About this template

About the Cycling template

Racing Sans One gives this cycling order form template the look of a race number, in race red and hi-vis yellow on white with geometric shapes and a technical sans for labels and text. The seven pages run cover, welcome, contents, how to order, a section divider, the order form and a back page. A second version, for brands with strong ride photography, adds a photo collage to the cover, a two-photo strip to the divider and a full-page photo behind the back page.

Sample sections cover Road Bikes, Mountain Bikes, Components, Helmets & Apparel and Maintenance & Tools, so a shop buyer can see the range at a glance before reaching your product pages. Those come from the editor: line-sheet rows for small parts, larger grids for bikes. Recolor the set with one of 12 palettes, then print the order form with the PDF or let shops order in the wholesale flipbook.

Best for

  • Cycling apparel and accessory brands selling to bike shops
  • Parts wholesalers who take orders by email or at trade shows
  • Small bike brands that need a trade catalog before a full photo shoot
  • Cycling clubs collecting a group order for kit and accessories
  • Distributors who want the same look in print and online
Highlights

Pages worth a closer look

Cycling — Order form page

Order form with a PO field and ruled item rows

Company, contact, PO number and ship-to at the top, then rows for item or SKU, description, quantity, unit price and total. Shops can list mixed parts and accessories line by line, and the footer carries your minimums.

Cycling — Contents page

Contents from road bikes to tools

Five numbered sections with page numbers: Road Bikes, Mountain Bikes, Components, Helmets & Apparel, and Maintenance & Tools. Rename them for gravel, e-bikes or kids' bikes and the layout carries over unchanged.

Cycling — Cover page

Race-number style cover

CYCLING GEAR set large in Racing Sans One with a 2026 edition line plus your website and email. In the photo-collage version, a collage of pictures sits on the cover that you can fill with your own ride shots.

Cycling — How to order page

How-to-order page

Three short steps tell a new shop how to send an order, what the opening and reorder minimums are and how delivery and returns work. Edit the wording once and it reads like your own trade terms.

Tips

How to set up a cycling wholesale order form

Order components by exact variant

A crankset in four crank lengths or a chain in three speeds needs a separate line or a clear size column. Put the variant in the SKU or a dedicated column so the shop never has to guess, and match it to the variant table on your product pages.

Separate bikes from parts and accessories

Complete bikes ship differently, often on pallets or in large boxes with longer lead times, while parts ship in cartons from stock. A separate section on the form, or a separate form, keeps freight quotes accurate and lets you confirm bike availability before invoicing.

Make minimum order rules visible

Shops buy little and often between seasons. If you accept mixed orders above a minimum value, say so on the form, and note any box quantities for consumables such as tubes, chain lube and brake pads where you sell by the box.

Include size and color for helmets and apparel

Helmet and apparel orders tend to go wrong in the size column. Add size and color fields to the form, give the sizing basis, such as head circumference for helmets and chest for jerseys, and put a short fit note on the product page.

FAQ

Questions about this template

What is included in the Cycling template set?

Seven pages: a cover, a welcome letter, contents, a how-to-order page, a collection divider, a wholesale order form and a back page. There are two versions, the clean race-red one and one with photos on the cover, divider and back page. Product pages are not part of the set; you add them from the editor's grids, from 2×2 up to 4×5 products per page, or as one-column rows.

Can I use this set for a retail bike catalog too?

Yes. Remove the order form and terms pages, rewrite the welcome, and share a retail flipbook that checks out at Shopify, or a showcase flipbook without ordering. Product fields such as compare-at price and discount price let you show sale prices on bikes, helmets and clothing.

How should a cycling catalog present helmet and clothing sizes?

Give the measurement each size is based on, not just S, M and L: head circumference in centimeters for helmets, chest and waist for jerseys and bib shorts, and hand size for gloves. A short size table on the product page, or a variant table of sizes and colors, cuts exchanges for the shop.

How often should a bike parts wholesaler update its catalog?

Many suppliers publish a main edition once or twice a year, timed to pre-season booking, and update prices and stock in between. With Shopify, EasyCatalog's Sync refreshes prices, stock and photos from your store, so the next PDF or flipbook shows current numbers without rebuilding pages.
