About this template

About the Black Week template

This Black Week wholesale catalog looks like a loading dock after hours: black pages, warm white type and a signal yellow that marks every deadline and discount. Tall, narrow Teko headlines pair with Barlow text and a monospaced face for SKUs. On the front cover, black gift boxes tied with red ribbon sit above two crossed tape strips, one repeating BLACK WEEK and one the pre-order date, and a seven-day calendar strip runs from November 23 to 29 with Black Friday picked out in yellow.

Use it to collect event orders early, while there is still time to pick, pack and ship before the rush. Import your range and each product lands on a dark product page with photo, trade price, case pack and SKU. Share the wholesale flipbook so buyers order on the page, with a minimum order value, case-pack multiples and up to three volume tiers to mirror the promo page. Print the PDF for sales visits and trade counters.

Pages worth a closer look

Black Week — Front cover page

Seven-day cover with a pre-order ticker

The front cover counts the event out day by day, November 23 to 29, under a repeating pre-order-by-Nov-14 tape and the headline offer: an extra 15% off orders over $500. Payment terms sit in the footer, so the deal and the deadline land together.

Black Week — Promo / Sale page

Three discount tiers on one page

"Buy deeper, pay less" sets out 15%, 18% and 20% off trade at $500, $1,000 and $2,500, with free freight and a dedicated pallet slot as extras. The fine print gives the order window and says the tiers do not combine with other promotions.

Black Week — Size / Spec Guide page

Case-pack price break table

Each line shows SKU, case pack, MSRP, trade price and event price, with a note explaining how the event price is worked out. A buyer sees the margin and the saving in one row. Replace the five sample lines with your own top sellers.

Black Week — Event / Launch page

Event calendar with cut-off dates

Four dates take a retailer from pre-orders opening on November 1 through the order deadline and last dispatch to the first day of Black Week, when reorders ship in three to five days. A promotion becomes a plan buyers can put on their calendar.

Tips

How to plan a Black Week wholesale catalog

Send it six to eight weeks out

Many retailers settle their event stock in October and early November. Send the catalog six to eight weeks before the event, set the order deadline at least a week before your last dispatch, and remind accounts a few days before the cut-off. A catalog that arrives late mostly brings in reorders rather than opening orders.

Show MSRP beside the trade price

Gift and homeware buyers check margin first. Many work to keystone pricing, where retail is roughly double the trade price, so print the suggested retail price next to your trade price on every line. When a buyer can see a 2x markup at a glance, the product has already passed their first test.

Put the first tier within reach

Set the first discount tier close to your typical opening order, so most buyers can reach it by adding one more case. Attach something practical to the higher tiers, such as free freight or a reserved pallet slot. These cost you little but change how a buyer builds the order.

Offer add-ons for the register

Tea towels, mugs and small storage pieces sell on impulse at the checkout counter during a busy week. Offer them in mixed case packs at a low price point and suggest a quantity per store size. Retailers who add them to the event order tend to reorder them before the week is over.

Say exactly how and when it ships

State whether event orders travel by pallet or parcel, the last dispatch date, and how to report transit damage. A buyer planning stockroom space for the busiest week of the year needs to know when the boxes arrive more than anything else in your catalog.

FAQ

Questions about this template

Can retailers order Black Week stock straight from this catalog?

Yes. Share it as a wholesale flipbook and buyers fill in the built-in order form as they browse. Set a minimum order value, require multiples that match your case packs and add up to three volume price tiers. Orders arrive by email and in the app, so your trade desk can confirm stock and ship dates quickly.

What goes on the case-pack pricing page?

A table with product, SKU, case pack, MSRP, trade price and event price, plus a note that explains how the event discount is calculated. Every cell is editable text, so you can swap in your own product names, codes and figures, or remove the page entirely if your product pages already carry enough pricing detail for your buyers.

What is Black Week, and how is it different from Black Friday?

Black Week stretches the Black Friday sale over a whole week, usually the Monday to Sunday that includes Black Friday, and sometimes on to Cyber Monday. The name is common in Europe, where many retailers run week-long events. For suppliers it means a longer selling window and more reorders, so stock depth matters as much as the opening order.

How far ahead should wholesalers take Black Week orders?

Open pre-orders by the start of November at the latest, and earlier for imported or made-to-order lines. Close event orders about a week before your last dispatch, so there is time to pick and ship. This template's calendar opens on November 1, closes on November 14 and ships by November 20, and every date can be changed.
