About this template

About the Automotive Parts Premium template

This auto parts catalog template reads like a parts counter's own reference book. Real workshop photography, from a vented rotor close-up to an engine out on the stand, sits on cool gray pages trimmed in deep petrol blue with a safety-orange accent. Headlines are set in Exo, text in Hind and part numbers in IBM Plex Mono, and round photo insets ringed like wheel hubs recur across the pages. Seven cover designs lead into twenty designed pages, from the fitment guide to the trade terms.

The sample copy, written for a fictional parts and fitment supplier, already speaks to workshop buyers: opening order, next-day cut-off, core charges, Net 30 and delivery fees. Import parts from Shopify by collection, or upload a CSV with part numbers, prices and fitment notes, and they flow onto white product pages. Print a counter copy at up to 300 DPI, or send a wholesale flipbook so garages can order between jobs.

Best for

  • Parts distributors supplying brakes, filters and chassis parts to independent garages
  • Trade counters publishing a yearly price list with fitment by year range and axle
  • Fleet service suppliers that build service kits per van
  • Remanufacturers who list core charges next to the unit price
  • Aftermarket brands recruiting new workshop accounts
Highlights

Pages worth a closer look

Automotive Parts Premium — Size / Spec Guide page

Fitment guide by vehicle class and year

A make-agnostic fitment table lines up vehicle class, year range, axle position, part number, rotor size and pad set, with a four-corner diagram for front and rear. Garages can confirm a match before ordering, so your counter fields fewer wrong-part calls.

Automotive Parts Premium — Notes / Terms page

Trade terms in plain words

Numbered terms cover the opening order, payment and Net 30, delivery charges, the next-day cut-off and how core charges are refunded. Swap in your own figures and buyers find every condition on one page instead of in an email thread.

Automotive Parts Premium — Care Instructions page

Fitting notes technicians keep at the bay

A star-pattern torque diagram and a four-step routine for bedding in new pads turn the catalog into a workshop reference. Replace them with your own fitting advice for clutches, hubs or timing kits.

Automotive Parts Premium — Best Sellers page

Most reordered lines with part numbers

Six numbered photo cards show part number, a short spec line and trade price, from a ceramic front pad set to a 6-speed shift knob. Use the page to remind accounts of the fast movers they reorder every month.

Tips

What to include in an auto parts trade catalog

Lead with fitment, not just part names

Garages buy by vehicle. For every line, give the year range, the axle or position (front, rear, left, right) and the engine code where it matters, plus your part number and any OE reference. A consistent fitment line answers the counter question before the phone rings and helps prevent wrong-part returns.

Sell kits and box quantities the way parts are fitted

Technicians replace rotors and pads per axle and spark plugs in sets, so list axle kits under one part number and state box quantities, such as plugs in boxes of four. In EasyCatalog you can set order multiples, so the flipbook order form only accepts full boxes.

Spell out core charges and returns

Remanufactured calipers, alternators and starters usually carry a core charge. Print the charge per unit, the refund window and the condition the old unit must arrive in, and say which parts cannot be returned once fitted, such as electrical components. Written rules keep credits out of dispute.

Time promotions to the season

Demand for friction parts, batteries and wiper blades climbs as winter approaches, while cooling and air-conditioning parts move in late spring. Run a brake or battery promotion in early fall, like the sample's October brake week, and send it to accounts before their busy weeks rather than during them.

Make lookup fast for the counter

List sections in the order technicians work through a car (brakes, service, chassis, electrics, driveline) and repeat the part number on every row. Add a VIN or plate lookup line and a direct trade desk number on the contact page, since many garages still order by phone in the middle of a job.

FAQ

Questions about this template

What pages come with the auto parts premium template?

You get 27 designed pages: seven cover styles, welcome, contents, section divider, workshop lookbook, featured kit, brand story, team, how to order, best sellers, promo, stats, trade open day, testimonials, FAQ, fitment guide, fitting notes, contact, trade terms, a framed notes page and a back cover. Your parts appear on white product pages built from your product data.

Can garages order directly from this auto parts catalog?

Yes. Share it as a wholesale flipbook and the built-in order form lets accounts add parts and quantities. You can set a minimum order value, order multiples for boxed parts, up to three volume price tiers and ex-VAT pricing. Orders reach you by email and in the app, and Shopify stores on the Unlimited plan can use B2B catalogs with price lists.

How should fitment be shown in an auto parts catalog?

Give each part a fitment line with vehicle class or model group, year range, axle or position and the engine code where relevant. Keep the format identical on every page so buyers can scan it. In EasyCatalog, fitment can live in the description, in tags or in Shopify metafields, and a spec guide page can explain how to read it.

How many parts should one page of an auto parts price list show?

For a trade price list, line-sheet rows or a dense grid such as 4×5 keep many part numbers on a page while staying readable. Kits and high-value parts deserve a 2×2 grid or a featured layout with a photo and spec table. Many suppliers mix both: dense rows for service items, larger blocks for brake and driveline kits.
