About the Luxury Catalog template
This luxury catalog template is set mostly on near-black pages, with thin gold double frames, Roman numerals and small diamond ornaments between sections. Playfair Display headlines sit over Montserrat small caps, and the photography is tactile: gold bangles on deep purple, draped champagne silk, a perfume bottle on stone, a cognac bag. Three covers open the 16 designed pages, from a framed still life with a gold monogram to a full-bleed silk poster, and the product pages keep the black ground, with cream-matted photos in thin gold-lined cards.
It is written for a house that sells by appointment. The welcome letter, the terms and the ordering page explain opening minimums, allocation of limited pieces and insured delivery before a buyer has to ask. Import your collections from Shopify or a CSV file and each product lands on a framed card with its reference and trade price. Print it for showroom viewings, or send a password-protected wholesale flipbook with a minimum order value that matches your opening order.

Pages worth a closer look

A framed still life on a black cover
The front cover sets a jewel-toned still life inside a gold frame, adds a circular monogram and a large serif title, and lists the three categories in small caps. Two more covers, a photo band and a silk poster, give you alternatives for the same season.

One signature piece with full trade details
The featured page gives a single product room to breathe: a large photo, a sensory description, the trade price with the retail price and case pack beneath it, and a short spec list for size, concentration, scent family and batch. Use it for the piece buyers should remember.

A private trade preview with its conditions
A gold percentage sits in a black panel over silk, with the deadline and the conditions written underneath: the minimum order, the excluded limited pieces and no stacking with consignment terms. Buyers see the offer and its limits together, which saves a round of emails.

A fragrance guide in one table
The guide lists each eau de parfum with its scent family, size, retail price and trade price, then adds an at-a-glance box for case packs, testers and delivery time. Change the columns to metal and stone, or leather and dimensions, for other categories.

An invitation to the season's salon
Date, time and place sit in three columns under a crystal glass photo, followed by a short description of the evening and an RSVP line. The invitation travels inside the catalog, so partners receive it together with the season's trade prices.
What to include in a luxury wholesale catalog
Print trade and retail prices side by side
Stockists judge a luxury line by its margin as much as by its look. Show the trade price next to the suggested retail price on every featured piece, as the sample does with $96 trade against $195 retail. Many boutiques plan on roughly doubling the trade price, so a clear pair of numbers answers their first question.
Write the allocation rules before you need them
Limited pieces cause more disputes than anything else in a luxury order. State who receives them, in what order and how long a confirmed selection is held, such as the ten days used in the sample. Once the rule is on the terms page, nobody can say a long-standing partner was passed over without reason.
Shoot every category on the same few surfaces
A catalog that mixes perfume, gold and leather still looks like one house when the photos share a mood: dark stone, silk or velvet and a single soft light. Replace the sample pictures one category at a time and keep the same surfaces, so the pages read as a set.
Send the catalog before showroom appointments
Luxury buyers usually book appointments weeks ahead and place opening orders at the meeting. Send the catalog first, so they arrive with a shortlist, and keep a printed copy on the showroom table for notes. A preview discount with a firm date gives them a reason to confirm instead of waiting.
Describe each piece in three precise details
Short, concrete copy suits luxury goods: three notes for a fragrance, metal and stone for a ring, hide and lining for a bag. Exact materials justify a price better than adjectives, and they give shop staff something accurate to repeat to the customer at the counter.

Questions about this template
Which pages come with the Luxury Catalog template?
Sixteen designed pages: three covers, a letter from the house, a collection divider, a featured piece, a best-sellers page, a private trade offer, how to order, terms of trade, a showroom contact page, a brand story timeline, a fragrance guide, an event invitation, a framed blank page and a back cover. Your products are added on dark product pages that match the rest.
Can I keep trade prices away from the public?
Yes. Share the catalog as a wholesale flipbook with an optional password, so only partners who have it can open the pages. The built-in order form can require a minimum order value, and orders reach you by email and in the app. The flipbook link also comes with its own QR code for printed invitations.
How many products should a luxury catalog show per page?
Fewer than a mass-market catalog. Two to four products per page, or a mosaic layout with one featured piece, gives each item room and keeps prices from looking crowded. EasyCatalog grids start at 2×2, and you can style a product card once and apply the same look to every page of the catalog.
Should a luxury wholesale catalog show retail prices?
Most do. A suggested retail price next to the trade price shows the buyer the margin at a glance and signals where you expect the piece to sit in store. If you would rather keep retail private, choose which price fields your product pages show and keep retail only on the featured spreads.
