About the Wedding Season template
This wedding favors catalog template is dressed in ivory, deep sage and champagne gold, with Ovo headlines, Montserrat text and happily ever after in Allura script. A thin gold frame and a small interlocking-rings mark surround the front cover's arched photo of a white lily and rose bouquet. The band cover sets a sage panel beside a long banquet table under stone arches, the featured favor sits in a round photo frame, and round ivory panels hold the text on the divider and promo photos.
Placeholder copy for a fictional favor and table decor studio speaks to bridal boutiques, planners and venues, with personalization and flat-packed favor boxes. Import your range and each item can show its per-piece price, pack size and SKU on white product pages. In the wholesale flipbook, minimum and multiple quantities keep orders in packs of 25 or 50, and every order reaches you by email and in the app. Printed copies travel well to bridal fairs.

Pages worth a closer look

Welcome page with three wedding numbers
Under the headline Little details, big days, an arched photo shows a ribbed sage bud vase with white flowers. A stone-colored band below gives three numbers: more than 300 wedding pieces, 10 days for personalization and favors packed in 25s or 50s.

Featured favor box priced per piece
A round photo of ribboned favor boxes tops the page. The Sage Ribbon Favor Box is priced at $0.68 per box against a $1.60 retail price, in packs of 50, with textured 300 gsm card, sage satin ribbon and an optional personalized tag, plus a scan-to-order code.

How to order with lead-time tiles
A photo of kraft favor boxes tied with black ribbon heads four ordering steps, from picking lines to delivery. Three tiles below sum up the essentials for planners: a $300 minimum order, packs of 25 or 50 favors, and orders placed six weeks ahead for peak dates.

Plan the season in three numbers
Instead of three dates, this calendar mixes a deadline with lead times: April 30, when the season-opener offer ends, six weeks of lead time for peak-season dates and ten days to personalize names and dates. A candlelit table centerpiece fills the photo below.
What wedding planners need from a favors catalog
Price per piece and per pack
Favors are bought by guest count, so planners think in units first. Show the per-piece price, the pack size and the pack price, and help with the math: 120 guests at one favor each means three packs of 50 with 30 spare. Round every quote up to full packs so nobody runs short on the day.
Spell out personalization step by step
List exactly what can be personalized, such as names, the date or a monogram, plus font and ink choices and any minimum quantity. Explain the proof stage and the deadline to approve it, then the production time; the sample allows ten days. Missed proof approvals are a common cause of late favors.
Plan stock around peak wedding months
Late spring to early fall is peak season in much of the US and Europe, and June, September and October are among the busiest months. Ask for orders six weeks or more ahead of peak dates, as the sample does, and keep popular favor boxes and table pieces in stock through the summer.
Explain flat-packed favors
Flat-packed favor boxes ship cheaply but someone has to fold them. Say how long assembly takes per box, whether ribbons come pre-cut, and what fits inside, such as two truffles or a small candle. Planners budget their time as carefully as their money, so these details help them choose.
Show coordinated color stories
Couples choose a palette first and products second. Group favors, table numbers, candle holders and keepsake boxes by color, such as ivory, sage and champagne, and show a full table on the lookbook page. A planner who can see the whole set is more likely to order it from one supplier.

Questions about this template
What pages are included in the Wedding Season template?
Fifteen pages: a gold-framed bouquet cover, a sage band cover with a banquet table and a centerpiece poster cover, then a welcome page, a table decor divider, a featured favor box, best sellers, a season-opener offer, how to order, terms and conditions, a contact page with a QR code, a framed blank, a back cover, a wedding table lookbook and a season planner. The template is included on every plan, but a Free account without Shopify is limited to five pages.
Can I show personalization options and lead times in this template?
Yes. Write the options and proof steps into each product description, and keep the lead times on the terms, how-to-order and season-planner pages, which are plain editable text. Variant tables can list ribbon colors or sizes, and the tags field can flag which items are personalizable.
How far ahead do planners order wedding favors?
Two to three months before the wedding is common for personalized favors, and at least six weeks for peak-season dates, which is what the sample asks. Plain favors in stock can be ordered later, but proofing, production, delivery and assembly all take time, so earlier orders leave room for mistakes to be fixed.
How many wedding favors should a couple order?
Usually one per guest, or one per couple or household if the budget is tight, plus about 5 to 10% extra for late RSVPs, children and damaged pieces. Rounding up to full packs usually covers those extras without a second order.
