About the Memorial Day Sale template
This Memorial Day sale catalog template borrows from the flag with restraint: a navy star field, red and white stripes and tall Oswald capitals, softened by Source Serif Pro body text on a warm off-white page. A porch photo with a hanging flag sets the scene on the front cover, beside a red 25% and the free-freight line. A band cover and a poster cover offer two other openings, and star icons mark bullets and terms.
Sample copy for a fictional porch and patio furniture maker gets the tone right for the holiday: the welcome letter and back cover pause to remember those who gave their lives in service, while the other pages sell seating, tables and storage for summer. Import your range and it lands on white product pages with photo, SKU and trade price. Send the flipbook in early May so retailers can order before the first warm weekends.
Best for
- Outdoor and patio furniture wholesalers running a late-May trade event
- Home and porch decor brands opening the summer selling season
- Suppliers of chairs, tables and textiles to garden centers and cafés
- Furniture makers offering free freight above a set order value
- Long-weekend open days for retailers at your showroom or warehouse
Pages worth a closer look

Front cover with stripes and a 25% offer
A navy star field above a porch photo with a hanging flag fills the left column, beside the headline and the line of remembrance set directly beneath it. The 25% offer and free-freight line sit next to the photo, red and white stripes cross the lower page, and the dates run underneath.

Calendar that marks the holiday itself
Three tiles show the trade event opening on May 22, Memorial Day with the office closed on May 25 and the last day for sale pricing on May 26. A bunting photo and a navy band promising shipment before June 5 complete the page.

Featured porch chair with shipping details
A wide photo of a folding oak chair tops the page, followed by trade price, recommended retail price and a note that it ships flat, two to a carton. Star bullets cover load rating and finish, and three tiles hold case pack, order-by date and sale code.

Trade terms in eight short blocks
Minimum order, sale conditions, payment, shipping, lead times, pre-orders, damages and price validity each get a heading and a few lines of text, followed by tiles for the minimum, free-freight level, deadline and code. Buyers find the fine print without calling your office.
What to put in a Memorial Day wholesale catalog
Keep the tone respectful
Memorial Day honors those who died in military service, and many customers dislike promotions that treat it as a party. Lead with a brief, sincere line of remembrance, as this template does, keep flag imagery tasteful, and let products and the offer do the selling. Closing on the holiday Monday, and saying so, is a gesture buyers notice.
Ship before the first warm weekends
Outdoor furniture sells hardest from late May to early July, so a retailer's real question is when the stock lands. Print the ship-by date beside the order deadline and confirm long-weekend orders on the first working day after the holiday. A discount on stock that arrives after the season has started is worth far less to a buyer.
Give freight details for bulky pieces
Chairs, tables and sideboards travel on pallets or by freight carrier, and shipping can cost more than the discount saves. List carton dimensions, weights and units per carton, and set the free-freight level where a store can reach it with one floor display. Say whether liftgate delivery or assembly is needed.
List the specs outdoor buyers check
For porch and patio pieces, give frame material, finish, load rating, seat height and whether a piece folds or arrives flat-packed. Add care notes for winter storage and how the finish weathers. Store staff have to answer these questions on the floor, and a catalog that already answers them saves everyone a phone call.

Questions about this template
Is the Memorial Day Sale template only for furniture sellers?
No. The sample pages describe porch and patio furniture, but every word, color and photo can be changed. Rename the sections, use Replace photo on any template picture, and the same layout works for grills, planters, outdoor textiles or home decor. Your imported products fill the product pages automatically.
Can the catalog show sale prices next to regular trade prices?
Yes. Keep the regular trade price as the price and apply the sale with the Discount & Tax tool, as a percentage or a fixed amount, so each product shows a discount price next to its regular price without editing prices one by one. Product pages can also print a compare-at price struck through, as the preview does, but in Shopify that field also marks the product as on sale in your online store.
When is Memorial Day, and when should a trade sale run?
Memorial Day falls on the last Monday of May in the United States. For trade buyers, a short event around the long weekend works well, with orders closing the day after the holiday and delivery promised for early June, while porch and patio sales are still climbing toward the Fourth of July.
What should a patio furniture line sheet show for each product?
A clear photo, SKU, trade price, recommended retail price, dimensions, materials, finish and how the piece ships. For sets, list what is included. A 2×2 or 3×3 grid suits large pieces where the photo matters most, while one-column line-sheet rows leave room for longer descriptions and variant details.
