About this template

About the Beauty Catalog template

This beauty catalog template is quiet on purpose. Libre Baskerville headlines, set in lower case on the cover, sit on soft cream pages beside Nunito Sans, with sage green for dividers and a deep green panel on the back cover. The photography stays in one mood: white bottles, glass droppers, cedar rounds and large leaves in natural light. The front cover lists four key ingredients and three figures for natural origin, added fragrance and formulas, and the contents run in routine order: cleanse, treat, hydrate, body and tools.

The pages answer a stockist's practical questions: cases of six plus a tester, batch code and shelf life on every unit, training and shelf talkers with opening orders, and a serum launch with discounts at one, three and six cases. A routine guide matches products to dry, oily and sensitive skin. Import the range from Shopify or a CSV file with sizes and ingredients in the description, share the wholesale flipbook with a pack-size quantity rule, and print copies for spa and pharmacy buyers.

Best for

  • Botanical skincare brands supplying pharmacies, spas and beauty stores
  • Labs launching a new serum or treatment line to existing stockists
  • Skincare brands that sell in cases of six with a tester in each case
  • Body care and facial tool makers who want a calm, green look
  • Spa and salon suppliers who need a routine guide for staff
Highlights

Pages worth a closer look

Beauty Catalog — Front cover page

Key ingredients on the front cover

The cover lists four hero ingredients beside a photo of white bottles and a leaf, then three figures for natural origin, added fragrance and formulas made in one lab. Buyers who read ingredient lists know what the range stands for before page two.

Beauty Catalog — Size / Spec Guide page

A routine guide by skin type

A table marks which products suit dry, oily and sensitive skin, with the trade price for each, then gives a short routine for every skin type. Shop staff can recommend a cleanser, a serum and a cream with one glance at the page.

Beauty Catalog — Promo / Sale page

A serum launch in three case tiers

Discounts of 5, 10 and 15 percent attach to one, three and six cases, with testers in every case, a shelf display at the second tier and staff training at the third. A claim box sets an April deadline for launch pricing.

Beauty Catalog — Collection Divider page

A sage chapter divider

The divider opens a chapter with a tall sage panel, a large number and the step name set vertically, beside a full-height product photo. A few lines explain what the step does, so the catalog reads like a routine rather than a list of jars.

Beauty Catalog — Back Cover page

A back cover that previews the next volume

The back cover announces the next range, here sun care, with three photos and a deep green panel holding the wholesale email, phone, showroom address and a barcode. It gives stockists a reason to watch for your next release.

Tips

What stockists look for in a skincare wholesale catalog

List full ingredients, not only the heroes

Buyers and their customers read ingredient lists closely, especially for sensitive skin. Show the key actives with percentages where you state them, and make the full list available for each product. Mark vegan, fragrance-free or allergen details only where they are accurate and documented.

Print batch codes and shelf life

Pharmacies and spas rotate stock by date. Say where batch codes appear, how long each product lasts unopened and after opening, and how much shelf life remains when orders ship. These details keep you on the list of suppliers that stores trust.

Put a tester in every case

Skincare sells when customers can try it. Build one tester into each case of six, or explain how testers are supplied, and photograph them on a counter. Stockists compare suppliers on this point, and a free tester often decides the opening order.

Train the people who sell it

A serum is only as good as the explanation at the counter. Offer short product training with opening orders, a one-page routine guide and shelf talkers, so staff can match products to skin types and recommend a full routine instead of a single item.

Check claims against each market's rules

Cosmetic claims are regulated differently around the world, and words such as natural, clean or dermatologist-tested may need evidence. Keep claims factual, let your documentation decide the wording, and adjust the copy for each market before you send the catalog abroad.

FAQ

Questions about this template

Can I list ingredients and skin types for each product?

Yes. Put ingredients in the product description or in Shopify metafields and include those fields on your product pages. The routine guide page is an editable table, so you can rename the skin types, add columns such as combination or mature skin, and update trade prices whenever they change.

What pages are in the Beauty Catalog template?

Fifteen, arranged as Vol. 3 of a skincare range. The pages that set it apart are the routine guide matching products to dry, oily and sensitive skin, the serum launch priced by the case and a single-ingredient face oil feature. Around them sit a key-ingredient cover, a band cover and a poster, the founder's letter, contents, a sage Treat divider, stockist favorites, ordering steps, terms, a masthead, a notes page and a Vol. 4 sun care back cover. Products go on white pages.

What should a skincare listing include for wholesale buyers?

Product name and SKU, size in milliliters, key ingredients with the full list on request, skin type, texture, how to use it, case pack, trade and suggested retail price, and shelf life. Add the barcode too, since most stores scan products into their systems when a delivery arrives.

How should a skincare catalog be organized?

Grouping by routine step works for most ranges: cleanse, treat and hydrate, then body and tools. Customers shop that way, and staff can build a routine across categories. Larger ranges can add a guide page that groups products by skin concern, such as dryness, oiliness or sensitivity.
