About this template

About the Mega Sale template

This mega sale catalog template shouts in heavy Ultra slab capitals: MEGA in navy and SALE in hot pink on a lavender starburst, crossed by a navy ribbon that reads up to 70% off, 1,200+ lines, trade only. Work Sans keeps the small print clear, and pink burst stickers mark every saving. Photos of headphones, earbuds, keyboards and speakers fill the front cover's photo row, divider, featured product and best sellers; the band cover shows a circuit board, and the poster drops photos for one giant UP TO 70% OFF.

The sample copy imagines a fictional consumer electronics wholesaler running a two-week event, with a three-day preview for account holders before every stockist can order. Swap in your own range: import Shopify collections or a CSV, and each product lands in a navy-outlined card on a white page with its SKU, case pack and sale price, plus the regular price struck through where one is set. Share it as a password-protected wholesale flipbook with a minimum order value and volume tiers; orders arrive by email and in the app.

Highlights

Pages worth a closer look

Mega Sale — Promo / Sale page

Preview-week promo for account holders

A navy page with a pale starburst announces an extra 5% off orders placed in the first three days, with the code in a pill below. Use it to reward loyal accounts and pull orders forward before popular lines run short.

Mega Sale — Size / Spec Guide page

Volume savings table with worked examples

Four order-value bands, from $300 to $5,000 and more, add 0% to 15% on top of sale prices, with a worked saving in the middle rows and free pallet freight on the top tier. A strip of product photos sits underneath.

Mega Sale — Best Sellers page

Top reorders with pink discount stickers

Six top-reordered lines sit in a photo grid with SKU, case size and sale price; four of them add the regular price and a pink percentage sticker. Buyers see at a glance which reduced lines are worth stocking deep before the event closes.

Mega Sale — Event / Launch page

Two weeks, three dates

Calendar cards mark the trade preview, the day all lines open to every stockist and the last order date, above a charging-cable photo with a 14-days sticker. It sets the rhythm of the event and gives your reps a natural reason to call twice.

Tips

How to run a mega sale for trade buyers

Give your best accounts a head start

A short preview for existing accounts rewards loyalty and spreads the order load across more days. Three days is usually enough. State clearly when lines open to everyone and whether preview orders keep sale prices if they ship after the event ends.

Say how stock is allocated

When hundreds of lines are reduced, popular SKUs sell through fast. Tell buyers whether stock goes first come, first served or is capped per account, and what happens to backorders. Clear rules prevent awkward calls from stockists who missed a line they planned around.

Stack extra savings with care

Order-value tiers on top of sale prices encourage bigger baskets, but check the combined margin before you print. Show each tier with a worked example, so a buyer sees what a $1,240 order actually costs, and keep free freight for orders large enough to pay for it.

Print SKUs and case packs on every line

Trade buyers order by SKU and case quantity, not by product name. Put both on product pages, the featured product and the best sellers, and say plainly that case packs cannot be split. In the wholesale flipbook, set order multiples that match each case size.

FAQ

Questions about this template

What's inside the Mega Sale template?

Fifteen pages: a starburst cover with a photo row, a photo band cover and a type-only poster cover, a note for stockists with the offer at a glance, a collection divider, deal of the season, best sellers, a preview-week promo, a three-date calendar, a volume savings table, how to order, terms of the sale, trade desk contact, a notes page and a back cover. Products go on white product pages.

Can stockists order from the mega sale catalog online?

Yes. Share it as a wholesale flipbook with the built-in order form, set a minimum order value such as $300, require multiples of the case pack, cap scarce lines with a maximum quantity and add up to three volume price tiers. A password keeps trade prices private. On the Unlimited plan you can also build it from a Shopify B2B catalog with its price list.

How long should a wholesale sale event run?

Two to three weeks suits most trade sales: long enough for buyers to check stock, get sign-off and place an order, short enough to keep urgency. Many suppliers open with a short preview for top accounts and close with a firm last-order date that still ships at sale prices.

Which lines should go into a mega sale?

Enough to make the event feel big, but not lines you plan to restock at full price next month. Good candidates are discontinued colors, last season's models and overstocked SKUs. Keep a few current best sellers at a smaller discount to draw buyers in, and mark any final-sale lines clearly.
