About this template

About the Fashion template

This clothing order form template sits inside a seven-page wholesale set drawn in an editorial ivory style. Headlines are set in Prata, a high-contrast serif, over Montserrat and Lato, with fine black rules and a taupe accent that recall a fashion magazine masthead. The pages run from the cover and a welcome letter through contents for womenswear, menswear, dresses, outerwear and accessories, how to order and a divider to the order form and back page. A second version swaps in photo collages on the cover, divider and back page.

Between the divider and the order form you add product pages from the editor: a 3×3 grid for a capsule, or line-sheet rows with SKU, sizes and wholesale price for basics. Recolor the set with any of 12 palettes so it matches your label. Print the order form for showroom appointments, or send buyers a wholesale flipbook where they fill in quantities online and the order lands in your inbox and in the app.

Best for

  • Apparel labels selling seasonal collections to independent boutiques
  • Showroom and trade-show appointments where buyers write orders on paper
  • Clothing brands that want one wholesale catalog for womenswear and menswear
  • Sales reps who email a catalog and collect orders through a flipbook
  • Small labels moving from spreadsheets to a designed order sheet
Highlights

Pages worth a closer look

Fashion — Order form page

Order form with PO number and ship-to

The form has fields for company, contact, date, PO number, email and ship-to, then rows for item or SKU, description, quantity, unit price and total, with subtotal and shipping below. A footnote states your opening and reorder minimums.

Fashion — How to order page

How-to-order page for buyers

Three numbered steps explain how to email an order, what the opening and reorder minimums are, and how delivery, claims and payment work. Replace the sample Net 30 terms and shipping times with your own before you send it.

Fashion — Contents page

Contents by department

Five numbered chapters, womenswear, menswear, dresses, outerwear and accessories, each with a page number, give buyers a quick map of the range. Rename them to match your own departments or delivery drops.

Fashion — Cover page

Editorial ivory cover

A centered Fashion Collection title in Prata, a small diamond ornament and two thin rules give the cover a quiet, magazine-like feel. The photo-collage version adds three image strips above the title for a more visual opening.

Tips

How to prepare a clothing wholesale catalog for boutique buyers

Show delivery windows and cancel dates

Boutique buyers plan their budgets month by month. Print a ship window for each delivery, for example Feb 1–15, plus the cancel date after which a store may refuse late goods. Add matching fields to the order form so every PO arrives with dates you can plan production around.

Print wholesale and suggested retail side by side

Many boutiques plan on at least a keystone markup, so retail lands at roughly twice wholesale. Showing both prices on each style lets a buyer check margin at a glance. If you sell in more than one market, publish a separate catalog per currency instead of asking buyers to convert.

Spell out minimums and size runs

State the minimum units per style and whether you sell pre-packs, such as one S, two M, two L and one XL, or open stock. In the wholesale flipbook you can set minimum, multiple and maximum quantities, so orders that break your rules never reach you.

Give fiber content, origin and care

Stores need composition, country of origin and care details for their own labels and websites. Put them in the product description so they print on every line, and add your style number and colorway code so reorders match the original order exactly.

FAQ

Questions about this template

How many pages are in the Fashion classic set, and in what order?

Seven: a cover, a welcome letter signed by the founder, a contents page, a how-to-order page with minimums and terms, a section divider, a wholesale order form and a back page with contact details. Your products go on grid or line-sheet pages you add between them, and a second version gives the cover, divider and back page photo collages.

Can buyers order online instead of printing the clothing order form?

Yes. The order form page is made for print, and online buyers use the wholesale flipbook instead: they pick quantities for each product in its built-in order form, which can require a minimum order value and minimum, multiple or maximum quantities. Orders arrive by email and in the app, while the printed form stays useful for showroom appointments.

What should a clothing wholesale order form include?

At minimum: the buyer's company, contact, PO number, ship-to address and dates, then one line per style and color with SKU, description, size breakdown, quantity, unit price and line total. Finish with subtotal, shipping and payment terms. Clear lines mean fewer follow-up emails before you can confirm an order.

Should a fashion wholesale catalog show retail prices?

Usually yes, as a suggested retail price next to the wholesale price, because buyers use the pair to judge margin. If the catalog also goes to consumers, publish two editions: a password-protected wholesale flipbook with trade prices and a retail one, using the Discount & Tax tool to derive one price level from the other.
