About the Artisan Bakery template
This bakery catalog template opens with a warm photo of a rustic loaf and a Lora serif title, with Quicksand and Lato for the supporting text. Golden crust tones and brown ink run through the pages, a wheat-colored quarter-circle marks the inside corners, stacked sourdough loaves top the divider and the back page sets Thank you over a dark loaf photo. The contents page is laid out for sourdough and breads, pastries, cakes and tarts, seasonal bakes and a wholesale section, ready to rename for your own range.
Wholesale bakeries can send it to cafes, delis, grocers and caterers as a standing price and order guide. Loaves, pastries and cakes can be imported from Shopify or WooCommerce or uploaded as a CSV file, then shown in photo grids with weights, allergen notes and prices, or as line-sheet rows for a quick daily order list. Print the PDF for new accounts, or share the wholesale flipbook so regulars can order in tray-size multiples above a minimum order value.

Pages worth a closer look

Rustic loaf photo cover
A framed photo of a crusty loaf fills the top of the cover, above your brand line, a Lora title and contact details. Swap in a photo of your own bread with Replace photo, or keep the stock image until your own shoot is done.

Contents for breads, pastries and cakes
Five numbered sections cover sourdough and breads, pastries, cakes and tarts, seasonal bakes and wholesale, each with a page number. Reorder them so daily bread comes first for cafes, or cakes first for restaurants.

Wholesale order form for daily accounts
A printable sheet for a new account's first order: buyer and delivery details at the top, then a line for each loaf or pastry with quantity and price. Many bakeries move accounts to a standing order once the first few orders settle.

Divider for each range
Under a photo of stacked sourdough loaves, a collection page introduces a range with a short paragraph, such as how long your sourdough ferments or which pastries are baked fresh each morning. Buyers read it before the product pages and understand what goes into the price.
Tips for a bakery catalog cafes order from every day
State the cut-off for next-day bread
Bread for tomorrow is mixed today. Print your order cut-off, delivery window and the days you bake each item, especially breads made only on certain days. Cafes plan menus around delivery times, so a clear morning window wins more accounts than a long product list.
Give weights and portions
Buyers cost their menus per portion. List loaf weights and slice counts, pastry weights and box quantities, and how many portions each cake or tart gives. A cafe that knows how many slices a tart yields can price it on the menu before ordering.
Label allergens on every item
Cafes and caterers often have to tell customers what is in each item, and they rely on you for it. Note wheat, milk, eggs, nuts and sesame on every product, flag vegan or gluten-free options separately, and mention shared-equipment risks. Keep the information current whenever a recipe changes.
Offer bake-off and frozen options
Not every account can take a daily delivery. Frozen croissant dough or par-baked bread that finishes in the cafe's own oven extends your reach to shops outside the delivery area. List storage temperature, bake time and yield for each so the result matches what you sell fresh.
Open seasonal pre-orders early
Holiday breads, pies and celebration cakes book out. Publish a seasonal section with a pre-order deadline two to three weeks ahead, the collection or delivery dates, and limited quantities. Cafes and restaurants that commit early get stock, and you plan ovens and staff with fewer surprises.

Questions about this template
What pages are in the Artisan Bakery template?
Seven pages: a rustic loaf photo cover, a founder's welcome letter, contents with five bakery sections, ordering terms covering minimums and delivery, one section divider, a printable wholesale order form and a back page that thanks the reader. Product pages slot in between them, built from the editor's grids or line-sheet rows.
Can I replace the loaf photo with my own bread?
Yes. Click Replace photo on the cover to use your own shot, pick one of the free stock photos, or search your product photos by name. The text, the twelve color palettes and the fonts can all be changed as well, so the catalog can match your shop sign, bags and boxes.
How many bakery products should go on one catalog page?
For a daily order list, one-column line-sheet rows with item, weight and price let a cafe scan dozens of lines quickly. For pastries, a 3×3 or 4×4 grid with photos works well. Celebration cakes and tarts deserve larger 2×2 cards with a description, a portion count and the lead time.
Should a wholesale bakery show prices per item or per box?
Show both where you sell in boxes or trays: the price per piece is what a cafe compares with its menu price, while the box price is what it pays. Say how many pieces come in each box. In a wholesale flipbook you can make quantities follow the box size with a quantity multiple.
