About this template

About the Sports & Outdoors template

This sporting goods order form template comes as part of a seven-page catalog set with a clean vector look: electric blue and court orange geometric shapes, heavy Archivo Black headlines and condensed Oswald labels over Barlow text. A second version, for brands that want action photography up front, adds a three-photo collage to its cover, a photo strip to the section divider and a full-page photo behind the back page, and the whole set recolors with any of 12 palettes.

Use it as the frame around your product pages. The contents page lists sample sections from Team Sports to Accessories, the how-to-order page states minimums and delivery terms, and the order form has columns for SKU, quantity, unit price and totals plus a PO number field. Your products come in through the editor's grids, from 2×2 to 4×5 per page, and the set prints to PDF or runs as a wholesale flipbook.

Best for

  • Sports and outdoor wholesalers who need a printable order form with their catalog
  • Distributors supplying team sports, fitness and outdoor recreation stores
  • Sales reps leaving a catalog and order sheet after a store visit
  • Brands that want a clean trade catalog before a full photo shoot
  • Suppliers who take orders by email and want one form every buyer can fill in

Pages worth a closer look

Sports & Outdoors — Order form page

Wholesale order form with a PO field

A store buyer fills in company, contact name, email or phone, date, PO number and ship-to, then lists each item by SKU with description, quantity, unit price and total in the ruled grid under the blue header. A footnote beside the subtotal, shipping and total lines repeats the $500 opening and $250 reorder minimums.

Sports & Outdoors — How to order page

How to order, in three steps

Email the order, minimums and pricing, delivery and returns: three numbered blocks that answer a new buyer's first questions. The sample sets a $500 opening order and $250 reorders, which you can change to match your own terms.

Sports & Outdoors — Contents page

Contents for five sport categories

Team Sports, Fitness & Training, Outdoor Recreation, Footwear & Apparel and Accessories, each with a page number. Rename the sections to fit your range and the contents page keeps the same bold, numbered layout.

Sports & Outdoors — Cover page

Bold cover in electric blue

Archivo Black stacks SPORTS & in black above OUTDOORS in blue, framed by a blue corner circle, an orange diamond and a small yellow dot, with a 2026 edition line and your web and email details. Add your logo and it is ready for a trade show table.

Tips

What to put on a sporting goods order form

Ask for the details that speed up fulfillment

Company, ship-to address, contact, PO number and a requested ship date cover most questions before they are asked. If you sell to schools, a PO field is essential because many cannot pay without one. Leave room for a delivery note such as dock hours or liftgate needs.

Use SKUs buyers can copy from the catalog

Every product page should show the exact SKU the buyer writes on the form, including size or color where they change the SKU. A code like BB-7 for a size 7 basketball is easier to transcribe than a long internal number, and fewer typos mean fewer phone calls.

State minimums where the buyer adds up totals

Opening order and reorder minimums belong at the foot of the form, not only on the terms page. Buyers check them while adding up, so placing them there prevents short orders. If free freight starts at a higher amount, say so on the same line.

Group team apparel by size run

For uniforms and team apparel, a row per style with a column per size is easier to fill than one row per SKU. Use the variant table on product pages to show sizes and colors, and match the order form layout to it so buyers can copy straight across.

FAQ

Questions about this template

Can buyers order online instead of printing the form?

Yes. The printed form is there for buyers who like paper, and the wholesale flipbook adds a built-in order form where they choose quantities on screen. Orders reach you by email and in the app, and you can set a minimum order value plus minimum, multiple or maximum quantities for the products in it.

Can I change the blue and orange colors of this set?

Yes. The set recolors with any of 12 palettes, and you can also set your own colors and fonts, choosing from 112 Google Fonts and 7 system fonts. The photo-collage version, with its photos on the cover, divider and back page, follows the same palette, so both versions stay consistent.

What should a sporting goods wholesale order form include?

Buyer and ship-to details, a PO number and date, then one line per item with SKU, description, size or color, quantity, unit price and line total. Finish with subtotal, shipping and your minimum order terms. For team orders, add a column for player names or numbers, since kits are often packed per player.

Should a sports wholesale catalog show retail prices too?

A suggested retail price next to the wholesale price lets store buyers see their margin at a glance, and many sporting goods buyers expect it. If the catalog will circulate widely, keep trade prices in a password-protected flipbook. EasyCatalog flipbooks support an optional password, and every link has its own QR code.
