About the Fashion & Apparel template
This wholesale lookbook template reads like an autumn fashion editorial. A tall vertical serif wordmark runs down the cover beside a tall photo, rust tabs mark the issue number, and numbered looks guide buyers from coats to tailoring. Playfair Display headlines and Work Sans text sit on stone-colored pages with espresso ink and a rust accent. As a design kit it comes complete: seven covers and twenty inside pages shot with real photography, plus a designed product page and mosaic layouts for your styles.
Sample copy follows a ready-to-wear label selling outerwear, tailoring, knitwear, dresses, and shoes and bags to boutiques, so the pages already speak to buyers: wholesale and retail prices, pre-packs, deposits, delivery windows and stockist reviews. Import your line and products fill the product pages with photo, product type, name, size options and price. Send a password-protected wholesale flipbook with an order form before appointments, and print the PDF for showroom days and trunk shows.

- Outerwear and knitwear brands with long, photo-led collections

Pages worth a closer look

Numbered looks with prices
Four looks share one page, each numbered and captioned with the style, fabric and price, so buyers can note look numbers during a call. Swap in your own photos and write a caption for each look.

Feature page with wholesale and retail price
A single style gets the full story: wholesale and recommended retail prices, fabric and lining, colors and the XS to XL size range. Use it for the piece you expect most stores to order.

Ordering steps with pre-packs
Four steps explain how buyers mark style codes, order in pre-packs of six (one XS, two S, two M, one L) or build their own size run from twelve pieces, receive a pro-forma with delivery windows and get stock steamed, bagged and ticketed. A footer bar adds the first-order minimum and lead time.

Trunk show invitation
A two-day trunk-show page gives dates, hours, venue and an RSVP deadline, and promises priority allocation for orders placed on the day. Edit it for market weeks, showroom days or appointment slots.

Trade terms
Numbered terms cover wholesale prices excluding VAT and shipping, a 30% deposit to secure allocation, ex-works delivery and freight booked at cost. Adapt them with your own payment and claims rules.
How to build a wholesale lookbook buyers can order from
Number every look and every style
Buyers take notes by number during appointments and calls. Give every look a number and every garment a style code, print both in captions and on product pages, and ask buyers to order by code. It keeps vague requests for the long beige coat out of your inbox.
Pitch to the buying calendar
Stores usually write fall/winter orders in late winter and spring/summer orders in late summer and early fall, often around market weeks. Send the lookbook two to three weeks before those dates, and include an RSVP for showroom appointments.
Show prices and delivery windows together
On each style, print the wholesale price, the suggested retail price and the delivery window, for example Delivery 1: Aug 1–15. Buyers build their budgets by month, so delivery dates matter as much as price.
Make sizing rules explicit
Say whether you sell pre-packs, what is in a pack, and from what quantity buyers can build their own size run. Add a size guide with body measurements per size and a fit note per category, especially for generously cut outerwear.
Spell out deposits and freight
International stockists need to know the deposit, when the balance is due, who pays freight and duties, and whether prices include VAT. Put it all on one terms page and repeat it in your order confirmation, so nothing changes between the lookbook and the invoice.

Questions about this template
Is the Fashion & Apparel kit a complete lookbook?
Yes, with everything a season needs: seven photographed covers, twenty designed inside pages, a matching product page and mosaic layouts. Inside you will find welcome, contents, divider, lookbook, featured style, brand story, team, how to order, best sellers, sale, stats, trunk-show invite, stockist reviews, FAQ, size guide, care, contact, terms, a notes page and a back cover.
Can buyers order straight from this lookbook?
Yes, once you publish it as a wholesale flipbook with its built-in order form. Buyers add quantities per style, and you can set a minimum order value, tiered volume pricing and minimum or multiple quantities that match your pre-packs. Every order is emailed to you and saved in the app, and a password keeps the lookbook link private.
What is the difference between a lookbook and a line sheet?
A lookbook sells the season's mood with styled photos; a line sheet lists every style with codes, colors, sizes, prices and minimums for ordering. Wholesale brands usually send both. In this kit the lookbook pages carry the story, while grid or line-sheet product pages carry the data.
How many looks should a wholesale fashion lookbook have?
There is no fixed number; the sample copy works with 42 looks for a full season. Aim to show every key style at least once and hero pieces more than once, grouped by category or delivery, with clear look numbers. A tight, well-styled edit is easier to buy from than a long book buyers skim.
