About the Line Sheet template
This fashion line sheet template opens the way buyers like to work: six styles on the cover, each with a style number in rust, color swatch dots, size run, wholesale price and MSRP, under the delivery window and order-by date. Work Sans keeps the layout quiet and Inconsolata sets codes and prices. Warm white pages, near-black text and a single terracotta accent let the photography carry the season, and inside you will find a pack-ratio table and a printable order sheet.
Sell a collection at market, in showroom appointments or by email before the order deadline. Product pages pull photos, titles, SKUs, prices and variant tables of sizes and colors from Shopify, WooCommerce or a CSV. In the wholesale flipbook, set a minimum order value and a minimum quantity per style, and buyers can write their season's order online. For appointments, print a Letter or A4 PDF and bring it with the samples.

Pages worth a closer look

Six styles and the season's dates on page one
The cover works as a mini line sheet: six photographed styles with numbers, swatches, size runs and both prices, under the delivery window and the order-by date. A buyer can start planning an order before opening the document.

Size runs and pack ratios
A table gives every style its size run, pre-pack ratio, wholesale price and MSRP, followed by packing details such as units per style, hanging, care-label languages and swing tags. It answers the questions a boutique buyer would otherwise send by email.

A printable order sheet
Three ordering steps sit above an order sheet with store, account number and date, then rows for SKU, description, color and size, quantity, unit price and total. Buyers can fill it in during a showroom appointment or order the same styles from the flipbook.

Early order window
An early-order page rewards buyers who commit before the deadline, with a discount above a set order value, dated steps that shrink toward the cut-off, a code and the date until which cancellations are accepted. Early orders also ship first in the delivery window.
What buyers need on a fashion line sheet
Lead with order and delivery dates
Buyers plan their open-to-buy by delivery month. Put the order deadline, delivery window and cancel date on the cover and in the terms. If early orders ship first or earn a discount, give exact dates rather than a vague early-bird note.
Show every colorway and size run
List each style's colorways with swatches or color names, the full size run and how sizes are packed. Pre-packed ratios, such as 1-1-2-1-1 across XS to XL, speed up orders for small boutiques, while open stock suits larger stores.
Include fabric and care
Fiber content, fabric weight and care instructions answer the questions shoppers ask in store. Add country of origin where you know it and the care-label languages if you sell abroad. A boutique that can describe a piece confidently is more likely to sell it at full price.
Print wholesale and MSRP side by side
Many boutiques look for a markup of roughly 2 to 2.5 times wholesale. Showing both prices on each style lets buyers check the margin instantly, and printing MSRP on swing tags keeps shelf prices consistent across stockists.
Set minimums per style
A minimum of around six units per style keeps production runs viable and gives each style presence on the shop floor. State the opening order value too, and say whether minimums apply to reorders or only to the first season.

Questions about this template
Can the line sheet show sizes and colors for each style?
Yes. Product pages can show variant tables with sizes across colors, next to the photo, style number, wholesale price, compare-at price and description. Variants come straight from Shopify or your CSV, so a coat offered in three colors and five sizes prints as one tidy table.
Can buyers write their order online from the line sheet?
Yes, through the wholesale flipbook, which has an order form built in. You can set a minimum order value plus minimum, multiple or maximum quantities per product, such as six units per style. Orders come to you by email and in the app, and the link's QR code lets printed copies point buyers to the same form.
What is a line sheet in fashion?
A line sheet is the document a brand sends wholesale buyers each season. It shows every style with a photo, style number, colors, sizes, wholesale price and suggested retail price, plus order deadlines, delivery windows, minimums and terms. Buyers use it to plan and place orders, often after seeing samples at a showroom or trade show.
When should a fashion brand send its line sheet?
Send it when buying opens, which for many labels is four to six months before delivery. For autumn and winter that usually means late winter or early spring, around the market weeks. Follow up before the order deadline, and send a reorder version once the season is in stores.
