Use case packs that suit small shops
Packs of four, six or twelve units fit most independent stores. List the pack on every product, say whether mixed cases are allowed, and set the online order form to case multiples so buyers order shelf-ready quantities without a round of emails.
Rank reorders, not shipments
A page of top reorders from the last season helps a new buyer build a first order with confidence. Rank by units reordered rather than units shipped, because repeat orders show what actually sells through in stores like theirs.
Time the edition to the buying calendar
Many gift and home stores plan holiday stock in late summer and early autumn. Publish the new edition before the trade shows, offer an early-booking discount with firm dates, and keep validity dates on the cover so buyers know when prices may change.

Questions about this template
What pages does the Wholesale Catalog template include?
Three cover designs and fourteen inner pages: a welcome note, contents, a section divider, a featured product, best sellers, an early-order promotion, how to order, trade terms, contact and sales team, a framed notes page, a case-pack price table, stats, a trade FAQ and a back cover. Your products are added on white grid pages in the same fonts and colors.
Can stores place wholesale orders from this catalog online?
Yes. Share it as a wholesale flipbook and buyers fill in the built-in order form, which can enforce a minimum order value, case multiples and up to three volume price tiers. Each order arrives by email and in the app, and a password keeps trade prices away from retail shoppers.
What is keystone pricing in wholesale?
Keystone means the retail price is roughly double the wholesale price, which gives the store about a 50 percent margin. Many independent gift and home shops expect keystone or better. Showing MSRP next to each wholesale price lets buyers check the margin without a calculator.
What minimum opening order should a small wholesale brand set?
It depends on price points and shipping costs, but many small brands ask for somewhere between $150 and $500 on a first order and a lower minimum, or none, on reorders. The figure should cover picking and freight while still letting a new store test your range without much risk.
