About the Jewelry Premium template
This jewelry catalog template uses a facet motif: fine chain lines, drop-shaped photo frames and beaded borders on a near-white page, with slate-blue type and a soft blue-gray tint. Arapey, a gentle serif, sets the headlines and wordmark, while Quattrocento Sans keeps captions small and tidy. Seven covers range from a pendant-shaped photo frame hanging on a chain to a hoop issue that shows five diameters at actual size, followed by twenty pages written around five collections.
Collections run from everyday gold and hoops to chains, birthstones and engagement rings, so the structure fits most fine and demi-fine lines. Import pieces from Shopify or a CSV and they land on white product pages with photo, title, price, compare-at price and description, while variant tables handle ring sizes by metal color. Print it for the counter or a trunk show, or share a retail flipbook and put its QR code on gift cards and packaging inserts.

Pages worth a closer look

Ring sizes and chain lengths in one guide
A ring size table runs from US 4 to 10 with diameter, circumference and UK sizes, next to ring circles drawn at actual size. Below, chain lengths from 14 to 24 inches hang on a neckline so customers see where each one sits.

Hoop cover at actual size
One cover lines up five hoop diameters, from 12 mm huggies to 50 mm statement hoops, drawn at real scale with a note to print at 100%. It doubles as a sizing tool that shoppers can hold up to the ear.

Engagement ring feature with diamond anatomy
The featured product page labels a round brilliant's table, crown, girdle and pavilion, then lists the metal, carat weight and price with a short made-to-order note. Use it for a solitaire, a signature piece or your newest bridal style.

Birthstone week promo
A dated birthstone sale lists all twelve months with their stones, plus a discount code, a starting price and perks such as free engraving and a ribbon-tied gift box. Edit the dates and offer for any gifting moment of the year.
What shoppers look for in a jewelry catalog
Name the metal, karat and stone on every piece
Write 14k solid gold, gold vermeil or gold-plated brass exactly, because shoppers compare these first and the price gap is large. For stones, give the carat weight and say plainly whether a diamond is lab-grown or natural. Put these facts in the product description so they print under each photo.
Make sizing printable
Wrong sizes are a common reason rings come back. A ring sizer printed at true scale, with a reminder to switch off fit-to-page in the print dialog, lets customers check at home. Add chain lengths in inches and centimeters, and hoop diameters in millimeters.
Show pieces on the body and to scale
Flat lays hide how small a 12 mm huggie or a half-carat stone really is. Pair each product shot with one worn photo, and note the length or diameter in lookbook captions so customers can judge proportion without guessing.
Plan around gifting dates
Jewelry sales cluster around the winter holidays, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, and birthstones give you a reason to promote every month. Send a holiday catalog by early November and print order-by dates for engraving and made-to-order pieces so gifts still arrive on time.
Explain care, resizing and warranty
Expensive purchases need reassurance. State how long resizing is free, what the warranty covers, how long engraving or made-to-order work takes and how to clean each metal. A short care page also cuts the number of tarnish questions after the sale.

Questions about this template
What pages does the Jewelry Premium template include?
It has 27 pages: seven covers and twenty inside pages, among them a welcome note, contents, collection divider, lookbook, featured engagement ring, brand story, team, how to order, best sellers, birthstone promo, by the numbers, event invite, reviews, FAQ, ring and chain size guide, metal care, contact, shipping and warranty terms, a framed notes page and a back cover.
Will the ring sizer print at the right size?
The ring circles are drawn to scale for printing at 100%. Print with page scaling turned off and measure one circle with a ruler before you hand out copies. If you change the catalog's page size, check the circles again, since a scaled page no longer shows true ring sizes.
How many pieces should a jewelry catalog show per page?
Fewer than most products. Statement pieces and engagement rings deserve a full feature page or a 2×2 grid so details stay visible, while studs, huggies and chains work in a 3×3 grid. Denser 4×4 or 4×5 grids suit wholesale line sheets better than catalogs for shoppers.
Do shoppers expect prices in a jewelry catalog?
For shoppers, yes: a price next to each piece removes a reason to hesitate, and a compare-at price makes promotions clear. Bespoke or very high-value pieces can say price on request in the description instead. If you also sell wholesale, keep trade prices in a separate, password-protected flipbook.
