About the Sports & Fitness template
This fitness equipment catalog template is built like a training session: mostly near-black pages, neon volt accents and tall, condensed Teko headlines over Barlow, with slanted slash marks, angled photo frames and real photography of athletes mid-session. Seven covers range from a Raise the Bar band to a combat poster, a lane-assignment split and a sticker cover. Twenty designed pages follow; the contents page lists five sample sections (Strength, Conditioning, Court Sports, Combat and Run & Track), and mosaic layouts give hero products room.
The sample copy works two ways: team and club pricing, per-player kit packing and a rulebook of trade terms for gyms and clubs, plus a seven-day season-opener sale with a checkout code for shoppers. Products import from Shopify or a CSV onto dark product pages under a volt band, each card with photo, a volt price tag (compare-at struck through on sale items), brand, name and sizes. Print it for a club meeting, or share a wholesale flipbook with an order form or a retail one with Shopify checkout.

- Gym and strength equipment brands selling to gyms, studios and home lifters
- Combat sports suppliers with gloves, wraps, pads and bags
- Track, field and court sports retailers launching a new season
- Team and club kit suppliers who quote volume pricing
- Fitness retailers running a season-opener sale in print and online
Pages worth a closer look

Glove, apparel and kettlebell sizing
Glove weights by bodyweight for bag work and sparring, apparel sizes by chest and waist in centimeters, and kettlebell starting weights for two-hand swings by experience level. It answers the sizing questions that slow down team and online orders.

Game plan ordering page
Ordering in four plays: scout item codes and sizes, call in the order by email or form, get stock and delivery confirmed, then see it ship. The sports language keeps a dry process readable for coaches and club managers.

Season-opener sale page
A full-page sale with a large percentage, the product line it covers, dates, a checkout code and the small print. Swap in your own offer for a January rush, a Black Friday push or a club-only week.

Meet the coaches
Four coaches drawn as numbered jerseys, each with a name, role and one line, from the founder to the person who runs team accounts. Buyers know who to call, and the numbered layout fits the sports theme.
What to include in a fitness equipment catalog
Give load ratings, footprints and warranty terms
Gyms buying racks and rigs need the rated load, the footprint and ceiling height required, whether it bolts down, and the frame warranty. Commercial buyers also ask whether the warranty covers commercial use. Put these in one spec block per product so they are easy to compare.
Size gloves by weight and use
Boxing and training gloves are sold in ounces, and the right weight depends on bodyweight and on whether they are for bag work or sparring, where heavier gloves are common. A small chart on the product page saves coaches from guessing for every athlete.
Show kilos and pounds where buyers differ
Kettlebells, plates and dumbbells are labeled in kilograms in most of the world and often in pounds in the US. Show both, note the tolerance on calibrated plates, and say whether competition kettlebells keep the same size at every weight.
Price team orders in clear tiers
Clubs and schools buy in volume. Set out the thresholds, for example 10 units and 25 units, and what each tier saves, then say whether sizes and colors can be mixed to reach a tier. EasyCatalog's wholesale flipbook supports up to three volume tiers.
Show the product in use
Fitness gear sells on what it does. Pair each hero product with a photo of it in use, a short list of the exercises or sports it suits, and the user level, from beginner to commercial gym, so buyers can match it to their members or customers.

Questions about this template
Can I show sale prices and team pricing in the same catalog?
Yes. Product pages can show a price with a compare-at or discount price for sale items, while the wholesale flipbook handles team orders with up to three volume price tiers, a minimum order value and quantity rules. The sample pages already include a season-opener sale and team pricing terms you can rewrite.
How many cover designs come with the Sports & Fitness kit?
Seven: a main cover, a band cover, a framed cover, a poster cover, a split cover, a magazine-style cover and a sticker-style cover. Use one on the front and keep others inside as section openers, or remove them. Every cover's photo, text and colors can be changed.
How should a fitness catalog handle products sold in many weights?
Group them as one product with a variant table, for example a kettlebell from 8 to 32 kg or gloves from 10 to 16 oz, rather than ten separate product blocks. Show the price per weight if it changes, and list the weights you stock in each case pack so buyers can order a full run.
When should fitness brands send a sale catalog?
Late December and early January cover the New Year rush, when home equipment sales and gym sign-ups climb. Spring and late summer suit team and club catalogs ahead of the sports seasons, and November suits gift-led sales of smaller items such as gloves, ropes and chalk.
