About the Digital Products Premium template
Open any page of this digital products catalog template and you are inside a design app: artboard labels with pixel sizes, selection handles, rulers, a layers panel and file paths frame the photos. Cairo carries headlines and text, with a monospaced face for file names and notes, on warm off-white with acid lime highlights, soft peach panels and near-black type. Seven covers include a font specimen on a tablet, a downloaded-file band, a planner poster and a sticker cover reading Click, Download, Make.
The pages answer what buyers of files ask before they pay: which license covers client work, which formats arrive and how fast the download lands. Sample copy for a fictional Portland studio sets the tone, from a four-step how it works page to file care tips. Import products from Shopify, WooCommerce or a CSV onto white product pages with product type, price and compare-at price, then share a retail flipbook if you sell on Shopify, or send the PDF to your mailing list.

License and file format guide
A comparison table sets Personal, Commercial and Extended licenses against real uses, from client work and paid ads to items for sale, web font page views and seats. Below it, cards explain each file extension, and printable paper sizes are drawn to scale.

A font family as the featured product
The featured page treats a typeface like a hero product: a large Aa specimen, price per license, a buy and download button, the formats included, every weight from Light to Bold, a row of glyphs and a bonus texture photo.

Four steps from cart to file
A phone photo, a download notification and a four-step track walk through picking files, checking out, downloading and making something. A sample receipt shows two license types and a download-all button, which reassures first-time buyers that nothing ships.

Bundle week with a countdown bar
A dark sale page puts 40 percent off the everything bundle in acid lime, with old and new prices, a discount code, three included benefits and stacked planner photos. Product counts and a bar showing the days left add urgency without clutter.
What to include in a digital products catalog
Explain licenses before the price
Buyers of fonts, templates and graphics worry about using a file the wrong way. Compare your license tiers in one table: personal projects, client work, social ads, products for resale, web traffic limits and number of seats. When the answer is visible before checkout, fewer people email to ask and fewer buy the wrong tier.
Name formats, sizes and counts
Every listing should say exactly what downloads: file extension, pixel dimensions, print sizes, page count, number of presets or font weights, and total file size. Say what kind of software opens each format, such as any PDF reader or a photo editor that accepts LUTs. Precise listings prevent refund requests from buyers whose tools cannot open the file.
Show the files in use
A file cannot be held, so mockups do the selling. Show planners on a tablet, prints framed on a wall, presets as before-and-after pairs and fonts set in real headlines. Keep mockups honest in scale and color, because a buyer who prints at home will compare the result with your picture.
Put delivery, refunds and updates in writing
State that nothing ships, how the download link arrives, how long it stays active and whether updates are free. Many file shops do not refund downloaded files but replace broken ones, so say plainly what you do. Note too that sales tax or VAT on digital goods often depends on where the buyer lives.
Plan launches around planner season
Planner and calendar files sell most from late fall into January, when people set up their year, and gift guides carry fonts and presets through the holidays. Undated planners keep selling all year. Schedule a bundle week in November, and refresh the cover with each new volume number.

Questions about this template
What is included in the Digital Products Premium template?
All 27 pages: seven covers plus 20 designed pages. For a file shop the key ones are the license and format guide, how it works, file care and the bundle promotion; you also get a studio welcome, folder-style contents, a fonts divider, a made-with-our-files lookbook, a font specimen feature, a version-history story, most-downloaded best sellers, a live workshop invitation and buyer comments. Your products fill white product pages.
Can customers buy digital files straight from the catalog?
If you sell on Shopify, share the catalog as a retail flipbook: buyers add products to a cart that checks out at Shopify, and your store handles payment and delivery as usual. Without Shopify, share a showcase flipbook or the PDF, and print your shop address on the back cover so readers know where to buy.
Why make a catalog for products that only exist as downloads?
A catalog gathers a scattered shop into one browsable file. It works as a newsletter attachment, a holiday gift guide, a handout at workshops and markets, and a place to show bundles and license tiers side by side. Shared as a flipbook link with its own QR code, it also travels well on social media.
Which file formats should a digital products catalog list?
List the formats buyers will actually open: PDF for planners and printables, OTF and TTF for desktop fonts with WOFF2 for websites, XMP or DNG for photo presets and CUBE for LUTs, PNG and SVG for graphics, and ZIP for bundles. Add pixel dimensions, print sizes and page counts so buyers can check that a file fits their device or frame.
