About the Flooring & Tile Premium template
This tile catalog template is art-directed like a sample board on a showroom wall. Josefin Sans headlines, Karla text and a monospaced face for SKUs and sizes sit on warm stone-white pages, with deep green-black ink and a glaze-green accent. A tile motif runs through all seven cover designs, from a vein-matched large-format floor to a magazine issue and a samples-desk sticker sheet, followed by 20 designed pages and clean white product pages.
The sample copy, written for a fictional Philadelphia tile yard, shows how to sell porcelain, natural stone, zellige and wide oak per square foot, by the box and by the pallet. Import your lines from Shopify, a CSV upload or a product feed and each tile lands on a card with its material label, name, price per square foot and box coverage, SKU and box price. Print it for the counter, or share a wholesale flipbook where setters send orders through the built-in form.
Best for
- Tile and stone distributors selling to setters, contractors and showrooms
- Flooring yards that price porcelain, marble and wood per square foot
- Zellige, mosaic and handmade tile importers launching a new season
- Design centers that hand a printed range book to architects and designers
- Trade counters that take repeat box and pallet orders online
Pages worth a closer look

Coverage calculator spec table
Every format in one table: material, thickness, pieces per box, square feet and square meters per box, and boxes per pallet. Setters can count boxes straight from the page, and your counter answers fewer coverage questions.

Featured tile with a close-up of the surface
One large-format porcelain gets the whole page: a 1:4 view of the actual surface, price per square foot and per box, a spec sheet and a laying note that allows stack bond or a 1/3 offset, never a half offset. Use it for the line you most want specified this season.

Four steps from sample to pallet
Open an account, request free cut samples, get a quote that holds one production lot, then ship or collect. The steps answer a new contractor's first questions and are easy to rewrite for your own policies.

Care sheet for client handover
Cleaning, sealing and upkeep advice by material for porcelain, natural stone, zellige and wood flooring, written so installers can print it for the homeowner at handover. It keeps your name in the client's kitchen drawer long after the job is done.
What to include in a tile and stone trade catalog
Price per square foot and per box
Setters estimate in square feet but buy in full boxes. Show both prices on every line, plus pieces per box, square feet per box and boxes per pallet. A buyer who can do the math from your page orders faster and calls your trade desk less often.
Explain lots and shade variation
Fired tile varies from one production run to the next. Say how you lot-match, how long you can hold a lot for a job, and remind buyers to order all the tile for one room at once. That short note prevents most shade complaints after installation.
Recommend overage by layout
Suggest an overage that fits the pattern: around 10 percent for straight lay, 15 percent for diagonal and herringbone, and more for natural stone with heavy cutting. For long rectangular tiles, advise a 1/3 offset, since slight bowing shows at a half offset.
Give each material its own care note
Porcelain, marble, travertine and zellige need different cleaners and sealing schedules. List them by material, warn that acidic cleaners etch marble and limestone, and keep the advice on one page installers can print for their clients.
Make samples easy to request
Most tile is chosen from a cut sample or a showroom board. Put sample codes, the number of free samples per project and dispatch times near the front, and repeat the sample contact on the back cover so designers can find it fast.

Questions about this template
What pages does the Flooring & Tile Premium template include?
Seven cover designs and 20 designed pages: welcome, contents, collection divider, project lookbook, featured tile, brand story, trade desk team, how to order, best sellers, pallet promotion, stats, trade night invitation, testimonials, FAQ, coverage spec guide, care sheet, contact, trade terms, a notes page and a back cover. Product pages are added in the same style.
Can contractors order tile from the online catalog?
Yes. Share it as a wholesale flipbook and buyers fill in the built-in order form; orders reach you by email and in the app. Set order multiples so tile is ordered in full boxes, a minimum order value, and up to three volume price tiers for pallet quantities.
How should tile sizes and thickness be shown in a catalog?
Give the nominal size buyers search for, such as 12 × 24 in, plus thickness and whether the edges are rectified, because that decides the grout joint. If you also sell in metric markets, add centimeters and square meters per box; the spec table in this template already lists square feet and square meters per box.
How often should a tile distributor update its trade catalog?
A yearly edition with prices valid to a stated date is common, with a short update when new lines arrive or a series is discontinued. An online flipbook can be corrected without reprinting, and Shopify stores can sync prices, stock and photos into the catalog.
