About the Summer Sale template
This summer sale catalog template puts a round photo of a woven straw hat inside a yellow sunburst ringed in orange, with Summer in heavy navy Fira Sans and sale in an orange Pacifico script. Wavy navy and orange lines run along the foot of the cream page like a shoreline, and a navy badge carries the discount. Inside, a burnt-orange trail divider and photos of a dome tent, packs, boots and enamel mugs fill the pages.
The sample copy imagines a fictional outfitter offering stockists up to 40% off camping and trail gear for four weeks from late June, with free freight over $1,000 and a holiday-week shipping note. Swap in your own range from Shopify, WooCommerce or a CSV file; products land on white pages with an orange price tag, the regular price struck through where one is set, the name and the SKU. Send the wholesale flipbook to your accounts and print copies for summer trade shows.

Pages worth a closer look

Deal of the season with specs
A full page for one hero product shows weight, capacity and pack size beside the trade price and the saving, with an also-reduced row of four more lines. Outdoor buyers compare specs before price, and this layout gives them room.

Heatwave deal on add-on items
An extra 10% on orders of 20 or more camp mugs and bottles, colors mixed freely, on a cream card over orange stripes. A promo on small add-ons lifts order value without cutting the price of big-ticket gear any further.

Peak-season dates with a holiday note
Calendar cards mark the sale opening, a holiday week with a later ship date and the last order day at summer prices. Being upfront about holiday shipping avoids missed deliveries in the busiest weeks of the year.

Season stock-up savings
Order-value bands from $300 to $5,000 and more add up to 8% on top of sale prices, while freight steps from a flat $35 to free pallet delivery. A note invites buyers to pre-book August deliveries at summer prices.
How to plan a summer sale for outdoor and seasonal stockists
Aim at the reorder, not the first order
Many stockists place their main summer order months earlier, in winter or early spring. A June and July sale catches the reorder: lines that sold through early and gaps before the holidays. Lead with fast-moving sizes and colors you can ship within days.
Promise ship dates you can keep
In peak season a sale only helps if goods arrive before the weekend rush. Print dispatch times and the holiday-week schedule, and flag anything on backorder. A buyer remembers a missed delivery longer than any discount.
Use small add-ons to lift order value
Mugs, bottles, first-aid kits and other small items sell at the till. A modest extra discount for 20 or more units, colors mixed, raises the order value without touching your prices on tents and boots.
List the specs outdoor buyers check
Weight, packed size, capacity, season rating and materials decide outdoor sales. Put them on product pages with the SKU and pack size, and use variant tables for boots and apparel so the buyer sees the whole size run in one place.

Questions about this template
Can I print the Summer Sale catalog for a trade show?
Yes. Download a print-ready PDF in A4, Letter or A5, portrait or landscape, in five qualities up to 300 DPI. Choose the CMYK Print professional option and a 3 mm or 5 mm bleed with crop marks for a print shop, and put the flipbook QR code on the back so visitors can order after the show.
What pages does the Summer Sale template include?
Fifteen: a sunburst cover, a band cover and a poster cover with the sale dates, a note for stockists, a trail collection divider, deal of the season, best sellers, a heatwave promo, a peak-season calendar, a stock-up savings table, how to order, the small print, a trade desk contact page, a notes page and a back cover.
When should a summer trade sale run?
Late June to late July is common: after the first wave of summer orders and before stores turn to back-to-school and fall ranges. Close it early enough that stock arrives with several weeks of selling season left, and avoid a last order date in a holiday week.
How deep should a summer sale discount be for stockists?
Save the headline cut for lines you want gone before fall, such as last year's colors or overstock, and use smaller discounts on core items you will sell again next year. Put 'up to' on the cover and the exact saving on each line, so buyers trust the headline.
