About the RV & Camping Equipment Premium template
Vintage trailer windows and campground signs inspired this RV parts catalog template. Rounded window frames hold the photos, Signika headings meet a Lobster Two script, and a pale sage and deep teal palette is lit by tomato red. Seven covers include a framed edition with 15/20, 30 and 50 amp markers and a sticker cover that reads level, plug in, relax. The placeholder text tells the story of an invented Indiana parts counter that has served the RV trade for decades.
Inside are 20 designed pages that put a whole parts counter in front of dealers, from a section divider with amperage callouts to a hitch and hookup spec guide. Import hitch balls, stabilizer jacks, shore-power cords and clearance lights from Shopify by collection, or from a CSV export, onto white product pages with photo, type, name, a spec line, SKU and trade price; a barcode can be added. Print a PDF for the service counter and share the wholesale flipbook, where accounts order with your minimums and quantity multiples applied.

Pages worth a closer look

Hitch, hookup and awning spec guide
The spec page matches cords to the pedestal, with voltage, wattage and plug type for 15/20, 30 and 50 amp service, lists hitch classes rated to the weakest part, and covers awning sizes. It is the page service writers pin above the counter.

Section divider with amperage callouts
Each section opens with a big number, its page range and a one-paragraph summary. The power and water divider adds 15/20, 30 and 50 amp ratings with voltage and wattage, so buyers know what they are looking at before the first product.

Hookup Week promotion
A one-week offer takes 15% off shore power and water, with a promo code, amperage badges and a short list of picks showing was and now prices. Adapt it for any seasonal push to dealers, from awnings in spring to winterizing in fall.

Season-prep checklist for the service bay
A numbered checklist covers spring jobs such as sanitizing and flushing the fresh-water line and cleaning and drying the awning before it is rolled up. Dealers can pass it on to customers, which keeps your catalog on the shop wall.
What RV dealers need from a parts catalog
Print weight ratings on every towing part
Hitch balls, mounts, receivers and safety chains are only as strong as the lowest-rated part in the setup. List gross trailer weight and tongue weight ratings, ball diameter and shank size on each listing, and add a hitch class chart. Dealers cannot sell towing gear safely without these numbers.
Separate 30 amp and 50 amp hookup gear
Shore-power cords, adapters and surge protectors look alike but are not interchangeable. Group them by amperage, show plug type, cord length and wire gauge, and mark each adapter clearly as stepping up or down. Clear labeling prevents wrong orders and returns.
Plan the catalog around camping season
Dealers and campground stores stock up in late winter so shelves are full when owners de-winterize their rigs in spring. Send the main catalog early in the year, run a hookup or awning promotion before the first long weekend, and offer a winterizing edit in early fall.
List awning fabric the way it is measured
Replacement awning fabric is sold by the distance between the arms, not the length of the coach. Give fabric sizes arm to arm, the color and pattern options and the matching hardware, so a parts counter can order the right fabric without measuring twice.

Questions about this template
What is inside the RV & Camping Equipment Premium template?
Seven cover designs and 20 designed pages, among them a what's-in-the-rig contents page, a park lookbook, a featured product with labeled parts, the counter crew, a Hookup Week promo, a spring trade rally invite, a hitch and hookup spec guide, a season-prep checklist and trade terms. White product pages hold your parts.
How do dealers send orders from the RV parts catalog?
Published as a wholesale flipbook, the catalog carries a built-in order form, so dealers order from the pages they are reading. Your rules, such as a minimum order value, case multiples and three-tier volume pricing, apply to every order, and new orders land in your inbox and in the app. Print the flipbook's QR code on the counter copy.
How should an RV parts catalog be organized?
Follow the way a rig is set up at the site: towing and hitching, power, fresh water and sewer, awnings and outdoor living, then interior, lighting and hardware. Within each section, sort by size or rating, and repeat key specs such as amperage or weight capacity in the product title.
Do RV parts catalogs need part numbers and barcodes?
For trade buyers, yes. Service departments order by part number, and barcodes speed up receiving and stock counts. EasyCatalog can print the SKU and a barcode on every product, plus a QR code that links to the product page online.
