About this template

About the Warm Terracotta template

Warm Terracotta is a boho catalog template drawn from sun-baked clay and desert plaster. The page is a warm cream, a sand-colored half-circle hangs from the top of the cover to hold your brand name, and quarter-circle shapes return in the corner of every inner page. Titles are set in Abril Fatface, a high-contrast display face, in chocolate brown and terracotta, with Nunito for labels and body text.

It suits makers and small brands whose products carry texture and a human hand: pottery, woven baskets, macramé, candles, linen and boho jewelry. Variant tables can show the sizes and colors of each piece, and the online flipbook can cap order quantities when a batch is small. Take a print-ready PDF to craft fairs and gift markets, and share the flipbook link with stockists between shows.

  • Ceramics, pottery and planter studios
  • Basket, rug, macramé and textile makers
  • Boho fashion, festival accessories and handmade jewelry

Highlights

Pages worth a closer look

Warm Terracotta — Cover page

A half-circle that holds your brand name

A wide sand-colored half-circle hangs from the top edge with your brand name inside it, above Product in brown and Catalog in terracotta Abril Fatface. The centered layout and warm cream page give the cover a handmade, sunlit feel.

Warm Terracotta — How to order page

Ordering terms with room for maker notes

Three white cards explain how to send an order, what the minimums are and how delivery and claims work. Handmade brands can add a line about natural variation and production lead times here, so buyers know what to expect before they order.

Warm Terracotta — Divider page

Big Abril Fatface numerals for each range

Each section begins with an oversized sand-toned 01 in Abril Fatface, a small COLLECTION Nº 01 label and the range name in brown. Name sections after materials or techniques, such as Stoneware, Woven or Small Batch, to tell your story as buyers browse.

Warm Terracotta — Order form page

A terracotta order form on cream

The order form keeps the cream page and adds a terracotta header row over the item table, with spaces for the stockist's name, PO number and address above it. Below the table, subtotal, shipping and total lines share the footer with your minimum order, so the buyer can check the sum before sending.

Tips

How to present handmade and boho products to stockists

Explain natural variation before it becomes a return

Hand-thrown glazes, woven fibers and natural dyes never repeat exactly. Say so in a line on the How to Order page and in product descriptions, and photograph a typical piece rather than the best one. Buyers accept variation; what they do not accept is surprise.

Be honest about batch sizes and lead times

Small-batch makers sell out and restock slowly. State production lead times, such as four to six weeks, and set maximum quantities in the flipbook so one buyer cannot order more than a batch. Fair allocation protects your relationship with every stockist.

Tell the maker story in a few lines

Gift shop buyers sell stories as much as objects. Use the welcome letter for who makes the products, where and with which materials, in under 100 words, and repeat a one-line version on each divider. Shops can reuse that text on their own shelf cards.

Shoot in warm daylight with texture

Raw linen, plaster walls, wood and dried grasses suit the terracotta palette. Use warm daylight, keep one background per collection, and include a hand or a familiar object in a few shots so buyers can judge scale without reading dimensions.

Offer a starter assortment

A curated starter pack, for example 24 mixed pieces at a set price, makes a first order easy for a small shop that does not know your range yet. Feature it on the first product page after the contents and mention it again on the order form.

FAQ

Questions about this template

Can I show size and color options for handmade pieces?

Yes. Product pages can include variant tables that list sizes across colors, plus SKU, price, barcode and description fields. For one-of-a-kind or small-batch items, set maximum quantities in the wholesale flipbook so buyers cannot order more than you can make.

Can I change the terracotta colors to match my brand?

Yes. Recolor the whole set with one of 12 palettes, or set your own colors and swap any font for another from the editor's library. The rounded shapes and the page structure stay in place, so a recolored version keeps its handmade character.

What is a boho catalog style?

Boho, short for bohemian, mixes earthy colors such as terracotta, rust, sand and cream with natural textures and relaxed, handmade details. In a catalog that means warm backgrounds, rounded shapes like arches, a characterful display font and photos with daylight and natural materials.

How should handmade sellers price products for wholesale?

Work from your full cost, including materials, labor and overhead, then set a wholesale price that still leaves a profit. Shops usually mark wholesale prices up about two to two and a half times, so check that the resulting retail price is one your customers will pay. If it is not, revisit costs first.
