About the Warehouse Sale template
This warehouse sale catalog looks like the building it advertises: near-black pages, safety-yellow accents and hazard-stripe bands across the top and bottom of the front cover. A framed photo of a racking aisle sits above a stacked WAREHOUSE SALE headline and an outlined label box with the event dates and minimum order. Rajdhani headlines, Titillium Web text and Roboto Mono part numbers suit technical stock. The poster cover stacks EVERY THING MUST GO between striped bands, and product cards end in a full-width price strip.
It is made for short, physical events where buyers arrive with a van or book freight. The welcome note, the three-day timeline and the contact page tell them when the doors open, how pallet collection works and whom to call for a loading bay. Bring in discontinued part numbers with fitment in the description, or import a Shopify collection with filters. Hand printed copies out at the door, and let distant accounts order through the wholesale flipbook instead of making the trip.

Pages worth a closer look

Hazard stripes and a boxed-label cover
Yellow-and-black hazard bands run across the top and bottom, a thin yellow frame holds a warehouse aisle photo, a burst sticker shows the top discount, and an outlined label box beside SALE holds the event dates and the minimum order. It reads as a warehouse event from across a trade counter.

Three days on one timeline page
Under a 3-days-left badge, a vertical timeline lists each day of the sale with what happens on it: doors open at 7 am for trade accounts, pallet collection all day, then the final day. Change the times and labels to match your own event.

Ordering steps with a 48-hour hold
Four numbered steps take a buyer from the lot list to a reserved pallet, including a 48-hour hold while availability and freight are confirmed. Buyers can reserve online, through the wholesale flipbook's order form or by email, which keeps the phones quieter during the event.

Contact page that books a loading bay
The trade desk page gives email, phone, the online order link and the warehouse address, with door hours and forklift loading on site. Buyers know where to drive and when to arrive before they set out.
How to plan a warehouse sale for trade buyers
Give every part its fitment
Discontinued parts sell only when a buyer can match them to a vehicle. Put make, model, year range and engine in each description, along with the original part number and any cross-references. A brake kit without fitment data stays on the racking, however deep the discount.
Say exactly what an ex-display kit includes
State whether a kit is complete, which hardware, lines or pads come with it, and whether the box has been opened. Workshops happily buy ex-display parts when they know nothing is missing, because one absent bracket can keep a car on the lift for days.
Plan the loading as carefully as the prices
Pallet buyers need pallet sizes, gross weights, whether a forklift or liftgate truck is available and the hours they can collect. Publish all of it and ask buyers to book a bay, so twenty vans do not arrive at 7 am on the first morning.
Write down the returns rule for clearance parts
Clearance parts are often final sale, or returnable only when unfitted and in the original box. Put the rule on the terms page next to the minimum order, so a wrong-fitment return weeks later does not quietly undo the sale.
Invite buyers two to three weeks ahead
Send the catalog to trade accounts two to three weeks before the doors open, then a reminder the day before. Workshops plan van runs in advance, and buyers like to reserve the lots they want before deciding the trip is worth it.

Questions about this template
Can I use the warehouse sale template for products other than car parts?
Yes. The car parts, tools, brand and prices are placeholders. Swap any photo with Replace photo, rename the five sections, and import your own range from Shopify, a CSV or TSV file, WooCommerce or a product feed. The black-and-yellow look suits hardware, building supplies, electrical goods and other trade stock just as well.
Can trade buyers reserve pallets online before the event?
They can. Share the catalog as a wholesale flipbook, and buyers send an order through its built-in form before they travel. You can require a minimum order value, quantities in multiples of a case or pallet, and up to three volume price tiers. Each order reaches you by email and in the app, ready for you to confirm stock and a collection slot.
How long should a trade warehouse sale run?
Two or three days is a common length. A short window creates urgency, keeps staff time on the warehouse floor under control and gives buyers a clear reason to come in person. If lots remain on the final day, a last markdown or a pallet offer often moves most of what is left.
What should a parts clearance list show for each item?
The part number, a short description, fitment or compatibility, condition (new, boxed or ex-display), units available, case pack, and the clearance price beside the original trade price. Workshops search by part number first, so put it at the start of every line where the eye lands.
