About this template

About the Premium Catalog template

This premium catalog template is built on deep navy pages with ivory and pale gold type, Prata serif headlines and Josefin Sans in spaced capitals. Its signature shape is the arch: the front cover frames a perfume bottle on crumpled sand-colored paper inside a tall arched window, under a spaced-out house name and three key figures for countries, opening order and dispatch time. Circular photo insets, diamond ornaments and navy product pages carry the same quiet look through all 16 pages.

The content is shaped around a stockist program. A partner page sets out three spend tiers with a discount and an extra at each level, from testers to a lit counter display to staff training, and the terms explain case packs for fragrance and skincare. Import products from Shopify with Sync for prices and stock, or upload a CSV file. Share the wholesale flipbook with volume price tiers, or print a CMYK copy for partner meetings.

Best for

  • Fragrance and skincare brands running a tiered stockist program
  • Premium beauty labels that supply testers, displays and staff training
  • Any premium product range that suits a navy-and-gold presentation
  • Wholesale catalogs for department stores, concept stores and spas
  • Launch packs for a new scent or product line with a partner evening
Highlights

Pages worth a closer look

Premium Catalog — Front cover page

An arched window on the front cover

A tall arch frames the hero product photo, with the house name spaced across the top and three headline figures underneath. The poster cover swaps the arch for hand photography beside a navy panel listing the five sections, and the band cover runs a wide photo of two gift boxes.

Premium Catalog — Promo / Sale page

Three partner tiers on one page

The offer page stacks three spend levels, each with a percentage and a concrete extra: testers at the first tier, a lit counter display at the second and in-store training at the third. Stockists see exactly what the next level of spend earns them.

Premium Catalog — Size / Spec Guide page

A scent wardrobe for shop staff

The guide table lists every fragrance with its family, two key notes and retail and trade prices, followed by case pack and tester details. Staff use it to match a customer to a scent quickly, and buyers use it to plan a balanced first order.

Premium Catalog — Best Sellers page

Stockist favorites with codes and prices

Six proven products sit in a framed grid with their reference codes and trade prices, from barrier cream and night serum to body oil and a travel trio. A new stockist can build a sensible first order from this page alone.

Premium Catalog — Event / Launch page

A launch evening for partners

The invitation announces a new fragrance with date, time and place, a line about meeting the founder and the perfumer, and an RSVP address. It gives partners a reason to visit before the launch reaches the public.

Tips

How to present a fragrance and skincare range to stockists

Organize the scents by family

Citrus, floral, woody, amber and fresh are families most customers can name. Group fragrances that way in the guide, add two or three key notes and the concentration, and staff can suggest a close alternative when a customer's first choice is sold out.

Tie every tier to something stores can use

A discount alone is easy to compare with other brands. Pair each spend level with something practical, such as testers, a display unit or a training session, and state when the tier resets. Seasonal tiers give partners a reason to place one larger order instead of several small ones.

Spell out the tester policy

Retailers want to know how many testers they receive, whether testers are charged and how often they are replaced. Put the answer on the terms page and in the product descriptions. Fragrance rarely sells without a tester on the counter, so this detail often decides the first order.

Match case packs to the category

Fragrance sells more slowly per unit than daily skincare, so many brands pack scents in threes and skincare in sixes. Show the case pack on every product and set the order multiple to match, so the order form only accepts quantities you can actually ship.

Show concentration, size and longevity together

Customers ask how long a scent lasts and how big the bottle is before they ask the price. Name the concentration in the description and show size, scent family and typical longevity side by side, as the featured page does. Staff get an honest answer, and buyers see why one bottle costs more than another.

FAQ

Questions about this template

How is the Premium Catalog different from the Luxury Catalog template?

The Premium Catalog uses deep navy with pale gold, arch-shaped photo frames and Prata headlines, and its content is built around a tiered stockist program. The Luxury Catalog uses black pages, gold frames and a by-appointment tone for a house that allocates limited pieces. Both are fully editable and included on every plan, including Free.

Can the online order form reflect the partner discounts?

Partly. The order form in the wholesale flipbook supports tiered volume pricing with three tiers, a minimum order value and minimum, multiple or maximum quantities, so buyers see quantity breaks as they order. For seasonal spend tiers like the printed ones, keep the tier table on the promo page and use the Discount & Tax tool when a partner needs a percentage or fixed discount.

How should a fragrance catalog describe each scent?

Give the scent family, two or three key notes, the concentration, such as eau de parfum or eau de toilette, the size and typical longevity if you have tested it. Add the case pack plus trade and retail prices. Short, specific notes are easier for shop staff to remember than long poetic paragraphs.

What do stockists expect with a first fragrance order?

Usually testers for every scent they carry, some display material, product training for staff and a clear reorder minimum. Many brands also set a higher minimum for the opening order than for reorders, as the sample does with $1,000 to open and $500 after. Keep all of it on one terms page so the buyer can sign off quickly.
