About the Hotel Supplies Premium template
This hotel supply catalog template is built around the turndown: photos with a folded-back corner, key-fob and door-hanger shapes for the contents, divider and promo, and a calm palette of warm cream, chocolate brown and pale slate blue. Ovo serif headlines sit over Raleway text, with Unica One for small labels. Seven covers lead into 20 designed pages, from a floor-directory contents page to a towel spec sheet with a drawn dimension diagram.
Use it to give executive housekeepers and purchasing managers one document that answers their questions: sizes, thread counts, case packs, lead times and minimums. Import products from a Shopify collection or a CSV file and they land on white product pages, as line-sheet rows or grids from 2×2 to 4×4, each with photo, SKU, name, a short spec line and price; variant tables can be added. Print the PDF in CMYK with bleed for a trade show, or share the wholesale flipbook so properties order straight from the page.

Pages worth a closer look

Linen size chart and guest kit tiers
A ready-made table lists mattress, flat sheet, fitted sheet, duvet cover and pillowcase sizes from twin to California king, with a thread-count scale from T180 to T400 and three priced amenity kits. Replace the figures with your own range.

Towel spec sheet with a dimension drawing
One product gets a full page: size, gsm weight, fiber, border, cord colors and case pack, beside a drawn outline of the towel with its measurements. Use it for the line you most want every property to reorder.

Linen care page with wash-life bars
Six laundry habits come with numbers attached, from wash and dryer temperatures to load size and par level, set below bars showing expected wash life for towels and sheets. It moves the conversation from unit price to cost per use.

Ordering steps from par sheet to dock
Four numbered steps on door-hanger cards (count your par, send the list, get confirmation, receive a dock delivery) sit above a trade-terms panel, so a new property knows the minimum and payment terms before writing its first purchase order.

Contents laid out like a floor directory
Five departments are listed on a chocolate panel like the directory by a hotel elevator, each with a line on what it holds and its page number, below a room key fob numbered 302. Rename them to match your own range.
What to include in a hotel supply catalog
List the specs buyers compare
Executive housekeepers compare sheets by thread count, weave (percale or sateen), fiber blend and fitted-sheet pocket depth, and towels by gsm weight and size in inches. Put those numbers next to every price. A sheet listed only as 'Queen, white' forces a phone call, and the buyer may simply order from a supplier whose catalog already answered.
Price in the units hotels order
Hotels buy linen by the dozen and amenities by the case. Show the price per dozen or case, the units in each case and the price per piece, so a purchasing manager can check it against a per-room budget. In the flipbook, set order multiples of 12 so nobody orders seven towels by mistake.
Help properties plan par levels
Most hotels stock bed and bath linen at a par of three or more: one set in the room, one in the laundry, one on the shelf, often plus a reserve. Print a simple formula (rooms × beds × par) on your ordering page so a 120-room property can turn its room count into an order without calling you.
Show amenities in both formats
Many hotels are replacing mini bottles with wall-mounted or refillable dispensers. Show both side by side with the cost per occupied room night, and give bottle sizes in milliliters and fluid ounces. A tiered kit table (essential, signature, suite) lets a property pick a level that matches its room rate.
Spell out logo and embroidery terms
Custom embroidery on robes, towels and pillowcases is a common add-on in hotel orders. State the minimum quantity, setup fee, thread colors, lead time and whether you send a sew-out proof before production. Clear terms on one page save weeks of back-and-forth over artwork.

Questions about this template
Which pages come with the hotel supply catalog template?
Seven cover designs and 20 designed pages: welcome, contents, department divider, room lookbook, featured product, company story, team, how to order, top sellers, promotion, key figures, showroom event, testimonials, FAQ, linen and amenity size guide, linen care, contact, trade terms, a framed notes page and a back cover. White product pages hold your own range, and any page can be removed.
Can hotels order directly from the flipbook?
They can, once you share the catalog as a wholesale flipbook with its built-in order form. Set a minimum order value, require multiples such as 12 for anything sold by the dozen, and add up to three volume price tiers. Orders reach you by email and in the app, and Shopify B2B catalogs with price lists are supported on the Unlimited plan.
What thread count do hotels usually buy?
Many hotels buy sheets between T200 and T300, with T250 percale a common midscale choice because it handles commercial laundering well. Upscale and luxury properties often move to T300 or T400 sateen. List thread count, weave and fiber together, since a poly-cotton T300 and a cotton sateen T300 behave very differently in the wash.
How often do hotels replace towels and sheets?
Replacement follows wash cycles more than the calendar. Towels typically last around 150 commercial washes and sheets around 200, depending on fiber, chemistry and drying heat. At a par of three, that often means new towels every year or two. Printing expected wash life in your catalog helps buyers compare cost per use instead of unit price.
