About the Spring Collection template
This spring catalog template frames a womenswear line in blossom pink. The front cover sets cherry branches inside a tall arch above a blush band, where Spring is set in Prata, a high-contrast serif, with Nunito Sans for the details. Rose five-petal flowers sit beside headings and behind the ordering steps, and slate blue anchors the trade portal and showroom tiles. Arched frames return on the welcome letter and best sellers, while full-bleed blossom photos fill the divider and back cover.
The sample copy is written for a fictional label selling knits, linen dresses and pistachio tailoring to stockists. Import your spring styles from Shopify, a CSV file or a product feed and they fill white product pages in a 3×3 grid with photo, name, SKU and price; a variant table of sizes by color can be added. Share the wholesale flipbook so boutiques can pre-order through its order form, with minimum quantities and multiples set to your size runs, or print the PDF for showroom appointments.

Pages worth a closer look

Arched blossom cover with the trade essentials
Cherry branches fill a tall arch while a blush band carries the Spring title. Three small columns under it state the line sheet season, the February 1 to April 15 delivery window and the December 12 pre-order deadline, so buyers see the terms first.

Buyer letter with three key numbers
A founder's note to spring buyers sits beside an arched photo of pink shoes and a bobble knit. A blush strip below counts 48 new styles, three delivery windows and a 2.4× average markup, the figures a boutique owner checks before reading on.

Featured crochet top with colorways and case pack
A striped crochet top gets a full-height flat-lay photo, its $29 wholesale price beside a $68 RRP, four colorway dots, sizes XS to XL and a run of six packed 1-2-2-1. Two complete-the-look picks add the linen pinafore and the mint tee.

Early-order bonus on solid rose
A full rose page with scattered blossoms turns the early-order offer into one large number: 15% off spring pre-orders confirmed before November 30, plus free freight on the first delivery. A white pill holds the code, with the order threshold in small print.

Size guide with pack ratios
A slate-headed table lists bust, waist and hip for XS to XL next to the pack ratio for each size. A note explains that tops and knits ship in runs of six and dresses and trousers in runs of four, and a fabric photo below carries the line balanced runs, fewer markdowns.
How to win spring pre-orders from boutique buyers
Lead with delivery windows, not just styles
Spring buyers plan their floor around arrival dates. Give each delivery window a clear start and end, as the sample does with February 1 to April 15, and say whether an order can be split across windows. A boutique that knows when knits and linen arrive can plan winter markdowns and book window space for the change.
Print the wholesale price and the RRP side by side
Buyers work out margin before they look at color. Showing the wholesale price next to the recommended retail price lets them see the markup at a glance, and a stated average markup, like the 2.4× on the welcome page, answers the question before it is asked. Keep both prices in the currency of your order form.
Name colorways the way shoppers will
Pastel ranges sell on color, and names like butter yellow, pistachio and blossom pink help a buyer picture a table display. Use the same colorway names on the line sheet, the swing tags and the invoice, and show a swatch or dot for each so nobody orders the wrong shade.
Set the pre-order deadline from production
Work backward from the date you must confirm quantities with your maker. If knits take ten weeks to produce for a February delivery, the deadline falls in early December, as it does in the sample. Reward early commitment with a modest saving or free freight, and repeat the date on the cover, promo page and back cover.
Use showroom days to close the order
Many spring orders are still written in person. Offer two fixed showroom days plus bookable slots, put the full line on rails, and let buyers place their pre-order on the spot from the online flipbook. Send the line sheet a week ahead so they arrive with a shortlist.

Questions about this template
Which pages does the Spring Collection template include?
Sixteen: three cover designs (an arched blossom cover, a photo band and an SS27 poster), a welcome letter with key numbers, a collection divider, a featured style, four best sellers, an early-order promo, a four-step ordering guide, trade terms, contact and trade portal details, a framed blank page, a lookbook, showroom days, a size guide and a thank-you back cover. Your products are added as their own product pages.
Can boutiques pre-order straight from the spring catalog?
Yes. Share it as a wholesale flipbook and buyers fill in the built-in order form while they browse. You can set a minimum order value, minimum and multiple quantities that match runs of four or six, and up to three volume price tiers. Each pre-order reaches you by email and in the app, so nothing depends on a scanned PDF form.
How far ahead do boutiques buy spring clothing?
Most independent boutiques commit to spring and summer ranges between late summer and early winter, then take deliveries from late January to April. That is why a spring line sheet usually goes out in the fall with a December deadline. Brands with stock on hand can also sell in season, but the first delivery window is where most opening orders are won.
What markup do clothing boutiques usually expect?
Many independent boutiques price apparel at about twice the wholesale cost, a rule of thumb called keystone, and some aim a little higher to cover markdowns. Showing the RRP next to each wholesale price, and an average markup on the welcome page, lets buyers check their margin quickly. Set RRPs at what your own store or website actually charges.
